Waking in it is vibrant and relaxing. It’s a relaxing environment but then disrupted by the host reluctant for you to be you seated(there is no welcome in) immediately are you ready?Which is understandable but it being a Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock why rush? The food came in the orderly fashion, I got the chicken hibachi. But as you can see in the picture, The chicken is hidden by the vegetables. It being not a lot. Constantly walking back in forth to not fill up my drink but to watch me Overall, the place is nice but I am a college student wanting to try something new and felt unease but felt rushed maybe by my appearance or age

There special roll was a dud. I got the maki lunch with a tuna avocado roll and eel avocado roll. They were great. They had very light rice around the edges and a lot of fish and avocado. I really wanted to like the bistro roll. It was very pretty and had alot of good fish in it. Unfortunately the fried lobster was overdone and very hard. It was so overdone that the flavor took over the roll and tasted burnt. Now that was the end and probably the worst part, but when I spend $20 on a roll I shouldn't tatse that.

Great little place on the square. Fast and good quality. The place itself could use a little sprucing up but overall worth the visit.

Service here leaves much to be desired. Initially refused to seat because it was 9:30 (they close at 10). Finally did on the condition that we vacate our table promptly at 10. Our food was good (which is the only reason they didn't get 1 star) but the server felt the need to reiterate the point that we got there late and our daughter didn't get to finish her meal. I've worked at many restaurants in my youth and it didn't matter if the kitchen was already cleaned and you were about to lock up 5 minutes before closing, if a customer walks in, you serve them and you don't kick them out until they finish.

The food was fresh and lightly seasoned! They gave healthy portions of seaweed salad, and ginger salad. The sushi was beautifully displayed.

Decent sushi hibachi restaurant downtown. Not a bad selection. Everything was pretty quick. Nothing special. Not bad.

Atmosphere was great. Food was fresh and very tasty. The Philadelphia roll was perfectly made, I could taste the smoked salmon. The Krab Rangoon was tasty and the dipping sauce was different from what I've had elsewhere,but delicious. Very surprised at the prices being very affordable. We will be back.

Great lunch. Super tasty foods. Good service. Parking was challenging, but it was lunchtime. Oh, well.

Sushi was tender , I liked that there boatn had three peices of eel , white tuna was delicious, the Dumplings were out of a bag type and was ok , the Crab Rangoon was better then most places very delicious filling ..... I will point out there boat had more Sashimi then normal sushi places but they were cut in half from the usual size

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I ordered online for my lunch break for pick up. I don’t like how they make you leave a tip. I also hated how there was literally no where to park so I wasted most of my lunch driving in a circle until I could find a park. I got the shrimp and steak hibachi. I had only 3/4 shrimp. The plate was more than enough of food and it was pretty delicious. I would visit again.

Absolutely phenomenal sushi experience on the square in Ocala. Six of us for dinner on a Wednesday night. We waited for roughly 20 minutes. We had the Agedashi Tofu, Spring Rolls, Krab Rangoon, and a couple of bowls of seaweed salad as appetizers. There were zero complaints about anything. For entrees we had Chicken Katsu, hibachi chicken and shrimp, and multiple assorted sushi rolls, including the Love Boat (2 sushi rolls, 12 pieces of sashimi, and assorted individual sushi pieces). Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. The service staff was very attentive. They took care of all of our needs and wants very quickly and with a smile. We will definitely come back!

Another wonderful lunch downtown at Sushi Bistro. Always super fresh ingredients, quality, consistent preparation. Today was a 3 roll lunch. Spicy tuna, spicy crab, and California roll.

Tried Sushi Bistro and it was 10/10 for sushi I will be back again. I had the salmon (raw) with avocado and the Valentine roll. I also ordered side steak with fried rice, I wasn’t a fan of the rice I guess because it wasn’t friend off a hibachi grill but still had good flavor. Overall great food wasn’t over priced I will be back again.

I’ve been here once before years ago. I remember it being excellent so recently while in The Square decided to see if it was still as good. The answer is YES! The sushi rolls were fresh and full of flavor. The calamari appetizer wasn’t what I was expecting but it was good but probably wouldn’t order again. More like an onion rings however the calamari inside was tender. Seating was comfortable and staff attentive.

We walked from our hotel to the cutest sushi restaurant. The prices were fair and not expensive. Our service was quick and enjoyable. The edamame was so good. The sushi was fresh, and the rice was cooked perfectly. It was not by far the best, but it did hit the spot.

Good food but if you spend nearly $100 on food you'd expect it all to be there. Forgot 2 items on my order. Might think twice ordering from here again.

Went here on a whim today, and so glad we did. Our sushi was delicious, and fresh. They have a ton of rolls to choose from, and the prices are great. This is the best sushi I have had in a long time. We ordered too much and had to take a to go box.
