Service was so fast that after ordering I used the restroom and the food was there when I returned. I had grandma's special and ordered peaches to put over the pancakes. They were the best pancakes I have had I'm a long time. Would definitely recommend this particular Cracker Barrel!!

Had a great time! We went on a Wed evening and there was a 40-min wait, but they ended up getting us in after about 25 mins, so that was nice. Husband got the country sampler and it was sooooo much food for the price. Yum! Everything was cooked well ans the portions were insane. I got the Wed special cheesey chicken broccoli. I was pleasantly surprised!! I got Mac n Cheese side (yum), but the mashed potatoes were hard, like they hadn't been boiled enough before mashing. I ordered a hot chocolate and their machine was going in and out, so the first cup I got was cold (yuck). They did bring me another one that was hot, but it was super watered down. Service was good, but we felt rushed. However, overall it was a great time and yummy food!

Great restaurant. The tables were clean, and the food was delicious. I got the grilled chicken tenders with steak fries and a side of pancakes. The service was quick.

Christmas Eve lunch here was great! Very fast service and food was hot and delicious. Our server Brett was fantastic, attentive and accommodating. Joined their new rewards program while there and got a free item. Enjoyed this restaurant!

I give this Cracker Barrel 5 stars because of the amazing server we had tonight. He was awesome and definitely knew how to treat others. I wish I had his name because I would definitely recommend him to anyone. The food was actually really good as well as compared to the one in Commerce which I actually gave that one a bad review simply because we had to wait over an hour for the mediocre food. But this Cracker Barrel here in Athens was great and the wait wasn’t too long. Food was good but the server was the best experience about the whole ordeal. The one downside of this Cracker Barrel was the men’s room. It was dirty but I have been in was worse bathrooms before this one. Overall this one gets a 5 star from me.

The service was great. The hostess and servers were nice. The food was marginal. Usually it’s awesome. The cook must have been having an off day. I ordered a chicken blt with fries. The bacon was greasy and had no flavor. The fries were hit and miss. Some were cooked all the way, and some were almost uncooked. I’ll definitely visit again and give it another chance. I think I’ll order breakfast from now on, though.

This place is a hit or miss some days. The service is always horrible, food is not always cooked properly, and over crowded when I come here. We had to wait 40 minutes before being seated, and then another 15 minutes before anyone/waiter came to our table to take our orders. It’s definitely going to be a while before I return back.

We loved our delicious meal and only chose a rating of 4 because of an issue with one of the meals. It was immediately dealt with, corrected and remade kindly and did not charge us for any of our meal! Excellent service!
