Got there right at 11 am opening for lunch, hardly anyone in drive through but had to pull over to the mobile order line after ordering because order wasn't ready. At least the fries were Fresh!!! The attendant coming out even had alot of sauces to choose from and was really courteous.

Never in my entire life have I ever experienced such superb customer service. I look forward to ordering my next meal and I usually don't even like McDonald's (I try to eat salads, vegis, and fruits, which I must say they do actually have all three of those) but they made me so happy. If anyone from corporate sees this, I swear they're doing something right. A lot of other locations could really learn from their techniques good wholesome customer service and overall people skills.

Worst service ever. Asked for sweet and sour for my meal and they charged me for an "extra" sauce and when I asked why I only got one she said they are 27 cents each. Lady aruged with me for 2 minutes and kept telling me to check the reciept and I did and it said "extra" sauce. Extra means more and I never got the orginal sauce. A billion dollar company acting like this is insane. So essentially in return for an argumentative employee you saved 27 cents and in return got a bad review and 1 lost customer. Nice job.

Been here a couple times. Seating areas are generally pretty clean, food is relatively quick. This place DOES get packed in the morning, but we got there shortly after they opened and enjoyed eating outside and enjoying the morning breeze. McD's ALWAYS has the best breakfast!

Everything was good. Except the cashier need better training. I ask for a small milkshake and she told me they dont have small. Ask for a 6 piece nuggets meal amd was told they only have 10 pieces. And rhe sign in front of me say they serve 6 piece meal. Seriously!!!

At Ocean City Maryland, had a great time, stopped by for fries due to long drive, food was hot which was excellent since we were starving. Did drive thru so no atmosphere per day, but outside perimeters were clear of debris.

this Mc D's was under staffed and slow . can't believe how in polite they are no smile, no customer service skills are all . so why are they in a customer service atmosphere? They should go work a factory job instead

Fast food quick. Order there on kiosk. Make sure to use your deals or rewards. Get food on the go. Plenty of parking. They appear to share the back of their establishment with a restaurant. But, there was still plenty of parking.

They have limited sauces for how many chicken nuggets you order , i got a 10 piece and a 20 piece was suppose to have 5 sauces only got 3 then come to realize they only gave us a 15 piece and a 10 piece so that may explain why they shorted me on sauces. Overall horrible services rude employees and ghetto

I haven't been to McDonald's in years. I thought I'd give it a try, I had the quarter pounder with cheese. It seemed salty, the fries were salty as well. Didn't eat the fries and barely finished the burger. Won't be in a hurry to go back.
