We visited red lobster on Christmas Day… mostly because it was one of the very few places open on Christmas, but also because no one in our group of people had been there in years. We made a reservation, thankfully because it was extremely packed. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes for a table but it was all to be expected since it was a holiday. The staff was extremely kind and worked overtime to get everyone seated and served. The food was as we all remembered it from previous years. Nothing insanely exciting, but decent. Of course, the cheddar biscuits are always the star. We enjoyed our meal, tipped our server an awesome tip, and were on our way. I’ll probably save trips to red lobster for more special occasions or if one of us is really wanting some seafood.

We stopped here for early dinner. We ordered one of the feasts with salmon, shrimp, scallops over rice. The meal was every good. All my food was hot and the biscuits were delicious 😋. Our server was fantastic 🤩. Try this place out and I hope you have a great experience!

I have been to Red Lobster all up and down the east coast but in ocala they are wll represented. And we loved our server her name was Corie. Enjoyed it all.

Always the best service here. We were greeted and seated promptly. Served Iced tea within three minutes.... cheddar biscuits, appetizers, and salads within ten minutes. All seafood was cooked to perfection. Friendly server. Also very clean restrooms.

We had a party of 10 people. Our server was Kalli. Kalli was amazing. Not only with us but with all of her guest. Every one at our table was very pleased with their food. The food was cooked perfectly and came out fairly quickly. All in all it was a GREAT evening.

My family and I have been fans of Red Lobster since I was a kid over 30 years ago but I have to say, this is one of the best locations we have ever visited. We came for the endless shrimp and my mother Birthday and Jesus, our server knocked her special day out of the park! If stop here, ask for Jesus, he made this birthday very special for mom.

My wife and I took my daughter to red lobster for the first time last week for her birthday during lunch. Overall the experience was enjoyable and we would go again. The staff was the best part. Everyone was super nice. Joe was a pleasure to be around and he's great at recommending dishes and cocktails. The building is clean -- including the bathroom. The kitchen staff that I was able to see used gloves. Although hand washing is important, I usually also prefer for establishments to have gloves for food that isn't heated. Although the building and decor is showing age, don't let that scare you away. Great appetizers, great dessert, and the entree was okay too. I didn't care for the fish and chips but that's okay. Dining with friends and family is about more than just an entree.

Everything was great from the Filet To the T bone, baked potato, loaded mashed potato, Lobster tail, bacon wrapped scallops, Cheddar biscuits, Even the salads were really good..(asked for my side salad with spring mix). Staff was great 👍 👌

Our server was great! The lobster was amazing! The brussel sprouts were on point and the bread was hot and fresh. Soo good.

I haven't been to Red Lobster in a long, long time. Our waiter was awesome and funny. The food was great: moist salmon, perfectly steamed broccoli, and creamy mashed potatoes. All at a great price - we took advantage of a special for teachers.

1st time visiting this location and the food was very tasty for being a seafood kind of place. It was my daughters birthday so she was looking for something new and out of all of the things at the table she really liked the lobster tail. Not too fond of the crab legs but the "sauteed" shrimp it was a thumbs up. The burger and the 12oz. NY steak was cooked to perfection and not to mentioned the baked potato .... you can eat it the way it comes because it was as delicious as if you add the cheese and sour cream kudos to the chef

Haven’t been here for a long time, but decided to come for dinner. Great cheese biscuits.. The food was as expected for red lobster. Unfortunately, we had to wait for the food, which seemed like forever, even though the restaurant was empty.. Our waiter, it was very friendly and helpful .

Service is always friendly, food is delicious! Drinks are OK. Love stopping by for lunch. Recommended!

We came here to celebrate my aunt birthday and we had a wonderful time. The service was outstanding. The food is all great we had the calamari it was fresh crispy and very tasteful. The alcoholic drinks are amazing balance between sweet and sour and with a taste or liquor just perfect. The food is tasty the lobsters are big and juicy with butter and garlic rich and full of flavor, the crab cakes are delicious as well so much flavor and taste in each bite, the French fries are crispy salty, the mash potatoes are creamy and rich, oh and you can never leave the biscuits out so good and very addictive. The food is great! Something I did notice was the price they have gotten very expensive even though the food is good the price is not worth it! If you love seafood but don’t have any other options available I recommend you this place if you have other options available I don’t! Very expensive!

I hadn't been here for a while because I thought it wasn't up to par last time I was there. But it has improved. The food is good, there wasn't a long wait time, the waitress was very nice but I think that she's still a little overworked with too many tables. And she failed to mention the all you can eat shrimp special which I would have purchased if I had known it was on it wasn't on the menus it was a special. But all in all it was good more than worthy of a seafood chain restaurant I'd go back. They need to fix the air freshener and the men's bathroom hate to mention it but it was Stark

It's Red Lobster. As long as you set your expectations realistically, you'll have a fine time. They're for sure short staffed (probably because they don't pay a living wage and customers are awful), but that's not something I blame the staff for. If your service is slow, understand that the people who are serving you probably get paid a fraction of what you do, with none of the benefits and twice the BS. Then understand that they're the ones who actually came to work so you can have your endless shrimp. Cheddar biscuits were great!

It was a great lunch did us. Our server was excellent and attentive to our needs. He has great personality and really made us feel comfortable. The coconut shrimp was outstanding as usual!!! Or food was really good and we were all happy we decided to eat there.

Ho my god!!!! Fettucini with seafood in deep water (no wine taste at all, no creamy wine sauce), fettucini crab alfredo with no parmesan... no alfredo taste at all only white sauce taste, the Norvegian starters was ok. Plus 2 hours waiting for 2 meals!!!! The seafood alone was very good. Dont go there, because you will put 100$ us in the garbage....

I did a curbside pickup order. When I arrived Jacob was kind enough to come let me know it'd be a few more mins, which was no problem since I was earlier than the time it said it'd be ready anyway. Once the food was ready he brought it out and informed me the biscuits weren't ready yet and asked if I'd like to wait. Thankfully I was in no rush so I waited. The fact that he was so considerate and courteous made the wait worthwhile! He even took a minute to chat with me, which made my night. Thanks Jacob for your amazing service and awesome attitude! Keep it up! It's people like you that make customer service experiences a great one!

I come here when I'm super high. Great atmosphere, great food. Staff is legit AF. Had one issue they fixed it right away. I recommend

Hadn't been to the Ocala location and I was pleasantly surprised with very nice servers and Daisy was a wonderful hostess. Great place, definicoming back! back!

Oh, I love coming to Red lobster so much. I always come and sit at the bar with Mark he’s the best! He makes the best drinks I have ever had so if I’m looking to drink I’m going to red lobster to see mark on god I love him
