I visited this location to get a sim card and there were three agents at the counter. Two were dealing with persons while the other was vacant. I beckonned to the vacant agent and asked whether they had SIM cards, her very dry response and unwelcoming attitude left me surprised. Apparently the system was down and she was clearly having a bad day and clearly wanted everyone to know it.

I've stopped going to this location. The service is very poor. Each visit makes me feel like I'm disturbing someone.

The sense of bothering someone that's the impression I was given. Know customer service they are not the type to go the extra mile to satisfy the custome, I speak from experience. #verypoor #nonehospitable

Customer service in this place is as friendly as a cold fish.

There is a young female attendant there really need some trading how to talk to customer we're not beggers.

Nice place but awful customer service

Well you can get a nice phone from them. Well I'm not really gonna say its cheap or nah cause personally I think its a bit pricy however you know you can get a nice phone. The reason why I didn't give it the full 5 star is because they don't have good coverage in certain areas espically rural. They need to do better in that area.
