Lovely service and great food!

I ordered two kids meals from this location, and pulled the fries from the bag like this when I made it home. They should really be filling the boxes up to the top and not half way. The customer service is usually good here, but the food is hit or miss.

Great customer service. Wait times are usually 10-20 minutes depending on the times of day you go. However, food is always fresh. Workers are efficient & pleasant. Some workers could approach the car with a better attitude but I am understanding that it can be a tiresome job standing out in the sun all day especially during peak time. Overall, I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Being able to use a points / reward system is a plus.

I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for about 2 years and my food has always been good and there Customer service was good. Up into the point of tonight When all I wanted was a cobb salad with a modification had to wait about 25 min for my food the first time.Then had to get my salad remade which came out wrong again I asked for a manager and all he did was remake another salad which was another 25 min wait after all the back and forth and all he could say was would you like for me to refresh your beverages I was so shocked and mad because my husband was super late for work after this all the cars went by us plus new ones and we were still there.I have been in resturant business for over 10 years and would have handled it way different I would have made both meals fresh plus gave the customer a give card to come back for the inconvenience you want to solve a issue to keep ppl coming back and that was not the way.I do not leave reviews at all but I was really upset,now my husband is eating Soggy fries a cold sandwich and late for work.I left a 2 star because I had good service in the past up until tonight I now my view may not matter to most because everyone love Chick-fil-A but I won't come back.By the way I did eat any fries they gave us the fries like that they were so oily and almost empty.

As it was one of my mom's favorite foods, for her Celebration of Life we ordered Strips and Nuggets, enough to feed 60. Online ordered, showed up at the time I needed, picked up packages they were hot and fresh all condiments requested were packaged and ready. One thing that allowed the event to run smoothly . Thank You

I get doordash delivery almost every week. I hope you guys will start having a big bag for delivery orders where you can put the drinks inside. That would be so much better! 👍🏻

The food is always on point and I love the way the sandwiches stay soooo warm in the foiled pack. However, I don't like that 2-3 people handled my food before I do. And (sorry for starting with conjunction) sometimes they give your food to the wrong person & then you...at that point I'm really done. Direct contact with too many people...covid is still alive although we move & ignore.

This is my 4th time I have ordered a meal from this particular chic-fil-a restaurant, luckily I reside within 2 miles of its location, so through uber-eats I am able to receive my meal-goods within 20min, the 4 meals have been all, every single one of them, outstandingly delicious in every way, of particular note the cookie-shakes are always deliciously cold and wonderfully thick so I can enjoy them using a spoon, the chicken sandwichs are of superb and superior taste, the waffle-fries are a very delightful change of taste and texture, overall my experience of this chic-fil-a restaurant is of the very highest and most exceptionally positive nature, and last before I forget I truly appreciate the sealed chic-fil-a restaurant bag that the contents are hidden within.

Loved it. Great chicken strips. Very limited parking space. Great service as the numbers were enormous but they were efficient and effective in taking orders and good service by the team. Lemonades were great and they made no mistake with the order. Will definitely pass by soon. I recommend for everyone. Food was worth the price, but they can do a little better.

This place wasn't nearly as busy as most of the other Chi-fil-A's I go to so getting in and out was pretty quick. It was everything you expect from a great meal there. Friendly people. Fast service, and hot food that tasted great. I'll return to this one when I'm in town again.

I found a hair cooked into one of my fries. The Cobb salad I received, the chicken was great quality but the greens were not fresh.

Amazing staff! Every time I come to this location, I do the curbside ordering which is always very quick and efficient. The app is extremely easy to use for placing an order. Most of the time the staff even helps you to back out of your parking space! All the food is fresh and great quality and I have noticed this location specifically goes the extra mile with specific orders or custom orders. Since this is a very busy restaurant, it is easy to overlook custom orders, (my family can be quite picky) but they always are spot on here! Truly the kindest people! I highly recommend this location!

This has to be one of the worst locations I've been to in terms of customer service. Just rude and hateful. One girl was talking trash to another miserable girl just because we asked for a menu. Other locations give you a plastic menu in the drive thru to look at. Nothing to be mad about. She then instructed us to read off of the normal menu... which was very far away. Couldn't read a thing. Talked more mess about us coming to a chick fil a and not knowing what we wanted. Uneducated. Had to get someone else to take our order because she left to talk mess. Messed up the order too.

Worst Chick fil A we have ever been in. Bathrooms were nasty. Spit left in sink. We took the last napkins. No employee was happy to be there and it showed. No was in line inside. They took our order and we stood waiting for 14 minutes. Literally watched employees just standing around. Awful place and will never go back.

I go to this location often. They are Always on point. Everything is hot and fresh and quickly made. Service is excellent. The line looks really bad but it moves FAST. * I'd love some more diet drink options that don't contain sucralose or aspartame. I'd love some stevia sweetened lemonade 🤤

I ordered a chicken biscuit meal at 10:26 and they taunted me with the promise of the sweet chicken biscuit. The team leader taking my order even said “you would have hated coming here Saturday, we ran out of biscuit mix that morning”. Her reassurance of the proper stocking of biscuits on this once fine Monday morning, quelled my fears of not receiving my chicken biscuit. But not 5 minutes later I was told the news that they no longer had biscuits. I feel devastated. What made it worse is the fact that the man that ordered a chicken biscuit after me, got his. A small saving grace is that they replaced my order with a chicken sandwich meal at the cheaper price of the chicken biscuit meal. But the point still stands, they did not keep their promise of breakfast before 10:30.

Let me first give the positive. The food quality is consistently very good. Now, the negative part. The service in the drive through has really fallen off this year. It is very inconsistent. Yesterday afternoon, I waited well over ten minutes and only moved up one spot in the right lane before I left. Meanwhile, I counted 9 vehicles in the left lane that had their orders taken, which included 4 vehicles that arrived AFTER me. A 9 to 1 ratio is RIDULICULOUS. When I left, I counted 5 vehicles in my lane (those that had been in front of me) that were still waiting to have their orders taken, and noticed two servers helping vehicles in the left lane and one in the right lane. DO BETTER!

Every food experience I've had at this location, at least three times, has been awful. Chicken tastes more like plastic than usual. The fries are always too soft and unsalted, most recent visit they were white and almost translucent; I don't know how well you can tell in the picture. Their soda has been disgusting lately, too. Staff have been typical-chickfila friendly, tho.

Got breakfast this morning and while my sandwich was hot and fresh, I was truly disappointed that they would actually give me this box of crumbs and think it was okay to serve someone. We are people not animals, these “hash browns” is not what you serve someone, it’s what you scrape off and throw away. Both my husbands meal and mine looked like this.

Ordered through the app and waited awhile to receive my food at the curbside pick-up. Male it all the way home just to find out that they forgot one of my chicken sandwiches. Second time visiting this location while in Florida and they messed up twice so I will drive out of my way to try another location.

This has consistently been the worst chick- fil-a. They never get my order correct and it's really not difficult. I ask for no pickles on my sandwich and I get pickles or I ask for 2 ranch dipping sauces and I only get one. The fries are always over cooked also. I wish there was a closer location than this to my work.

Long lines. The booths were very squished; we could hardly fit in them. The bathroom was dirty. There was no booties yet employees were sitting in the booths during their break, so we couldn’t use tables. When we first walked in there was a huge soda spill all over the floor and counter. When we left an hour later still no one had cleaned it up. There was a caution sign instead of them cleaning it up. All tables were very dirty with trash and food. And I mean all the tables. I have never seen chick fl a like this, and I hope this isn’t the normal for them.

The drive-through was mad crazy, so I went inside. The staff was very busy but very polite and professional the whole time. Food came out quickly. The price of food has gone up astronomically! 2 bowls of soup were over $15.

I love Chick-fil-A because their sandwiches are always consistent! The chicken is always moist and the toppings are generous. The waffle fries are fun and different. This was the first time we ate at this location and we were not disappointed. Even though the place was packed inside and out, we were waited on very quickly. The restaurant was pleasantly clean and the staff we’re on their “A”game. We will definitely be going back.

If Chic-fil-A had a competition on who could get their customers through the drive-thru the quickest, this place would win hands down. Also, their lemonade is better than other Chick-fil-A locations.

Beware of mold in your drinks! Disgusting! I reached out yesterday to corporate about this. A manager at the location calls me back and tells me how he checked all the machines and didn’t find anything. I then proceed to tell him I have a picture which I sent to him and all he said was thanks. I would suggest to go elsewhere.

Had to return my lemonade because there was something back floating around on it. I was very upset because I love their lemonade. But the thing that got me upset was that they didn't even seem to care about it. I worked food service and if there was something in the lemonade that means that all the lemonades were contaminated with whatever it was and they didn't seem to care and keeps on serving lemonades to other customers.

Very Rude...was too busy trying to leave for day...gave her my card ...gave it back to me as she was tryin to walk away b done for day...attitude...just sucked...I guess cause I'm White...? Who Knows.... I've been in the Restaurant Business for 35 yrs...the only thing I haven't done in a restaurant is own it....besides ihop today pretty much the worse service I've ever had out of 1 of yalls stores...yall might need to go to Memphis..learn some home training then how to run that business the correct way.... Shame on yall for allowing that behavior from 1 of yalls employees....n yall suppose to Bea Christian Restaurant...come on Now!! N the food was Not good ffs not cooked all the way through... Just not good!!! Hopefully yall get it together ...my daughter eats yalls food alot ... 6days a week in memphis ....that's just 1 person. Now with all that...yall have a great day/nite...

First Chic-Fula I have been to with terrible service, they showed favortism to someone that “didn’t look like me” after he degraded me and skipped me in the line. The issue was that I paid about 4 cars before him but we were in different lines and he kept scooting up to skip me. I was able to get my place in line but THEN the staff walks back 4 cars behind me to serve the man first so he could get out of line. He begins screaming “bitch” I got my food first ! I WILL NEVER VISIT ANY CHIC-FILA again in my LIFE. I eat her everyday for lunch but NEVER AGAIN !

Updated review. The waffle fries were gross and inedible. They were old, cold, and soggy with oil. The box of chicken nuggets were not fresh either. Usually get consistently good food from this location. The last few times were borderline bad but this newest experience was bad. Really bad. Probably not coming back.

The food was delivered missing the ice cream. The person that was supposed correct it, started delivering food to the outside and I had to be loud to attract the attention of the employees to get my kid missing item. The macaroni and cheese was burned and we threw away most of it. The chicken nuggets were over cooked and one was charcoal burned. Very disappointed in the quality of food my kid received. I had to give my daughter my fries to get her full as most of her food was not edible
