My stay was simple. I was in town just for family. My issue was at check in. The girl checking me in asked for my last name and I figured I'd just give my ID since my last name gets mixed up a lot. I kid you not, she took one look at my vertical id and didn't even verify my age and called for her manager. The manager had laughed at her mistake and verified I was 21 (at the time of booking) if you would have taken at least 3 seconds and same yourself the embarrassment you'd realize I was of age. Vertical IDs don't expire the day someone turns 18. Then when I told her to charge the card on file she talked in a condescending tone "over here we need the physical card." She didn't tell me what she was charging for but I called Marriott to verify it was just for incidentals. (I figured as much) Just train your staff. There's no need to act like that over simple stuff.

Everyone working there was amazing. They all were very kind and welcoming. The hotel was just renovated everything looks beautiful. Breakfast was very good, the person behind it all has the sweetest soul always smiling. The GM was one of the best and kindest I have ever came across. The sales manager was just the sweetest person ever, he knows how to put a smile on someone’s face. Michael Lang also he is always on top of everything and looking to fix any of my inconvenience’s as they come up. Overall GREAT staff. Exactly how a hotel should be.

My stay at the hotel was magnificent everybody from the housekeeping, to the front desk, to the cooks to the maintenance man I would recommend this hotel to friends and family one of the best hotels I stayed at that had good customer service I will for sure come back and stay at the same exact hotel. The rooms are really good and they was very comfortable. They had a nice size everything that I would expect inside the hotel room. They bathroom was well put together. The lobby was very beautiful. It was very home, welcoming while staying at the hotel.

The rug was wet from air conditioner when we checked in. There was a big group of young kids who ate all the breakfast, staff was slow to refill items.

Rooms were basic, but clean and had a lot of storage space. There was a weird smell - though that may have been the cleaning solution they use. The beds were comfortable and we were given extra pillows when we asked - they even had options. Everyone working there was super nice.

When i 1st arrived, no one was at the front desk. Waited several minutes before someone came up. Noticed 2 bugs on pillows. Housekeeping needs to do better.

I’ve been staying here so far for almost 2 weeks on a work trip . And they have only cleaned my room ONCE!!! I asked almost every 2 days for my room to be cleaned and the sheets cleaned and they have yet to do it. I’m very disappointed that my sheets haven’t been cleaned AT ALL since i’ve arrived. They still smell very odd. I’ve had to literally ask for towels every-time i wanted to shower. Every time i asked for the room to be cleaned they told me “it’s on the list for today”, then when i arrive back after my long day shift it hasn’t been touched. Now i’m left with a million dirty towels in my room and garbage overflowing.

Traveled for work. Clean room with some minor issues. No one is perfect. Quiet location next to plenty of eateries. In a very busy location so traffic is expected. Have stayed numerous times. Breakfast is decent.

Let me start with... I was regularly staying with a Marriott hotel for nearly 7 years while traveling for business... I recently switched over to Hilton due to the overall quality decreasing across the entirety of the Marriott brand. Last week decided to try a Marriott again for the first time in a few months with this hotel. It is an okay, not to the standard Marriott was prior to 2020, but the standard is has been since 2022. The rooms are clean, but lacks attention to detail with cleaning the shower head (moderate calcium build up) and did have ants show up at nightstand the last morning.

All of the employees that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nothing special, but I have no complaints. There's free coffee in the lobby at 5:30am and a basic breakfast an hour later. Unfortunately there's no restaurant or bar in the hotel, but there is fast food and a liquor store within walking distance. I would stay here again for sure.

I sleep so good, but I'm 6'3" and bed was not long enough. The atmosphere was great. 》The Black experience good. 》They show big appreciation to Military. You will like the many options for breakfast.

Had a great stay here, room was clean and the shampoo smelled lovely. My only reason for removing a star was breakfast wasn’t my favorite but is typical for hotels. Just wish they had sugar free syrup and better eggs or cheese but would stay again and if that isn’t an issue for you then you will have a great stay!

Gave Marriott the chance to make things right, didn’t want to have to post such a poor review. But, honesty is the best way to go about reviews, especially when it has to deal with the cleanliness of a hotel room. We used points to get the room, and arrived at the hotel late. We had our overnight bags and boxes of treats for an event the next day. We started to wind down and set our stuff on the dressers/counter tops. I went in to the bathroom and noticed the toilet seat was dirty. Hairs, stains, urine. The rest of the room looked decent so I didn’t bother to complain. I cleaned the toilet. The next morning we discovered small ants or bugs all over the microwave area and the desk area. We had purchased $78 worth of Bundt cakes for my daughter’s softball team, never thinking twice about leaving them on the counter. We had set the boxes down and had not noticed the bugs the night before, as it was dark. In the morning, we saw them in different areas of the room, including where we had placed the boxes. I attached a copy of the $78 receipt for the cakes, and told the customer service agent that cameras in the lobby will show us bringing the boxes of cakes into the hotel and our room. I have video and pictures of the bugs, however Google reviews is glitching for me every time I’ve tried to post pictures or videos on my last three reviews. I will contact customer service in the morning and update the review & post once fixed. There was no one at the front desk in the morning to speak to, nor were they answering the phone. I have pictures and videos of us waiting. We were in room 127, and I’m hoping an exterminator was called immediately. I would hate for another family to have an experience like this. I attached the receipt of our room in an email as directed by Marriott, and told them I would provide the videos and pictures when asked. (They stated their email system does not accept them). It has now been 10 days with no update or response. Beware of bugs if you stay here, don’t set any food on counters!

Horrible! No elevator, no bedding, no toilet paper, no towels, no shower curtain, a giant cockroach on the ceiling, no AC, and dirty! Why would they give us the key to this room, and let us carry 5 people's luggage up the stairs to see that disaster? I have so many pictures.

I booked a hotel room for a family member for one week. Apparently the staff said she was rude and asked her to leave. She left the hotel at 0900. I called the manger and asked here what was the problem, The manger (Ebony stated that my family member was rude and they asked her to leave I said no problem.Check me out and how much will I be charged The hotel manger (Ebony said two nights I say why am I bring charged and additional night when no one is staying in the room. The manger Ebony stated because you are on extended stay rate I said well charge the regular rate a ditterence of Szo 25: Instead 01 125:130 for an entire night which didn't make any sense. The manger Ebony said take it up with Marriott direct. The price is not the problem it is the rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager. I was asked to come to the hotel to see the condition of the room. When I arrived housekeeping I just told her the room was an excellent condition. Ebony insinuated lie upon lie about my family members stay. I was charged an extra night even after she had left the hotel. Tor a nah. when you re not even in the hotel. I woke that evening. I call Marriott management and they told me that was still checked in to that hotel. I called and told them to check me out and send the receipt. They refused so I had to go to the hotel. I was told by Ebony that it would be checked and it would be emailed to me. Then asked me to leave and was told would be trespassed. I laughed and said You are asking me to leave because I want to be check of this hotel properly and giving a receipt . I though for any transaction you would be given a receipt for the Services rendered, but not according to Ebony. She is the one that s totallv unprofessional and does no know her job. I still haven’t gotten a receipt but my card was charged 390.00 for less than 24 hrs.

The room was clean, but the hallway and room had a terrible mold/mildew smell. It was overwhelming and we almost checked out to find another hotel. We will not be staying here again. It was very surprising for a Marriott hotel.

Absolute nightmare. My mother came down to visit recently and paid over $700 for a room for 3 days. Their system was down, so we had to be escorted to the room in order to get in each time we had to leave the room, even just to get ice down the hall. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not only that, but apparently the pool closes at 10pm, but advertises 11pm. I guess it's perfectly fine according to them to let kids run around the lobby and pool, screaming, while their parents get drunk in the lobby at 10pm, though. I used to come here over 5 years ago and it was great, but now it's awful. Rude staff; terrible service. Would NOT recommend staying here unless you wanna pay an absurd amount for a mess.

When I made the reservation I said I needed a hotel where I could park close to the room due to mobility issues. Once we checked into the room I saw there was no fridge in the space for one. I thought they could bring us one but they said none of the first floor rooms had refrigerators. We would have to go to the 2nd floor if we wanted a refrigerator. That would not work for us. They really should tell people when they make the reservation. It would have been a deal breaker. Some people wouldn’t mind and they should be offered a discount for room with no fridge. Very annoying.

Fantastic service from check in to check out. The room, the pool and the work out room were very clean. The staff was very courteous, helped out with every thing we asked for. Overall the best Fairfield I have stayed at yet.

The absolute worst customer service experience over the phone and in person. Visited the location for a large booking for 2 days. The attendant was in the back eating and had crumbs all over his face and uniform. He was very short and didn't provide much information. I asked for the specific person I would need to contact and he knew nothing. I called the location 4 times this week asking to speak to a manager to find out how to book. Once, no one answered the phone, and the other 2 times I was told a manager was unavailable. No one even bothered to collect my contact information to return the call. Today was awful. After asking basic questions, she began to give me attitude. I asked for a name and email for the person in sales, when I said go ahead, she had such a bad attitude that I expressed to her how her customer service skills was terrible and very unprofessional. She hung up the phone on me. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY OCCASSION BASED ON THE DISRESPECTFUL WORKERS THAT GUEST HAVE TO DEAL WITH. I will gladly send my 75+ guests elsewhere.

Front desk was hospitable. All refrigerators were taken out of the rooms. Every room on the first floor smelled moldy and old. Would not recommend staying here. The room was about $150 and The Holiday Inn a mile down the street was $110. Holiday Inn was the better value.

From the front desk to the room, next day breakfast and had some comfortable lobby time we have no complaints. We had a great experience and definitely making this our little weekend getaway spot with hubby to visit our favorites, his Uncle and his lovely lady! There was nothing wrong with this spot.

Stayed here for 2 nights and my stay was perfect. I like the location on the west side of town, easy drive to retail and restaurants. They were able to check me in early, the pool/hottub area is nice and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. They had fruit, cereal, eggs, variety of breads, waffles, yogurt and juices. The room was what you would expect, small fridge and microwave. Everything worked as expected. I was very pleased overall.
