Booked a stay here for GOVERNMENT/MILITARY RATE and the front desk girl wanted argue with me and tell me that the government rate was different than the military rate. I explain to her that I stay with Holiday and all the time and I have never been told that. I asked if they had a call on call manager and she proceeded to laugh at me. Then I told her I had a service dog and she proceeded to ask me for my paperwork and what my disabilities were, which is against the law under the American disabilities act. I’ve never been treated so horrible my whole life and to think that I served this country Just to be treated this way. I would avoid staying here or hopefully they will fire the girl . She wanted to argue with me And degrade me.

If I could give a zero I would. Was racially profiled from the time I walked in, all started because my Apple Card did not show the card number. Staff acted like it was fake. Next alleged owner had a problem with my military rate that I use at all the chain hotels because the rate he was charging was twice that. He ripped my paper up because the receptionist had already had me sign for the rate then threw my keys in trash and told me to leave. I been using Holiday Inns for over 20 years and never had this type of problem. Needless to say I left and paid someone who appreciated my money

My family and I were evacuated from our apartment during a recent tornado and had to find a place to stay for several nights. This Holiday Inn is immaculate, the staff is incredible, and the hot continental breakfast is as good as I’ve ever seen. The real star was the manager, Manish. His kindness went above doing his job and was a reflection of him just being a genuinely good person. We often have family in town and I will have them stay here from now on. Thank you, Manish! Our stressful situation was made easier knowing we had a clean and safe place to stay and people like you willing to go the extra mile.

Great Service and Breakfast! Clean and Comfortable.. Not only that, the location is Awesome.. You have literally everything around you.. Waffle house.. Sams Club.. Home Depot.. Gas stations.. All within a mile or less.. Really great!

Surprised by the lack of quality and exorbitant price tag at this location. We ALWAYS stay at HI Express when we are with the kids, but we've never had a disappointing experience like this. Both mattresses were saggy and uncomfortable. Room was poorly lit. No soap in the public bathroom, off the lobby. No shampoo or conditioner or body wash in the shower dispensers. After a global pandemic, these amenities should be checked daily. The only bright spot was the lovely lady serving breakfast. She made sure every guest used gloves for self-serve and all the items remained stocked.

Manish and the entire staff at this hotel is fabulous. Great customer service, clean and the breakfast buffet is out of this world. If you are looking for a great place to stay make sure to book a hotel here you will not be disappointed. Ward Family!!

Clean and well kept. Variety of breakfast options that change daily. Pool area is lackluster at best, it would be nice to have a shady area to relax. Exercise room had new nice equipment.

I wish your sign in the elevator were bigger red letters for disrespectful 20 year olds who stay up all night drinking & barking, howling, laughing. I wish you could make it a Policy if you keep other people awake that you will have to pay for their hotel room. I had to be up very early the next morning &had to take my mother to Shands hospital for an app. It was very dangerous for me to drive. I almost fell asleep a few times home after Melbourne Florida. I actually don't feel like anyone cared as much for us to find out what they could have done. Yes I'm sure they got yelled at but I wasn't able to go to sleep for 2 hours so by the time I did I had only 2 hour's of sleep. Not happy about that stay at all.

Spacious and clean rooms. I love it when I don't have to worry about unpleasant surprises with hotel rooms. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are very clean and big enough to feel like you are really home.

This was the best hotel stay we have had! The hotel was so clean and nice! The staff made you feel so welcome! Gayleen and Erica at the desk gave us so many recommendations to help plan out days! Would definitely stay again!!! They went above and beyond here and you don't see that much anymore.

The location was perfect to where we needed to go, the natural springs. Complimentary breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean. There's no weird smells. The gym was nice and had a variety of machines. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a nicely maintained hotel. The lobby was bright and spacious with an excellent array of breakfast options. Initially my room door would not lock and a nice woman immediately came to fix it. They ended up putting me in another room close by so I didn’t have trouble moving all my stuff. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got an excellent night of sleep. The room was very spacious and clean. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel! Beautiful rooms! But God forbid if you come early and try to get an early check-in, it's not going to happen. From 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. this is what the parking lot looks like. Miss Sherry working the front desk, definitely needs to be put somewhere else instead of the front desk. Definitely disappointed for such a nice property.

Close to I 75. Very nice property. Clean and modern. Staff was very attentive. The hotel accommodated us at the last minute when we found the hotel we booked did not have parking for our rental truck and car trailer.
