В этом месте большое количество людей, особенно по вечерам. Иногда просто не протолкнуться, на многие тренажёры нужно занимать очередь и часто бывает, что тренажёр зарезервирован полотенцем или бутылкой того, кто лично занимается с тренером, пока владелец этих предметов цепко вцепился в другой тренажер, делая несколько подходов. Хотя казалось бы, зачем тебе сразу 2 тренажёра? Занимайся на одном и иди на следующий. Нет же, нужно занять несколько, чтобы ловко, прыжком молодой антилопы, передвигаться и использовать все нужные тренажёры. Самое интересное, что такое поведение поощряется самими тренерами. Так же, что замечается не сразу, но отталкивает, так это окно, находящееся в женской раздевалке, слева от двери высоко под потолком. Вот только незадача, если встать посередине раздевалки, можно заметить окна многоэтажки, находящейся напротив. А значит путем не хитрых вычислений можно понять, что с места обзора той самой многоэтажки всё прекрасно видно в помещении, где девушки, ничего не подозревая, оголяются и занимаются своими делами. Факт наличия окна совершенно не должен пугать, при условии, что оно закрыто непрозрачной пленкой. Но увы и ах.

Занималась тут год назад всего месяц, сам зал нормальный хотя и очень меленький, но самый главный минус - это тренера. На первом занятии мне не провели инструктаж по всем тренажерам, поэтому когда я закономерно случайно нажала не на тот режим на беговой дорожке и чуть не упала то на меня ещё и наехали, мол зачем выставила такой режим. Тренер Денис которому я несколько раз платила за персональную тренировку ни разу ее так нормально и не провёл, все время ходил с незаинтересованным лицом, давал задания и уходил общаться со своей девушкой на другом краю спортзала: никакой поддержки или хотя бы контроля чтобы я все делала правильно. И кто то верно подметил, что тренера все время занимают тренажёры, я правда не понимаю зачем им нужно именно в самый загруженный момент качаться, неужели нельзя это делать тогда когда хотя бы зал посвободнее

Посещал ваш зал, все устраивает, тренеркий состав отличный. Но перестал посещать, просто уже не было сил слышать маты на весь зал и смех, что даже не слышно музыку... Считаю, что хозяйка зала или тренер она, не должна себя так вести! Вы так потеряете все клиентов, удачи вам!

Very good hall, cozy, clean. I have been using the hall's services since its opening. She did not go for some time, as she was on maternity leave, but after maternity leave she returned again. I like EVERYTHING). Very kind and qualified coaches, they find an approach to each client, provided that the client is ready to change the best and listens to the advice of the coach. They will always come to the rescue, if necessary, and will put themselves in the client's predicament if necessary. You can even stay with a child, there will always be a corner for him) I know for sure that I do not plan to change the hall)))

Маленький уютный зал, ЧИСТЫЙ, работает с 7:00 утра, что очень удобно! Есть все необходимое для тренировок! Из недостатков (постоянно нужно одевать бахилы при входе) могли бы хотя бы поставить стульчик чтоб сумку можно было поставить (администрации говорили об этом) видимо все равно, или придумать дорожку по которой можно ходить в обуви до раздевалок; в раздевалке постоянно воняет сигаретами (плохая вентиляция или что?)

Приятный компактный оборудованный зал и человеческое отношение; всегда подскажут и помогут при случае. Оснащенные душем раздевалки и удобные шкафчики хранения личных вещей. Цены совершенно наземные и доступные. Подводя итог, хочу сказать: зал вполне стоит своих ожиданий

Хорошее оборудование, профессиональные тренера, очень приветливые и отзывчивые администраторы, есть все необходимое, атмосфера мотивирующая плюс приятно заниматься там где готовятся чемпионы 😃 чисто, что тоже немаловажно, и удобный график, абсолютно лояльные цены!

Всё что нужно для хорошей и качественной тренеровки! Цены приемлемые, я бы даже сказал демократичные. Так же есть тренера которые помогут составить программу тренеровки, а так же провести их, соответственно за символическую плату... Если вы хотите привести своё теле в порядок и быть всегда в хорошей физической форме, тогда вам нужно посетить это место....

Из плюсов: - удобное расположение - приличная раздевалка - хорошие тренеры Из минусов: - много разных тренажёров и мало места и при количестве людей больше 15 уже становится неудобно В целом, как для спортзала рядом с домом все ок, главное не ходить туда в час пик.

Я долго ходила в этот зал и являлась постоянным клиентом и в разгар военного времени, и карантина, так как для меня было удобно его месторасположение и цены до определённого момента.Но, увы, нет здесь доброжелательности и культуры поведения именно в спортзале.Некоторые тренеры выгоняют тебя прямо во время выполнения упражнения , мотивируя это тем, что у них тренировка, а ты видите ли тут ходишь и занимаешься, хотя в этот момент находятся в другом конце помещения.Это неуважение и абсолютное отсутствие клиентоориентированности.А хозяйка поощряет такое поведение и оправдывает, ей видимо не нужны постоянные клиенты и позитивные отзывы.Я уже молчу о том, что нет никакой гигиены, уборщица убирает , дай Бог раз в неделю , и часто отсутствуют салфетки и туалетная бумага, кондиционеры не включаются ни в какой период года, отопление отсутствует, развешаны хамские объявления, очень душно и тесно, цены завышены для такого места. Не советую никому, в первую очередь из-за отношения к людям.

Exercise machines for all muscle groups, the gym itself, although not large, is located very correctly. I go at different times, as is convenient for me.
