I came in super nervous and excited at the same time. Julia made the process smooth. She talked to me the whole time doing hair removal and kept me calm. The staff were friendly and courteous. They called me the day after and I received a care package for home. I definitely recommend if your looking for your image come to Ideal they are amazing. Within moments of reaching out via the Ideal Image website, I received a phone call and was able to set up a virtual consultation right then and there, no waiting. I had the pleasure of speaking with Laurie Scott. Laurie was friendly and professional. We discussed Ideal Image, laser hair removal, current promotions, and payment plans. Laurie answered all of my questions, got me a great deal, and was able to get my first appointment scheduled for the very next day. I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you Laurie!

If this was my business I would be very disappointed in my employees. When this began I called to make an appointment and the phone was answered by someone who did not care at all about being helpful or even competent. She gave me no information and I don’t even think said thank you. That led to the appointment where I showed up unaware that the Botox treatments I paid for in 2019 may have expired. Was I told this by anyone at the front desk no this came from the nurse practitioner who shouldn’t even be handling that. I was then told I would be contacted by a manager, which I have not. I drove an hour for this and it could have all been avoided if the person scheduling the appointments cared even a little about doing a decent job. The other person working the day I made the appointment was no better. I would look into hiring people who actually care about their job these two ladies do not.

If I could have known what I'd go through before walking through the door, I would never have wasted my time. The receptionist was beyond unknowledgable, unhelpful, unpleasant! Long gone are the days of professional, courteous, customer service. I will not be sharing this business to friends or associates. As a matter of fact I would refer you to take your business to anywhere else but here. They acted like it would hurt them if they put forth an ounce of friendliness or there face would crack...

I used this business and they charged me a renewal fee of 299.00 for a annual fee without my knowledge. When I questioned it they told me it was automatic in the contract I signed. You had 30 day to cancel .I didn't get my statement before my time had run out. Be really careful read the small print on your computer contract.The employees are very good and knowledgeable

Frances is amazing; very professional and thorough. Answered all my questions and helped me feel super comfortable during the entire procedure. The facility is very clean and the front staff is very sweet. Highly recommend

Buyer/Consumer beware of hidden costs. I used this service at Ideal image of Ocala over a year ago and I was recently charged $299.00 for an annual membership renewal that I was not aware of. Kateland/Katelynn informed me that she could only refund $279.00 because there is a processing fee of $20.00. So basically this company takes $299.00 every year and if you notice the transaction within 30 days you can get a refund but they graciously give you all but $20. This transaction was a manual transaction that this business conducted without my knowledge. I guess there is some fine print that should be brought to all consumers attention.

Everything was great to scheduling and getting an appointment within 30 minutes to the experience at the facility! So glad there is one in Gainesville. Thank you, I will be back!!!!
