Really
wanted
to
like
this
place
SPITE
the
reviews
as
it
is
"#2
BBQ
in
State
of
FL",
i
am
honestly
baffled
at
how
they
managed
to
acquire
said
title.
It's
a
food
truck,
not
an
actual
restaurant.
You
pull
up
to
the
parking
lot,
place
your
order,
and
within
no
time,
you
have
your
order.
There
are
several
picnic
style
tables
scattered
across
the
lot
in
front
and
to
the
sides
of
the
food
truck.
-
they
should
really
consider
investing
in
some
umbrellas
to
provide
shade
for
patrons.
It's
May
and
brutally
hot
and
humid
in
Central
FL
already,
and
it's
not
even
summer.
So
a
little
shade
while
you
eat
would
be
a
nice
and
inviting
touch.
The
service
was
fast
and
good,
the
girl
taking
orders
was
pleasant.
Now,
onto
the
food,
we
ordered
the
following;
3
birria
tacos
small
pulled
pork
meal
with
mac
n
cheese,
coleslaw
and
added
2
ribs
for
an
extra
fee.
small
chicken
meal
with
bbq
beans,
corn
nuggets
and
added
2
ribs
as
well
for
$3
extra.
1
homemade
banana
pudding
4
Big
Lee
Teas
the
Birria
tacos
were
pretty
standard,
not
bad.
the
pulled
pork,
chicken,
and
ribs
were
all
lacking
actual
smoke
flavor,
they
taste
oven
baked
with
chips
added
to
provide
that
pink
meat,
it
was
quite
shocking
to
have
the
actual
classic
smoke
flavor
be
nonexistent.
Pulled
pork
and
chicken
were,
for
some
reason,
bland.
The
ribs,
however,
did
have
a
seasoned
coating.
Definitely
not
fall
off
the
bone
tender
either
and
tons
of
gelatinous
fat.
The
coleslaw
was
not
a
favorite
nor
was
it
terrible,
definitely
not
your
classic
sweet
taste.
The
mac
and
cheese
tasted
box
made
but
i
couldn't
be
certain,
nonetheless
nothing
special
or
memorable
is
the
point.
the
bbq
beans
were
bush
beany
reminiscent
with
added
tomato
paste
taste,
again
nothing
special
nor
memorable.
the
corn
nuggets
were
a
tasty
side
and
dusted
with
a
nice
seasoning
-
possibly
best
side
option
of
our
order.
The
banana
pudding
was
indeed
delicious
and
absolutely
worth
trying
not
one
complaint
there.
The
Big
Lee
Tea
was
sweet
and
not
your
classic
black
tea
but
a
hibiscus
base,
which
lended
a
nice
tart
pucker
and
quite
refreshing
as
we
were
baking
under
the
sun
with
no
shade.
The
portions
are
on
the
small
side
for
BBQ,
period!
Wasn't
impressed
and
again
shocked
at
how
they
received
#2
title
when
Shiver's
BBQ
in
Homestead
made
it
to
#6
and
is
much
much
better!
Wouldn't
recommend
to
my
followers
for
actual
BBQ
but
would
say
stop
by
to
try
the
tea,
corn
nuggets
and
banana
pudding.
