This place is literally the most ghetto chicken restaurant I have ever seen. I went inside to pick up my online order and there was debris, trash and food all over the floors everywhere.. the lady behind the desk was very rude also. After sitting in the store for quite some time, I decided to go outside to the Drive-Thru hoping it would be faster.. the line was ridiculously long and barely moving. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They had many many employees in there and yet still could not get the orders out. Went in again today and sat in line for 30 min. Waiting on order...even though they had 12 staff working with no line in lobby. The staff were bickering with each other and everyone seemed to be angry 😡. There are stored boxes on pallets in the guest area. Several of the male employees were masquerading as females with wigs and no hair nets... Heck! Very few of the staff there had hair nets!

Whoever the manager is, needs to be fired. Absolutely nasty and as you can see, it’s not busy at all. I watched one manager walk right by the table with the spilled drink on the table, go outside and have a cigarette in her car. Not coming back to this filth again.

I live in the villages and drove into Ocala for a Dr. appt. I decided to stop at Popeyes to get my favorite...Red beans and rice...Do you remember the days when they had meat in the red beans and rice? I certainly do. Do you remember when the beans were tender? Rice was hot? Beans were not burnt? Well, those days are long gone... The sad thing is...the manager told me this was a " fresh batch, just off the stove". I paid almost $6 for EACH of these...why? I wouldn't let them pay me to eat this! See the pics...my 🐕 may eat this, because I surely won't. Popeyes, you may have the best chicken 🐔...but your sides are getting pathetic! Oh...the napkins worked as I spit out the burnt, dry beans... I took a pic of the great napkins and my dog who will attempt to eat this garbage.( One last thing...why is one so much Fuller than the other? Food cost?)Also, I don't enjoy being served by someone who is "FLAMING" so hard that the sprinklers might go off...I don't have a phobia...but, dial it down a notch.

The two ladies upfront damn the experience even better ‼️ Under pressure with a rush they didn't break. They stayed professional. The main lady "Porsha" who wasn't the manger, thanked all her co-workers for their hard work. I love her energy here ❤️ I will definitely visit again. There was a wait was all the food was hot and fresh! The New Mac and Cheese is 10+(taste like nana made it)

I do not know who idea this was & nor do I care but I really want to know who decided this foolishness!!!! I went through the drive-thru & ordered $43 worth of food & I get neck rolling because I asked how can I get another side because it was to small for my family & the female kept saying "we out of large cups". I completly understand about that they were out of cups but I dnt appreciate the attitude. And the chicken could have been cooked a lil bit longer & now I dnt know if I will be back!!!

These where the nastiest chicken nuggets and french fries I have ever gotten from any Popeyes in this the United States their chicken nuggets were nasty and looked old dried out it was just absolutely disgusting.. I will be contacting somebody about this because I used to work at a Popeyes and I know what it takes for food to look like this underneath the breading was black and the breading was just so nasty and clumpy.. it's 4/24/2022 I wouldn't even recommend feeding this food to your pigs🐷🤮

Really busy both inside and drive thru, yet service was quick and order was received after just a few minutes wait. This was remarkable because the register wouldn't print receipts so cashier had to take names and announce when order was ready. I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders but there were 6. I guess they thought the tenders were too small so they gave me extras.

This is the worse fast food restaurant I have ever visited. They told us they were out of everything except for about 3 menu items. Before letting me order chicken tenders the cashier had to first check that a certain employee wasn’t taking them. The cashier and the manager both had the worse attitudes I have ever encountered and seemed completely uninterested in working. I have worked in customer service before so I know what it’s like but this was completely uncalled for. There was employee food half eaten sitting on the counter where they were preparing customer food and the girl taking my order grabbed her food and sat down at a table half way through me and my boyfriends order and then when she came back did not wash her hands and continued to take the rest of our order and then package the food. This place would have failed a health inspection so fast. The manager did the same. They told me they could not give me a receipt but then caught that they charged me for the wrong item. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that “it was only one dollar.” and did not receive a refund even after requesting one. My boyfriend ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was only given one and when he asked for the other sandwich the cashier threw her hands up and went to the back. She also went from handling money and setting money on the counter that they prepare food on to packing food into our bags. It was disgusting and the service wasn’t even just bad.. it was HORRIBLE. Never coming back here for sure. Update: Wrote this before eating my food and when I ate one of my tenders it was raw inside. Disgusting.

Spent $36.00 dollars here, they forgot my fries which cost $7.00 dollars and the macaroni looks like dog food wouldn’t recommend😮‍💨

Wow. ..the new the chicken sandwich is amazing..traveled several places to find this sandwich and I tell you the travel time the wait about 30 mins to order and 15 mins to receive the sandwich was well worth it.the chicken sandwich has soft sweet buns with a big piece of breast and spicey mayonnaise.i ordered 4 of em 2 for me 2 my son funny it was like a black friday sale going on.this chicken sandwich went viral on YouTube and the media..note you will see someone from another fast food place getting one as well.happy hunting hope you have luck finding it.

Ain't going to lie. This was a really nasty Popeyes and since the roof collapsed it's probably the cleanest that Popeyes has ever been but hoping when they open back up. Hoping this place will be better in cleaner than it was in the past. But as many complaints that I've heard about this place is seeing play. My ski there in the past doesn't look like management cares because if they did they was straighten it out in the employers probably don't care because the manager doesn't tell them how to do their job and what they need to do. They just let them do what they want to do and the owner probably knows about the situation because if he did he would have also straightened it out with the manager, inspired him and got new ones to take over. That can do their job right? I would say if this place opens back up what's it's been rebuilt. Hoping it will stay clean and hoping it gets all new management and new employees. Then people might eat there again I'm surprised how the health department has never closed them down for how nasty that place really is. If it was me I would have shut it down, but I don't think it will deserve a third chance after this and people complain about how they need jobs so I would think if they wanted to keep the restaurant up and running they would actually fix the situations that are going on here so probably with mother nature did was probably a good thing from this place
