It was easy to set up an appointment for my 2.5 month old mini poodle. They made sure she was the first one to be seen due to her young age. They are professional and clearly love animals,not to mention that the place is squeaky clean and smells lovely. They even gave me treats for my puppy for free. I am very serious when comes to my dog' well being and I am definitely taking her there again for the same amazing job.

I really struggled with writing this post. My first time at this groomer I sent both my pups. My boy pup came home absolutely adorable but my little girl came home unidentifiable! I was really unhappy and so was my family. First they cut her beautiful birthmark on her tail. Above all they stated that she was full of knots. She’s a Cavachon with really dense fur, and I believe that shaving all of her fur off was extreme. Both my pups had visited the vet there Friday before their Monday grooming and I’m sure if there were extensive knots present I would have been made aware. Again, I do not recognize my dog! Her beautiful fur will never be the same! She’s only been trimmed, as she’s still a puppy! The groomer must’ve decided that my beautiful pup was not worth the time or effort, which is disgusting! I will never go back!

First time bringing my dog here I had a good experience, the staff was super friendly. The last time I brought my dog, they told me estimated time for her treatment was about 2 hrs. I called and showed up after 3 hrs because I had an appointment for 2 PM and it was already around 5 PM. They told me she would be done soon and said to me that they had explained it would be about 2 or 2 and half hrs. But at that point it was 5:30. My dog ended up coming out of there at around 6:30-6:45. This only happened because I walked into the store and told them to give me my dog. My dog spent 5 hours in a cage with no water, no food. As soon as I said that, they took her out and cut her hair in 30 min. I told them that if they were going to rush the job and keep lying about how long she would be there, to forget it and to give me my dog but they insisted on keeping her there. They didn’t even clean her ears, my dog had small cuts under her arms, and her haircut wasn’t good. Also, the older woman working behind the register, had the worst attitude in person and on the phone. She has no respect for others, this job seems to big of a responsibility for her and was the icing on the cake for not coming here anymore. After her horrible treatment towards me, she still had the audacity to ask me if I was going to leave a tip and how much. At least she was good at that.

I’ve been taking my dog here for awhile now. He always looks so cute after grooming and the people that work at My Love are always nice. Today he got a little trick or treat goodie bag. What I love most about this place is they don’t over book which usually leads to your dog sitting in a cage for hours with no water. Make sure you book your appointment in advance because they are busy!

I absolutely loved this place. The staff treated my 7months American Bully like it was mommy giving him a bath, they truly love pets. I was nervous because my dog with all this social distance did not like anyone to pet him, but the staff gave him the love and treatment to change that behavior, I am so happy to see my dog feel confortable with strangers at first time. They are so professional, the place its super clean and the love and care its all around the place and their hearts. Will be my place forever. Always a great job on grooming on our baby they have a great selection of food an healthy products for your pet. They also have a great line of clothing for your dogs. And the owners are polite an very helpful. So I recommend anyone come here for their pets needs an cuts. And the groomers they truly love our baby's,,it's not all about the money...They really love and treat your baby like it's theirs. I would give them 100 stars If I could.. No other place will ever touch my Bougie.. Thank you My Love Pets!!!!!!!

Moved to NJ end of 2020 and since then we have been taking our pet for grooming to this place. We love everything about the team. Booking an appointment is great, we do it every three weeks and we are always notified if there are any issues and they call us a day before or two to verify if there are any changes on our end. We have a doodle and due to weather he gets matted a lot, they have always patiently removed them whenever possible or got it trimmed accordingly without hurting our pup. Definitely recommend getting your pup groomed here ☑️💯 They make our pet look so handsome with scarfs, ties and our new female pet with bows. Sharing few pictures! They also take photos during festive seasons with a theme and share it with us ❤️ Shows how much they care about their clients

Truly appreciate the great customer service that they provided for me. Walking into the shop I immediately loved how quickly I was greeted and how organized and calming the atmosphere was. I have an Aussie Shepard named chase and they did such an amazing job with him. I’ve never seen him so happy and I can’t get over his smell. He has the most amazing smell ever and such a silky coat I am obsessed 😂😍! Most definitely happy with my experience and looking forward to taking him every three weeks. ❤️

Brought my little Pomeranian here for the first time in January. Arlene was amazing and finished very quickly! Pepper's hair felt so soft and better than it was before. Definitely coming back here!

The girls are very friendly and are very sweet with my Dyna. You can see them working on your dog through the window. My Dyna always comes out looking beautiful after her "spa day".

I took Lucy to My Love Pets and Grooming today and they were fabulous! You can't tell from the picture but Lucy was loving it!!! I recommend this place to everyone. This place is a gem. It is hard, at least it has been for me, to find reliable and great groomers. These groomers are accommodating, love animals, lightning fast and do a great job. My dogs ALWAYS look and smell great and I love the extra touches, like bows on the ears and neck bows. If I could change anything it would be that the dogs get sanitary cuts because with the curly poodle hair, as the hair gets longer, poo gets stuck there and they wouldn't charge extra to use a credit card. (I always ask for the sanitary cut, but never seem to get it).
