Everyone was nice and courteous except for the receptionist with the annoying and condescending attitude that does not know when to quite. She has no skills as a receptionist and her judgemental attitude does prove it. For the sake of your customers, this place need someone with people skills.

Honestly The best costumer Service By far. I had An tooth implant installed here and i couldn't Be more Satisfied . Wonderful Staffs And very Clean. I give It a 10/10 .

Always incredible. I’ve been here for 2 separate procedures, spaced a few years apart. The quality of the service has never wavered. I typically dislike doctor and dentist appointments I am like a reverse hypochondriac lol. They can be very expensive stressful and time consuming. Avalon always has appointments available in a timely manner. And the staff.. man the nicest most understanding, compassionate and caring group of people. I have been attended by several members of the staff, as the procedures I’ve needed required multiple visits to complete, every single person was AMAZING. From the reception to the payment. Seamless and kind. I highly recommend.

Finally, a dentist who actually cares about their patients! I had a great experience here. After going to so many different dentists, I finally found this amazing office. From the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the doctors.. so sweet, gentle and amazing. Thank you guys 🥹

Lydiana is a very friendly and courteous office staff at front desk. Jessica did a great job with the Xrays. Dr. Chen was very professional and knowledgeable and offered great recommendations. Joanna did an incredible job with the cleaning (extremely thorough without rushing, very detailed and caring) and also provided great recommendations for taking care of my teeth. Thanks for a great overall experience!

Everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly. They were able to see me in a timely manner. Dr. Serrano was great. The price didn't break the bank either, which is always a plus.

Wow, such an amazing and warm visit. I felt very comfortable the entire time. The Receptionist was gentle and made me feel important. The Dentist was definitely very knowledgeable and showed care. I really loved the look of the practice as well. Clean and modern :)
