Very bad service with this company. I’ve had braces for over 5 years and not satisfied. My ortho dentist changed between 3 different people so no one knew what was going on with my braces. I almost sued because they took out my wisdom teeth without my consent! This place is very ghetto! They constantly cancel your scheduled appointment. It very stressful trying to do business with them. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. In the photo I’m still left with the gap they said they would close about 3 years ago and blue stuff is permanently on my teeth.

Been coming here for a couple years now and there are multiple team members that are always nice and sweet to me. Great group of people working here. Shout out to Hildi because she does a great job but for also keeping me informed on how to take care of my teeth. Thanks so much!

Leslie was so great and sweet! She explained everything and was super patient. Overall she helped ease my nerves before my appointment!

Checking in reception to checking out from the dentist went great! I recommend this office as it is a convenient location and the hours. I think Eva was her name was very nice taking me in and performing xrays. Hilda was very comforting and provided a great dental service. Thank you!

Hilda was very assuring from start to the end of my 1st procedure at the Oceanside location. Her hands were very light & am just very happy to have her be my dental hygienist.

Really friendly/professional staff. Diana made it an easy and fun visit. Also, Amelia and Dr. Marshall was really thorough in my cleaning and my mouth felt brand new.

I had a great experience here today. The lady named Diana who did my x-ray today is super nice and sweet. She was very gentle and told me exactly what to do. 👍

I have a lot of things but if you are looking for brakes/braces don't go to this place Jackie is very insistent and tells you a lot of things to sign a contract on the same day, they are very expensive and don't worry about the price, they talk badly between them. I told them I don't want them to remove my teeth otherwise I don't want braces, the doctor said she didn't have time for the week I had them, she said yes, despite her mistake the manager ignored me 10 thousand calls and forced me to have them for two months never. She did nothing, she is very cruel and without humanity they only steal your money. Time passed and Jackie told me that what they did to me was wrong and that the doctor was bad that they didn't have doctors, how can you trust an office like that? If you love your children or yourself, don't come here THEY STEAL YOU THEY HUMILIATE YOU THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB I GOT A BALL FOR THEIR BAD WORK AND I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER OFFICE FOR SURGERY AND FOR THEM TO REMOVE IT. Don't be fooled Griselda is the worst person you will ever meet. IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW, THINK VERY WELL, DON'T BE FOOLED THAT WHAT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU, DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN AT RISK OF AN INFECTION OR THAT THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR MOUTH. Stay away from this place.
