My wife recommended this place and I’m glad I listened to her because it was amazing! From beginning to end everything was a great experience. The hostess was very nice and made conversation on the way to our table. Our waiter was polite, personable and attentive. The bread they bring out is my new favorite thing to eat as I wait for the mail meal. Our food was delicious! I had the ribs and definitely will come back for more. On another note, my wife and I noticed a visually impaired employee working there. She folded the cutlery and wrapped it, I appreciate this establishment for giving her that opportunity. If you’re in the area definitely stop by and check it out.

Place always full, service was reasonable, could be better. I ordered the starter and they didn't deliver and the main course arrived before. It was canceled . I ordered the apple pie with ice cream which on the menu is beautiful and they gave me something horrible. See the photo. I didn't eat and I didn't complain. I do not recommend the restaurant. There are other much better options. Never come back.

One of my favorites but an off night for service with no lemonade or Strawberry daiquiris. Long waits for butter, bread was cold. Our server was good and made our 2 hr dining experience good. The food was very good had combo chicken and steak. I’m hoping it was just an off night for them. The one bartender seemed to back everything up, that was rectified about an hour after we arrived.

Great food like always! Only issue I had was when you order curbside you expect to get just that. After calling the restaurant and not getting an answer and waiting 11-15 mins in my car. I finally walked up to the to go window to pick up my food... I understand that businesses are short staffed but this should be disclosed when someone is ordering. There were quite a few other customers who had to walk up to window after waiting.

Not the cleanest Texas Roadhouse, but food was good. They need to do a deep cleaning inside and outside to bring this up to Roadhouse standards. Dusty windows and blinds, torn seat cushions, grimy sidewalks.

Anthony is a great bartender! Very good service and puts an effort to know you on a first-name basis. The food is great and spot on. You will see us back again for sure.

It was a very busy Sunday, so I'll give them that. The food was great. The bread came super late to our table but it was delicious. They were either short staffed or just slowwww. Because for 1 order of 6oz sirloin, loaded fries and a Chilli, they took forever. The server was trying to keep us informed with the delays but it was just too much. For what should have been a 1 hr deal it took more than 2 hrs. The drink was good, but took 30 minutes to arrive. I will re-do my review once I return and have a better experience. For now, this is all I can say.

The "I love my job" tshirts should not be worn by people to give below average service. From the moment the waitress presented herself to the table I could see her facial expressions of not wanting to be there. My ribeye looked aweful, my chilli did not include a spoon and waitress did not offered one. Not the kind of service one expect.

All the staff here are AMAZING. Food and drinks were delicious. We had fun deciding on our steaks from the showcase of steaks window. We had a nice time just hanging out watching a game for a couple hours. There’s a real sense of community here for everyone. We left feeling really happy.

I frequent this place often at least 1 a week but always eat inside at the bar. Today I chose takeout. Placed my order online. When I got there I approached the window and was told give them a couple minutes they're getting the rest of my stuff 15 minutes later not knowing the whole time I was looking at my food sit there my food was brought to me and still did not have everything I was supposed to have it was basically a waste of my money because now the food is cold thanks Texas Roadhouse I'll go to the bar next time

We chose this restaurant to meet family during our trip to Florida and we had a great meal! Everything was fresh, tasty and the portions were great. The beer was cold and I've never seen a brownie eaten so fast :). I couldn't give 5 stars as our waitress didn't clear our dishes without us asking and she needed reminders to bring refills and a box. The restaurant was very busy and a little loud (lots of birthdays being celebrated) but we would definitely eat there again.

I recently visited Texas Roadhouse in Ocoee, Florida, and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, our server Mike greeted us with a smile and a positive attitude. He was extremely helpful in helping us select our food and made several great recommendations. We were able to take advantage of a coupon for their famous onion bloom, and it did not disappoint. It was hot, crispy, and flavorful. To top it off, we ordered a hurricane margarita, which was perfect for the hot Florida weather. Our meals arrived shortly after and they were hot and extremely fresh. I ordered the crispy critter meal, and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. Overall, I am extremely happy with my visit to Texas Roadhouse in Ocoee, Florida. Mike was an outstanding server and truly made our experience extra special. If you're looking for a delicious meal, great drinks and an enjoyable atmosphere, this is definitely the place to go! Keep up the great work, Texas Roadhouse team!

I came today 20 minutes before they close. The service was good. Was fast to put food in our table. They do have a tablet which is pretty good for kids, they can play while waiting for the food and is really fast for you checkout with Apple Pay or card This is second time in the restaurant but in a different location, the food is consistent. I have Bacon Cheese Burger and my a house salad. Was really good. You get a great value for your money here, I will come back next time in Orlando

Our server, Kaylee, only took our order and came by to see if we were satisfied with our food but didnt prebuss or give us any drink refills. Our two cokes took a while to come out. Our salads beat our drinks to the table. The food was okay. The steaks taste great but was overcooked from the temperature we asked for. Overall it wasn’t the best dining experience. We love Texas Roadhouse so this experience was upsetting.

Very good customer service. The food is always good and very well presented. Suggestion: Always order your food early, it always takes a long time to prepare it and bring it to the table. Also, if you go on a weekend, be prepared for the host to tell you an hour to wait. They don't really care if you leave the store, they don't even tell you if it can be a little earlier or not, they just tell you one hour or more and you decide if you want to leave or not. Very unprofessional. Outside of that, everything else is fine.

Amazing atmosphere and food. My family and I loved everything. We had an amazing dinner in my wife's birthday. Definitely I recommend this place for everyone. The drink menu is amazing. The ribs was just perfect. That bread with butter they have is just incredible.

This was our first time at this location and it was very nice. Our server was so sweet, thorough, quick, & on top of things. My daughter & I both had a ribeye and they were so delicious you didn’t even need steak sauce. The corn was so well seasoned, I loved it. The applesauce was cold (I thought it was going to be warm) but, it was good. My granddaughter loved her food. She had the kid’s steak & fries. The rolls were delicious, as always. It was crowded but, not too loud or “stuffy”. It was nice. We will definitely go back when in the area.

Saturday night dinner at Texas Roadhouse at Blackwood Ave, Ocoee, FL Everything was perfect. Our waitress Dasia was very attentive and pleasant. She did an excellent job waiting on our table. The food was great. Highly recomend the grilled chicken Cesar salad and the Chilli 🌶 Also the Strawberry lemonade. Even the freshly baked bread rolls with cinnamon butter were delicious. Baked to perfection. Texas Road house also offer complementary bags of peanuts. They have them in a basket by the entrance.

Service was amazing. The wait wasn't too long. Our waitress had to leave due to an emergency, but before she left, she was great, and the lady who took over her tables was great as well. Food came out quickly, and the manager was walking around, making sure his customers were satisfied. 10/10

First time finally having Texas Roadhouse and I was not impressed given all the hype I have heard over the years about this restaurant chain. The parking lot is small for their volume so you may need to park next-door at the dental office or Bank of America, but that was no problem. The tables are a tad too small for being a 4-person booth but it isn’t too much of an issue. The food itself was quite underwhelming. For a place who is making a name for themselves based on steaks, it was very disappointing. I ordered the Filet Medallions, cooked medium. I received them medium-well, almost well done. My partner ordered the prime rib, cooked medium-rare. It was disgustingly rare. One side was barely seared, the other side was still red like they just took it out the packaging. My partner ate it cause he doesn’t particularly mind rare meat, but he didn’t fully enjoy it. About 2/3rds of the steak was edible enough (the little bit of au jus served on the side was warm enough to help cook the meat a touch). The plating is also very awkward in my opinion. Instead of a nice dish of meat and sides being plated in an appetizing way, it is plated more to the style of a cafeteria lunch. A mix of ramekins and plastic cups of sauces all squished on a small plate. Our table of 4 found ourselves having to strategically make space and get rid of unnecessary dish-ware to be able to eat more comfortably. The bread rolls were very good, so those lived up to the hype (I preferred the regular butter over the cinnamon butter). The rolls and side of baked sweet potato were the only things I really enjoyed eating. The one thing that really put me off however, was the state of the restrooms. Do not take your purse or bag with you, as there are no hooks on the stall doors. There are holes where a hook should be though. I had to hold my purse up with one hand while I tried to use the facilities. The walls and doors of the stall are also absolutely filthy. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks & you can see the buildup of grime, splatters, and streaks of who-knows-what. I will have to give a different location a second try, but this first impression is almost enough to not make me want to try it again.

The food and service is always excellent. But the men's bathroom has been a total, smelly mess the last 3 times we visited, and they chose the most unkempt way to keep people from using the broken commode... Check the attached photos to see what I mean.

If you are looking for a place with a great service, and also for thick Steak cuts done with the precise way that you are looking after; this is your place also the ambient is familiar and is also a very relaxed ambient! The bread rolls 😋 are really, really good. Also the people from the bar are really helpful! A good choice during the week or in the weekend with the family.

Our server, whose name unfortunately slipped my mind, was absolutely exceptional. She displayed a high level of attentiveness and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. She even made sure we had everything we needed for our leftovers, knowing we were staying at a hotel for the night. Her kindness was truly appreciated. Additionally, the manager came over to welcome us and was equally pleasant. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful, and our dining experience was truly enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone in search of fantastic food, a wonderful ambiance, and outstanding service.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the service was EXCELLENT. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the food wasn’t great. Lorena at the to-go counter was EXCELLENT. I was there because it was fundraising night and 10% of the sales was going towards the elementary school. She first explained that it was not 10% off because she had some people think it was 10% off but I knew it was 10% going towards the school. I had written down what I wanted on a small piece of paper because I thought I was going to place the order over the phone but it wouldn’t allow me. So I gave her the paper and it was quicker for her and she thanked me. Lorena was very sweet, friendly and patient. I wanted to speak to the manager but everyone was busy since it was getting busier. (And it was only 6pm!) As dad as the food- the bbq chicken and steak combo: the steak portion was small and dry. The kids grilled chicken: wasn’t expecting small little chunks and it was over cooked. The third dish was chicken tenders and ribs combo and that was fine. I did do the feedback email because I wasn’t happy with the food- portion, the price etc.

Great beef, perfectly cooked. Fast, efficient and courteous service. Great baked potato, and butter. We just thought the (non-cinnamon) bread was a little too sweet.

Went on Date night. We both love the atmosphere & the food is just delicious. My wife had the filet & I had the new York strip both were excellent. The margaritas as you can see hit the spot after a long day/week at work. Great value for the money. One of our fav restaurants.

Let me start by saying our server was great. Attentive while still allowing us to eat at our own pace. The food was very tasty. The loaded steak fries and loaded potato skins were in need of salt, but otherwise cooked the way I like them at least, slightly overcooked. The issue wasn't the food or the server, but with the wait. Trying to get a table for three people, we were told thirty to thirty-five minutes. After just shy of a literal hour, we finally were seated. We asked the status of our table and were told "ten to fifteen minutes" multiple times. If we were told forty-five minutes to an hour, then we could have made other decisions. Though the place was busy, it was starting to feel like people of two or four plus were getting sat much quicker than we were. On one or two occasions, we saw people come in asking for the wait, ask to get put on the list, and get sat before us. After getting past the frustration of being sat, the food and service were great. It's the level you'd expect from a Roadhouse.

Service was really good. Food was cooked perfect. Had the bbq chicken steak combo. Mashed was on point. Over all experience was good only downside is I am a bigger guy and sitting in the booth was horrible. Need more space for the booths.
