I’m a repeat customer, and the product I ordered is fine, however the customer service I received when I contacted them three different times after the company failed to ship the item for two weeks was horrendous. I’m not certain how they maintain business when they fail to accept responsibility for their errors…even after being shown documentation, and then lie about the matter simply to dodge responsibility. Despite cheap prices, the overall experience will most likely prohibit me shopping with them again.

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter's birthday. It came in the mail quickly and I was notified that it had been shipped and then again when it was delivered. The bracelet was exactly what I wanted and what I had expected. It is shining in white gold, the art work is intricate and the engraving is clear. I hope my daughter will like it. The transaction was pretty smooth, and shipping was quick. The bracelet I ordered is nice. It’s a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day- the mother/daughter bracelet. My issue is there is a very noticeable scratch right on the front of the bracelet. It’s deep too, not superficial. It came out of the box that way which means it also went into the box that way and it’s disappointing no one caught it. Edit to add: when the company read my review, they made the situation right immediately. They sent me a new bracelet no charge and free shipping. So I changed my stars from 2-5. Would recommend Hollywood Sensations.
