    These people are excessively rude and racist. At 18:00 on mother's day when I went to go pick up a meal, the lady was being extremely rude over the mic and I guess she forgot she left the mic on being racist under her breath. Then when I tried to say excuse me... she yelled at me.. ... Wow, this is how burger king treats "Paying Customers". I stayed quiet so she would spit in my food paid filled out the review while waiting. An I will contact corporate tomorrow.

    This Burger King was so retro back in the day. Used to be bustling with life. A couple years back, they renovated the restaurant. They took away the playplace and put in a party room....which never ever is used to this day. Random times of the day, the front doors were locked. I jiggled the doors, nobody came by. One time I ordered the limited edition tacos and they came out flatter than a pancake. A couple of times, I ordered various versions of the whopper and they all come out sloppy. One time the soda machine was all empty, so I went to the counter and ordered an iced tea. Employee took forever to come over. Often times, they have about one or two people working there. Employees would often scream of laughter and telling jokes with their customer friends. TV had bad reception. Dining room always dirty. Boring as heck. STAY AWAY!!!!!

    Joshua Mella Aug 20, 2023, 12:48 PM EDT I placed the order from inside the restaurant at 9:03 PM. Received my order around 9:47 PM. After sitting there for over 40 minutes, I received my food, cold, soggy and mushy. On top of everything while I was waiting for my food to be made, I saw the cook fixing the food barehanded. Because of the time I didn’t want them to have the food remade since I was already running late. So my wife and I ended up eating the fries for dinner. They didn’t have mozzarella sticks, and the drinks tasted like it had bleach. After contacting them, Burger King decided that to make this right they would give me a $10 coupon for my next purchase. SMH

    I've really given this place so many chances because it's literally right next to where I work, plus the workers are friendly enough. My problem is that the food takes an outrageously long time, and I only have so much time when I'm on my lunch break. I ordered a simple Whopper Jr., fries and a drink today. Twenty-two minutes it took. I understand that this location is chronically understaffed but it would have actually taken me less time to place a pick up order at the McDonald's across the street, walk there and bring it back. I don't think I can bring myself to spend my limited time and money here anymore.

    Our order was right but we were the only ones in the store and it still took 30 min to get our food. The workers got into 3 different arguments with 3 different customers who either went through the drive through OR ordered via Uber & the food was taking too long. I mean the workers were in here cursing people out. The manager was reprimanding her employees at the counter. It was a hot mess. extremely unprofessional.

    I hadn't been to this location in years even though it is near my house, because the service always stinks. I gave them a shot 8/30 2PM. Did they get my order right? Nope

    If I could give lower for the food I would. They had me wait, but still forgot to add the cheese to my food I paid for when they brought it out. There was no impossible burger because they were out of the patty. Oh and the sprite taste like they haven't cleaned the machine in a month, either that or dish water got mixed with it. The only saving grace was the nice young man at the drive through.

    I love going to Burger King despite the long wait times. I decided to try the burger king located at E. Silver Star road in Ocoee. Although the wait was long the food came out fresh. So I decided to try this location again on October 2, 2021. I had the opportunity to observe Deborah (pronounced Dee-Bore-Rah) in action. She was training someone on the register, ensuring that her team provided excellent service to the lobby guest as she was instructing the remaining staff on how to be efficient and complete a customer's order from payment to delivering their food within established time goals. I love how she encouraged her team as they started to get busy. This lady should be recognized her leadership, empathy, customer service skills, and attention to Burger King's public perception. If you are looking for fresh fast food, give this Burger King a try. I will definitely be back!

    I might have a name if i was given my receipt. The older purple haired lady is another example of poor customer service driving business away from this location. After not filling my order correctly and I had to return to the store, her actions, attitude and comments showed me my time and money means nothing to a store that is in desperate need of customers. The lovely young lady that was running the drive through window displayed a much better attitude. I assume the rude lady is the manager.

    Always told to pull away from the drive-thru and that they will bring the meal to the car. Time waiting ranges from 10-30 minutes every time. Food will be hit or miss, but mostly miss with an item or two made incorrectly or just straight up missing. This past time they served me stale fries and an undercooked chicken patty after 30 minutes of waiting with a baby in the car. That was the final straw and I will not be returning.

    This Burger King has been around for years. The quality has been consistent and the taste of the food has not deteriorated. Staff is nice and keep you informed on your foods status if there is a long wait. Store definitely needs some TLC though.

    This location is trash. The general manager there is trash. Came here on a Wednesday at 1pm and the manager would not accommodate my order bc I wanted onion rings instead of fries. Never have I ever had a problem before. She wouldn’t even give me her name. Coward. Doesn’t deserve the GM position the way she handled things.

    Not a single care to provide any service. I was at the speaker window and was asked to wait a few minutes. Yes, literally said, "minutes." Well it wasn't a few it was more than 15. I was stuck at the speaker with cars behind me. The other two cars behind me backed out, so I was finally able to back out. When backing out a customer leaving from inside shouted, "Don't go inside. It's worse in there!" So left with no food, but I don't think management or any workers at this BK even care.

    Not very busy so, you can eat and relax a little. But, what I enjoyed most was the very, very, very sweet young lady that, cashiered on this day. Wished I’ve gotten her name. She is a mother of a newborn. Her kind and gentle spirit was genuine! I just had to let her know this. After eating and relaxing was over I was about to head out the door but, couldn’t without thanking her again. That’s how much she impressed me. Go, check this young lady(mother of a newborn) and this restaurant out? She’s a keeper!

    I saw a new face today. I heard the smile over the intercom versus prior weeks before. I ordered a enormous burrito sandwich with bacon. It was fresh and hot. Thank you Burger King management.

    Beyond rude drive through lady. Cuts you off when you speak, nasty attitude when confirming your order. Real STANK!! She needs to get fired. Manager,get professional, courteous employees. She doesn't fit the profile
