If I could give the waitresses here no stars I would. 3 of them were rude and wouldn't seat us when we showed up before closing and acted like we didn't exist.This location has clearly gotten away from their Dallas family heritage and no longer care about their customers!

The service was super friendly and pretty quick too! The food was absolutely delicious, although I will say they seem to use the same spicy seasoning for most of the “spicy” dishes so that can leave everything tasting kind of the same. Honestly though it was good anyways and I’d like to go back and try some other things!

It was decent. Nothing spectacular other then customer service. Not crowded much space on a busy day after work. Chicken tenders was very good! Will be back.

I'd do NO stars if I could!!! Chilies is an epic failure when it comes to customer service!!! We ordered food and they neglected to put the food in the bag and offered nothing in the way of replacement nor any way to make it right. The young man who answered the phone admitted they screwed up by not putting it in bad, knew exactly what order it was for. The manager said we could come pick it up or we could contact the delivery service for a refund. According to the manager it was Door Dashes fault for not checking the order. But since Covid that's against protocol. Needless to say Chili's has forever lost this family as a patron!!! No pictures to post because they didn't send the food!!!

We hit this place for the first time, the admosphere was good, a tipical American restaurant, our server was fast, nice and did a great job, however she mistake my order, instead of shrim she broght my pasta with chicken 😢🥺 She offered to bring shrim and she did it, however at the end she charged for them 😒 it's Ok, any time this happen, our generosity changes!! The food was tasty, the pasta was a little bit dried, but good. They have coktails with special price and corn 🤤 (elotes). Ribs are yummy and the chicken tender really good! The porción is huge, we full at the end, so we got food to go. A place to come back, next time I am going to talk louder 😉😅

I went to Chilis with my boyfriend this evening, and our server was Brianna! She was SO attentive, smiley, and had the BEST customer service! The restaurant seemed to be a bit short staffed, but she was working hard for all of her tables! It is so hard to find great workers - this location is blessed as they have her working there! Overall, we had such a pleasurable experience. The food was great, as well. 😊

The place seemed clean from what I could see. Just your typical chilis. The food was really great today! Probably the best I’ve ever had from a chilis I was super impressed. The server we got seemed very overwhelmed and was not attentive. We literally saw our server twice the entire time. Once when we first got there and once when he brought out the food. I needed a drink refill and waited until he brought out the food before I got a refill. Which was at least 30 minutes. We even joked they were back there butchering the cow it took so long for the food to come out. The guy seemed sweet he just appeared to have a lot going on and was having trouble managing it all. I think the staff needs better training. But the food was so good so we’ll definitely be back just hope next time the service is better.

Food is pretty much what you expect from a flat top grill. Waitress was nice and returned our margarita without question. My wife left her beat headphones on the table and they were there when we went back 2 hours later. Great service. Food is...... Chili's.

We went in 4th of July and it wasn’t a lot of ppl the service was amazing the food was good and everything came up to our table super fast

The food was lukewarm tasted alright at best. Chicken strips were the worst, tasted like rubber. Waitress tried to be nice & accommodating. She offered and was persistent that she could bring a dessert since the food was bad then charged us for it. I would grab fast food before I went to Chili's again. Short staffed, dirty, expensive, and terrible food. Very disappointing, we've been dining there since it opened. It has definitely gone down hill.

Disgusting! My burger was crispy burnt. Me and my husband asked for cheese on our fries and due to their error we got cheese, jalapenos, and bacon with our 2 orders of fries and Im sure i was charged extra for their mistake.(we hate jalapeños and bacon) I paid 87$ which I feel was wasted considering the fact that food was disgusting. Horrible experience. The waitress had the hardest time putting our order in with their super slow tablet. My sons quesadillas were over cooked and hard. I will never be back to this place thanks for ruining my experience. The only good thing I got was the appetizer which was the sliders/wings. Avoid this place at all cost! Some better options like Logans and Olive Garden are right next to it.

After not going for about 2 years, this place was great! It was very different from the last time. The food was good. It was hot and the service was great!

Nah, not doing this again. Do you really want to eat here as nasty as the place is? I mean, if you can see the nastiness where you sit, what does the kitchen look like? The food is unappealing and lacking in flavor. Pretty sure hall if it is freeze dried and then rehydrated. The tortillas with the fajitas are always old and crispy, not in a good way either! The steak (which is what I had) was a bad cut and had been glued together with butchers glue and no flavor again! Dirty, dirty place. Oh and that’s not frost on the cup….. SMH

The food was great, Our waitress was very attentive. The building looked very ghetto and in need of repair. But the fact that We told Her that the table behind Us had done 3 drug deals in the time We had been there waiting on Our food, was appalling!!! No apologies, no nothing. Didn't even offer Us the option of moving. We had My Grandson with Us, and We felt very unsafe. We took Our food to go, and felt cheated. Don't go to this location!

This was a great chilis. The waitress was fast and brought out my food very hot and fresh, and got our order perfect. They kept our drinks full and I had a strawberry margarita that was delicious. I like the seating arrangement here as well. Good central location, plenty of parking.

Placed an order via DoorDash when the order arrived we had missing items and the rib order was wrong. (DoorDsah corrected that issue for me). When I called to talk to the manager to tell her my order was wrong even though the kitchen slip had the correct items listed on it, she (no name given) said that it was DoorDash problem not hers. I’m sorry ma’am but yes it’s your problem since door dash didn’t fix my food or prepare my order. The issue is you staff didn’t take the time to verify that my order was prepared correctly. Order was placed around 1600 hrs 12/31/2023.

Our waitress sandy was so attentive and made our dinner experience so much better. She described food on the menu and suggested what would be best to eat . Food was delicious and will definitely go again ... ☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered via Door Dash. Delivery time and driver was good. Food was really poor quality. Mini burgers meat was BURNT and TOUGH. Cheese fries were hard and horrible. Could not eat the food without feeling queasy from burnt taste. Business was closed by the time our food was opened up. Have eating at the establishment before, but tonight was very bad. Very disappointed.

This establishment is well run with friendly staff. They also provide wonderful food at a fair price. Chili's continues to be a family favorite. Thank you for your good customer service. 👍

Whatever you do, don’t get takeout from here.. my Santa Fe burger was still raw in the middle. Like this is def not safe to eat. I didn’t even notice until after I ate a bite 😩

This place is always a hit or miss on good service. Our last dinner visit had the grill down so we didn't have many options. Didn't get any chips and salsa refills. Hardly got any drink refills. So many dirty tables which explained the long wait but even so, they took forever (45min) to clean a single table. Mind you, it wasn't busy. There was even a ranch spill that took 15min for anyone to clean up. Staff just walked on through it. That said day shift is much more friendly, attentive, and cleaner than dinner shift. I really never had a problem during lunch shift.

Friendly but kitchen and kitchen floor very nasty. There seemed to be good communication between employees and orders seemed to be a priority. There was also an eaten corn on the cob husk on the floor and food debris all over the floor in the kitchen and all over the counters.

Their big mouth burgers are always on point. The time it takes them to get your food to you varies at times but rest assured it will always be the right temp. Can't go wrong with the bacon rancher burger. Advice: tell them to add some of their chili to it. Next level flavor burger!

Good food. Good service. The only thing I have issue with is the loudness of everything. The music is already way above comfortable for my hearing issues. I have hearing loss at certain frequency ranges. The other frequency ranges that I can hear when they get too loud are the ones that trigger massive headaches that causes me to be sick for days afterwards. Because of the high music volume all the customers have to shout to be heard over the music. This makes it very uncomfortable when the shouting voices and music blend into a mass of undiscernable noise that hit those migraine causing triggers.

This place deserves a 5 star. If you are here and haven't tried, it'll worth every penny and worth the long wait time. Good parking, kid friendly, clean area, clean bathroom, wheelchair accessible. It really good

Do not DoorDash from this location if you expect your meal to be on time. As a Dasher, I have never been able to pick up from this restaurant on time because of how slow the service is. Perhaps the management should be retrained on how to run a restaurant in an efficient manner or be replaced if they cannot do so. I know that the service staff are working as hard as they can, but it seems like their management is failing them.

I went in for my birthday, we had a big party and they did a great job. The manager brought me dessert and wished me happy birthday. I will definitely be back. A ++ would recommend!

My husband and I ate here June 9th 2022. He had a steak and I had a chicken sandwich. The steak tasted very rubber and so did the chicken. They need better cuts of meat! We have not ate here in awhile but decided to try it again. We weren't missing out on anything!

Me ate here with a friend and even though the wait was a little bit long due to some issue that they were having in the kitchen it was not bad because we were sitting there visiting anyway food was good drinks were good and the server was really nice can't remember her name but everything was actually very enjoyable. I also do GrubHub door dash etc and it's so nice being able to sit there and park and have them bring out the food and everybody is super nice. I've never had any issues at this restaurant anytime I've ever went. And I went there for years now.

I ordered through Uber Eats their chicken strips and fries. It's the same meal I like to order when I eat in, which is always fresh and the fries well seasoned. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the chicken strips were small and soggy, and the fries were old and not at all seasoned. I am so tired of receiving poorly made food through delivery. Do restaurants not realize the food is up charged?? Why should the quality suffer? I would think they would care just as much as if I were eating in. I will not be eating from here again, whether at the restaurant or by delivery. Sorely disappointed.
