    Burn Boot Camp is the place to be! I recently started in September and have been consistently going ever since! I was introduced by my friend and fell in love. The environment is challenging but FUN, JOYFUL, and POSITIVE. I have recommended Burn Boot Camp Athens to multiple friends and family members. Now that I have participated for almost a full 2 months, I can truly say that I see a difference in energy and overall quality of my everyday event! I can’t wait to see what 12 months will look and feel like! I love to feel the BURN!

    Burn Boot Camp Athens is a wonderful place to feel empowered and get an amazing workout. It has completely changed my life! The certified trainers genuinely care about your well-being and help motivate you to progress in your own personal way. Burn is not just a gym. It is community of women and men that support and cheer each other on to become the healthiest and strongest versions of themselves. Burn Athens is my happy hour!

    I love Burn Athens. The trainers are very attentive, always willing to help whether it’s to push you to your potential or make modifications that are best for you. The supportive community environment is really what keeps me coming back. I’ve made some great friends while at camp. Everyone is so encouraging, friendly, and welcoming. Burn is the best 45 minutes of my day, most days!

    Burn Boot Camp Athens has the best community I have experienced! From the staff to the members, it feels like a big family. They care about your whole self from the minute you walk in the doors. Childwatch is a huge help too! My kids love coming with me! I have been a member since 2018 and have had the best results mentally and physically!

    After a 10 year hiatus from any regular workout routine, I signed up for my first boot camp on a whim- I was laying in bed Wednesday night and signed up for the 5:30am camp the following day. I knew if I gave myself any more time to think about it, I would talk myself out of it and continue to put my health on the back burner. I started at burn for a million reasons; but ultimately it was because I was unhappy with myself and I knew I could do better. I had a simple goal; to have a healthy body composition, to be comfortable in my own skin and to achieve that in a sustainable and healthy way. Here is the nitty gritty. I gave myself 6 months to prioritize my fitness journey, 6 months to find out what would happen if I didn’t give up. I got obsessive about it, I needed to if I was going to make such big changes. I was relentless. I planned, prepared, I didn’t make excuses, and I followed through. I met my boot camp goal every week; visiting other locations when I traveled, I did the monthly challenges, I had one-on-one focus meetings every month with my trainer to track my progress, I followed the nutrition advice and I worked hard in my workouts. 6 months in, 60lbs lost, and I’ve crushed my goal; a goal that has felt completely unattainable for a decade. I’ve found a balanced lifestyle that I love and is easy to maintain. I have more energy and patience, I’m a better mom, wife, person and friend. I didn’t do it alone though, the community that burn boot camp creates is nothing short of amazing. I not only found a workout routine that I love and that challenges me daily, but I’m now also part of a community that both inspires and encourages me to be the best version of myself.

    Burn is the very best gym! The incredible trainers, encouragement, well-planned workouts, focus meetings, and energetic high-fives at every workout will make you feel right at home! It’s changed my life by pushing me to achieve goals I wouldn’t have otherwise accomplished! Forever grateful for Burn!

    Burn is for every BODY! I hadn’t done any sort of exercise other than walking in 25+ years. The trainers are very supportive and encouraging, and not the least bit pretentious. If I can’t do a certain activity, they help me modify to meet me where I am, but they still push me. The members are also so encouraging! I don’t dread going, which says a lot for someone who attempted to do the least amount of physical activity possible since she was 20.

    I enjoy working out at Burn Boot Camp Athens so much! The workout is always different and challenging enough. They meet you where you’re at in your workout level. The other members are also encouraging. I also love that it’s 45 minutes and my 6 year old little boy actually likes the kid’s room. He doesn’t mind going at all. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and I see them doing the workouts too when they are not training. I love this place! It’s worth every penny!

    Burn Boot Camp Athens is the best workout and people you’ll find in this city! Always a challenging workout, one on one time with trainers to focus on nutrition and goals, and people to workout with who become close friends. Madison and Evee, the trainers, do an amazing job working with you individually in the gym to make sure every workout is personalized. I started seeing results within weeks of going. Burn is the best!

    Burn is not your typical gym. The climate that is created by the trainers keeps you motivated. You know they truly care about all of you not just your fitness goals. It is one of the most challenging things I have ever done, but I’m having so much fun every step of the way. We all support each other!

    Burn Boot Camp in Athens is AMAZING!! I have been to a ton of gyms and classes and know Burn Boot Camp has done their research and they CARE about every person that walks through their doors!!! I LOVED the focus meeting I had with the head trainer Madison! She gave me a total body analysis (I’ve never had one before) and she also explained everything in a way I could understand. Madison along with the other trainers make the workouts FUN! They work on different body parts everyday and just after one week I’m starting to see and feel results!! I get excited every time I walk through the doors! I also love the fact that they cater to everyone. There’s people of all ages and athletic abilities in every camp I’ve been to and I love that!! You need to try Burn Boot Camp Athens if you want a positive fun environment to get your workout on!!!

    Burn Athens is by far the best gym I have ever gone to! The trainers are very motivating and each week’s schedule for camp is different. They make sure they get to know each person individually and help you during each camp. It is more than just a gym as they have created an amazing community of people who motivate and cheer each other on!

    If you want a place you can get motivated just by walking in the door then this is your gym! You will get the one on one training in a small group setting. The trainers are amazing and push you to your limits. I’ve made new friends and absolutely love coming to workout now. When I was at a regular gym before I never felt like I do when I finish working out at Burn. If you just come and try it you will love it but just be warned....it super addicting. ☺️💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

    Best gym and community I’ve ever been a part of! I started going in October 2018 when they opened and have been going 4-5 days a week since! I’ve never seen better results from a gym. All you have to do is show up. The amazing trainers will show you the rest! You get an amazing 45 minute workout, one on one training in a group setting, child care (if needed - which alone sold me in the beginning), universal membership, and the focus meetings to meet with the trainers to go over your goals and nutrition! I love that the workouts are always different so I don’t get bored! I couldn’t recommend Burn Athens enough!

    I absolutely love Burn Boot Camp Athens! The trainers are constantly motivating me to perform at my best and always challenging me. It's the exact environment I need to be successful in the gym! I've never found another gym like it. The workouts are different every day and they're fun! They keep my focus and attention because of the variety.

    I have been a member of Burn since January 2021. Prior to my first camp, I had always proclaimed that I hated workouts that consisted of HIIT and cardio, that I only liked running and cycling. Much to my surprise, I fell in love with the ever changing workouts, doing strength work and mostly the sense of community and friendship that is prominent at Burn. I found a group of people that believed in me, challenged me and cheered me on. As a social worker, it makes me happy to see how much the gym does for our local community, specifically doing an Angel Tree every year for the Department of Family and Children Services and collecting food throughout the year for the children that need it while on breaks from school. If you want to find a gym with trainers that care about you and push you to do even better than yesterday and to feel a sense of community, please join us at Burn. Your first protein bar is on me.

    Burn Boot Camp, Athens GA, is an environment like no other gym! The trainers get to know each member and make it a point to help them achieve their personal goals. With workout times all throughout the day, free child care, and one on one focus meetings with the trainers, you will feel so equipped to work toward becoming the best you can be. I love that each day and each workout is always different. The community of people at Burn is amazing! In no time at all you will feel connected to the amazing members that are all cheering each other on. The trainers and entire staff are the absolute best of the best! You want to try this place! I gave it a try a year ago and never stopped coming back.

    I love Burn Athens! I’ve been a member for 3 years. I love that I don’t have to think about the workouts and simply have to make the decision to show up. Absolutely love the mix of strength and cardio! As a former athlete, I really welcome the challenge the trainers offer such as increasing weight or adding an extra challenge to the exercise we are doing. Big fan of the “all ages all stages” mantra at Burn. The workout can be modified to whatever you need it to be whether it be age related or injury related. They always want to help you be able to do the workout in a safe manor. One of the things they say they offer is “one-on-one training in a group setting.” This is so true! The trainers get to know you and learn your fitness level in order to push you and also modify exercises when you need it. While there are focus meetings to measure your weight, body fat %, and muscle mass, they also focus on the importance of nutrition along with consistent exercise. With this, non-scale victories (NSV) are very celebrated. A few I’ve had over the years include being able to do multiple push ups from my toes (previously could do maybe one or two with poor form), being able to do double unders, and just general increase in mobility and flexibility! Highly recommend! You can try burn out for free for 7 days!

    The vibes there are fantastic!!! The workouts are intense, but the instructors are brilliant at modifying if you need it! I get the BEST workouts I've ever had in my life. And all of the instructors and staff are encouraging, energetic, and excellent at their craft! I can't wait to go back!

👍👍 Great gym. I was visiting from out of town and this gym had everything I needed. Large Rogue rig on the left with a lifting platform and plenty of isolation machines. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in town again. Staff was very friendly as well
