Beware that this Ecolodge seems to have gone downhill since earlier reviews. Whilst the rooms are surprisingly luxurious, and set within the stunning Naha region, the management is terribly unorganised. Our booking along with others failed to reach the hotel despite all booking direct on their website. Ecotourism activities booked were not arranged in advance despite being paid for in advance, and were often cancelled on the day. The kitchen area is disused and breakfast now is a 700m walk away. You need tokens from the hotel but management fail to explain that to guests, which we routinely saw arriving empty handed. Guests should be aware when booking also that 2 of the double rooms on offer only have internal windows, and do not face outwards which is a terrible shame given the wonderful location. Some other double rooms are in the reception area and share the reception bathroom. None of these issues are particularly frustrating in isolation, but when together it gives a sense that not enough care has been given by the staff. These rooms used to cost 200MX a few years ago. The good: No thanks to the management these rooms are still the best place to stay in Naha, and the nature around it is enchanting.

Really well maintained lodge for such a rural area. Staff are local and super nice and helpful. Heads up the rooms are not cheap.

Un lugar limpio , hermoso y tranquilo en medio de la selva. Se encuentra manejado por un comunidad que nos recibieron muy bien y tomaron El tiempo de compartir su cultura y historia de mañera muy authentica. Es un lugar lleno de riquezas naturales , vale toda la ruta hasta allá

Escondido en la selva este lugar es un excelente lugar para hospedarse y descubrir la cultura Lacandona y las lagunas y exuberancia natural de la región. Una experiencia inolvidable para acercarse a la magia de los lacandones y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Una belleza de paisajes y gente tan amable con la que te encuentras en Na-há, totalmente recomendable, además la atención que recibes es muy buena, hay un comedor antes de la entrada a la Laguna con un menú muy amplio, económico y muy higiénico
