The crab here is outta control good. It tastes very fresh and is cooked perfectly. It's definitely going to be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. We got the crab soup of the day. Good flavors and texture was smooth and creamy. I got the jumbo lump crab ball ($30) it was dense and delicious. For the main, I got the soft shell crab sandwich, and it was great. The breading was spot on, didn't fall off, and provided a crispy bite. I asked for tarter sauce, and they have their own hot sauce, which compliments the seafood very nicely. Good experience, for sure, and I would highly recommend it. Overall, I give the Original Crabcake Factory a 4.4 out of 5.

Really good albeit pricy crab cakes in a beach bar atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and the beer was cold. You may have to wait for a seat in season, but it’s a nice wait and can be worth the time.

The lobster sandwich was worth every penny of the price. It was simply amazing. The crab cake had large chunks of fresh tasting crab and was well seasoned. The servers were good, but it was a bit slow during the dinner rush I attended at the bar seating. Beer menu was OK, for it had a couple local drafts as well as the usual suspects. Definitely worth going and going again.

Good quality food. Got the crab cake of course. Well seasoned, not much filler which is great, should have gotten the 8 oz to really analyze it more. There was some tarter sauce, but you dont need it. Vegetables were well seasoned and buttery. Fries were plain, the old bay seasoning on the side helped that. Staff were courteous and quick. It wasn't busy when I went though. Price is on par with most other places that feature crab cakes as their main menu item. Lots of other menu options that include crab. Will have to give those other dishes try when i come back.

My crab pizza was really really good and the crab cake burger was tasty too. I would definitely recommend this place.

My family and I came her after seeing this place while driving by from Bethany beach. My husband had the lobster roll and said it was excellent. My other family members had the peel & eat shrimp and crab pizza which they both loved. I had the monster Bloody Mary with soft shell crab on top and the assawoman crab lumps pictured. I would rate them very high as far as quality. Our server was attentive even though it was very busy. The angry green beans in the Bloody Mary had a very unique and delicious flavor. The crab meat was fresh and very tasty. The presentation of the Bloody Mary was cute and fun. I would definitely return. My only dislike was the table setup was a bit crowded and atmosphere was a bit noisy - otherwise excellent and delicious food that arrived at the perfect temperature and I feel like the establishment is well run.

Visited Ocean City Maryland just for their Crab cakes. I got the Big Daddy 8oz. Lump crab cake . “Chiefs Kiss”. This was my dinner for the duration of my stay in Ocean City. If God spare my life, I will see them next year. The waitress was wonderful . She was attentive to our needs from the moment she came to the table . I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who love crab cakes. Shrimps we’re good also and they give you a lot on a bed of yummy fries. My husband had the Ribs and crab cake , he said the ribs were real tasty and tender . Just be careful with parking , it’s limited , on the street and you will get ticketed .

Had to try one of the World Famous Bloody Mary's. Had The Crab Bloody Mary! delicious! you end up eating your drink with a fork. The bartender was super nice and lively. she was very friendly and sweet. We also had the Mussels. TASTY!! Good place to stop and sit at the bar. felt very local!!

I love this place! I've been there A few times. This time I got the Crab Monster Bloody Mary. The price was $20. Literally a meal and a drink all in one. I'm stuffed! We had to wait for a table but it was less than 15 minutes. Parking was kind of tricky so we parked across the street at the CVS and walked.

More than just an crabcake place. Enjoyed the lobster bisque. The lump crab cakes were great when paired with their cocktail & tartar sauce mixed together. We really enjoyed the bbq ribs and mambo 1/2 chicken, was perfectly moist and seasoned. Fresh zucchini and squash was cooked perfectly by someone who knows how to make vegetables enjoyable. Boardwalk fries done well, keeping this as a favorite place to visit with non-seafood eating friends for their quality and diverse menu.
