Love this place and it's always consistent no matter which location you go to. The bread was perfect as always and the steak was very tasty and not over cooked or overseasoned. The service was friendly and everything about the experience was just how I would expect. Definitely recommend.

It’s always a treat to go here and have a tasty dinner with friends! Prices aren’t too high like a lot of steakhouses so it makes this place ideal for a monthly bite! The steaks are great, but dare I say it is the rolls that are truly addicting! And the service is almost always very friendly and fast! If I had to complain about anything though, they are often very crowded (UNDERSTANDABLY) but they have little to no Covid safety measures for the wait, recently just to get my table after waiting outside out of the crowd, my friend and I had to squeeze and get stuck in a flood of people, I feel like they could find a better system do lighten the human traffic jams, at least during the pandemic.

Great place for an afternoon out with the family. Great food, great service, very attentive staff. Had the ribs and they were fall off the bone and tasted amazing my wife had the steak and it was gone before I could ask her how they were. Will definitely be back for more.

Our server was training, but overall the experience was good. I didn't know they had a gluten friendly menu and was excited to learn that. The herb crusted chicken was my favorite before learning I had celiac disease, so I was happy to realize it actually is gluten friendly.

We happened to be in Odessa for a football game and ate here on a Friday night. Very crowded place. Seemed to be plenty of parking and plenty of employees to handle the crowd. Many of us went in and got a beeper puck and waited in our vehicle to be beeped. Once inside, we were immediately offered drinks and given two dinner rolls and one tiny serving of butter. Once our drinks arrived I asked the server for more bread since he only brought us two for five people. He said he would. He never did, even after asking him a second and third time. He served our appetizer with our dinner. The salads were good, the sirloin steak was hard and chewy, the guys ordered ribeyes and they were fatty and not very well cooked for medium well. The mashed potatoes were instant and tasted like the cook had run out of liquid before mixing the instant potatoes properly. When you pay that much money for a steak dinner you should be getting homemade mashed potatoes. I wasn't impressed, but luckily, i wont be in Odessa often.

100% check your steak before you leave with a pickup order. Asked for medium, my steak is every bit of well done. My fault I guess.

Waited over an hour for our meals. We're finally served cold dry steaks and old rice. We were very understanding the whole time but we refused to eat or pay for the meals that looked like they were microwaved and waiting in the line for at least 40 mins. Won't be back to this location. The juices were literally dried on the plates when it was served to us.

We absolutely love Texas Roadhouse. We went for my daughter’s birthday and enjoyed everything. Everyone is great there, service was amazing. The waitress asked me to cut my steak because it didn’t look like what I ordered and it was a little over cooked and she had a fresh one ready pretty quick and it was perfect. The food portion is pretty good to we always have plenty of leftovers to take home and snack on later. If I could give more stars I would 😁

Poorly managed

Service was quick and precise. We were seated immediately amidst lunch hour rush hour. The food was prepared as ordered and the server was very attentive. Good prices, good eats, good pick!

Went by before heading to see Cody Jinks and it was busy like you’d expect from a Texas Roadhouse. Everything started great with a very short wait for a booth and a nice waitress. Then another waitress decided we were he table and took over, unfortunately she’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. She started with excuses and every time she came around she was dropping excuses. The cactus blossom was good, probably the best we’ve had in many years. It was cooked to where you could enjoy the entire onion. My wife’s steak was cooked a perfect medium/rare, mine came out cold to the touch. I chalked that up to the steak being rare instead of the medium/rare that was ordered. That was still ok by me, but again the constant excuses from the waitress was too much for my nerves.

Spent more time waiting for my waitress then eating! Had the big sirloin and bake potatoe, the meat was so fatty couldn't eat half of it!

My wife and I went on a date and it was a pleasant experience. I ordered the ribs, and while they were a little burnt, they still had above average flavor. They were falling off the bone tender and I still took the rest home and ate them for lunch the next day. Our server was awesome and very attentive. We waited for nothing even during a busy time. Best place for a freshly stake, for lunch or dinner, and the salad and the bread are the best. You won't be disappointed if you haven't try Texas Roadhouse is time to come and enjoy, a fresh steak at a friendly place.

We were here on a Saturday evening for our grandsons birthday celebration. Our group was seated promptly and our waiter was awesome. The food came out quickly and correct. And it was delicious. Thanks for making him feel so special at the end of the evening.

Best stake It would of costed me at least $130 something in California costed about $52.00 with a tip food was a mazing and the broccoli was great service way better than Cali and really nice

It's a great restaurant. Very clean throughout the whole building, even bathrooms. They do such detail in cleaning every booth and table I don't feel bothered to sit at one. The servers can be quite wonderful and kind. Very patient and prompt with food and greetings. The food is always excellent and if anything is wrong in your opinion, it'll happily be remade as soon as you let them know.

So we came here for my mom's birthday dinner we were a party of 14. If you have that many this is not the place for you. They unfortunately aren't built to cater to that big of a party. We had back to back booths so we all didn't get to sit together. Other than that the waiters did very well in serving us. Food was great. I asked for cosmopolitan they were missing a liquor and the bartender and our waiters figured out what to substitute so I could still have me drink. I appreciated that and whatever the subbed was great. Other than the seating all was great.

The food is excellent never had a problem with the food Texas roadhouse. Me and my wife go there often. Never had a problem with the food or staff, but they need to pay more attention to the flags that they’re flying on top of the building. The American flag is frayed and it’s only hooked by one hook. It is a disgrace to America, please change it please fix it please I respect the flag. Thank you.

In town visiting from New Mexico. Everything was delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly. We tried a couple of beers that we've never had before and now the goal is to find where to get our hands on them! Great service, helpful and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

It was uncomfortably warm...It took us over an hour to get our food. Service was pretty good. Thank goodness. The food was ok. Not great like it usually is.. Perhaps it was a reminder to eat at home and save money. 😫

Texas Roadhouse Odessa. I ordered my food, no croutons because of my allergy. They brought my salad w/croutons. I asked the to remake it. They just took the croutons off leaving bread crumbs on my salad. I had to have them make it a second time. When the food came back the manager told me that it is not their responsibility because I did not tell them I had an allergy. Looks like I am going to have to find another place to eat.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here. We love Texas Roadhouse and it’s usually consistent but Monday night was not good. We arrived at 9pm on Monday and although it was busy we were seated immediately in a booth near the bar. It took a while for our waitress to visit our table for drink orders as well as food orders. She acted like she was bothered to be working and had better things to do. We waited about 45 minutes for our food. We had to ask for refills, the ribs were burnt, the steak was not great, the fries had so much seasoning it was crazy. The chicken critters were great though. When we were finishing up the waitress dropped trash all over the floor in front of our booth and just left it there. We would not visit this location again

First time here. It was a nice experience overall, although the steak I ordered wasn't cooked right. I wanted it Medium Rare, and it was medium. Also, it seemed the steak was left sitting out for a while because it was not hot when I got it. You may call me picky, but steak lovers will know what I'm talking about. I will definitely give it another try. It was definitely worthy. It's hard to get good customer service in this area, and even though the restaurant was packed, the service was excellent.

I had to get my food (to-go order) fixed three times, including my main entrees, however the staff were nice to me, I just felt really embarrassed that I had to keep coming in. The first time, I had ordered the cheese fries with no bacon, and we had to wait to get it remade. We go home (I live close by, thankfully), and it turns out it still had bacon. I go back by myself with the fries, and then get them remade. They were just fine that time, but since I hadn't even gotten the chance to check the steak we got, we had no idea they were super overcooked. My brother and I ordered rare steaks, and ended up receiving it well done and dry. My fiancé's salmon smelled off, and even though I didn't bring it back with me they were kind enough to remake it for me. They remade everything for me after I brought them back. I ended up with everything fixed about an hour and a half after I placed my order. I was a little upset and hungry, but that's not the fault of the people I was talking to, and they were very nice and apologetic the whole time. They were clearly busy, and honestly the wait time could have been so much worse, I only waited about 15-20 minutes each time I had to get something fixed. I have had several problems in the past with to-go orders not having as much care put into them as dine-in, so I will have to say I wouldn't recommend doing to-go with this location. I would say just dine-in or check all of your food as soon as it is handed to you.

I've always had a good time there anytime I've ever went. I wanted to go a couple of times just by myself just to eat and relax and not worry about anything. But I've been told that they try to sit you at the bar while I have a disability so I wouldn't be able to climb in those big chairs that they have at the bars. I wouldn't be able to pick myself up to get in one of those chairs

Okay let me tell you I have been to Texas Roadhouse's all over this great country of ours. And I have to say from just the food alone this is by far the best. My steak was not just cooked to perfection it was tender and delisios. It is the best steak you can get for under 30.00

Texas roadhouse has always been our go to spot for date nights. You cannot go wrong with one of their juicy steaks. The complimentary hot rolls with cinnamon butter our my family's favorite. All around is just one of my personal favorites.

Great service and clean restaurant. Ordered the fillet medallions. One of my fillets was tough AF, and the others slightly undercook. My macaroni and cheese was on point, as well as my salad. The sweet tea is probably the best in town! I’ve never had sour tea here.

Steak was cooked just like the way I wanted, waitress disappeared for a while. But all in all we enjoyed it.

Love the place. Put myself on the waiting list prior to getting there and got in really quick. Food was exceptional. Cooked to perfection and the drinks and wine exquisite.

This place is very consistent, and always delicious!! Service is always great, food is always delivered to the table hot and fresh!! Cesar salad is one of my favorite sides. Pick anything, you can't really go wrong!

been about a year since my last visit and as nearly all the times I've been to this location the food has been great. Service seems to be iffy after your food has been delivered though, almost seems like your forgotten about and you may or may not get a drink refill before your food is finished.
