One of my favourite spots to have a beer in Odessa. One of the few bars around with a nice backyard to enjoy sunny evenings and where you don't finish the night smelling like an ashtray. Cons: average food, prices are inconsistent and service is so so.

Corkie's got the coldest and hardest burgers in town, Baby! My Waco,Texas born Dr. Pepper was hand poured out of an aluminum can by a totally unprofessional server, classy! I'm eternally grateful I did not have to pay for meal or tip.

I went to watch my friends band play . Hoppy T Tucker and the Hillbilly Rockers. Not only did I enjoy the unique atmosphere, but it also happened to be steak night . It was a bit different as you served yourself on the sides, however !!! I felt the steak to be a high quality and plenty thick !!! Will go back !

Always have a good time here. Went to see the Barcin Spiders. Good live music, and it's nice to sit out on the patio for a beer.

The bartender was awesome! It's sad that a traditional biker bar excluded a whole group because the ownership won't protect his bartenders by not hiring bouncers just due to a few bad apples just because of colors

Food was not very good as far as take out goes but it is a bar. It was cheap food so I definitely got what I paid for. Other then that no complaints on the place or service.

I visited as part of a group of 10. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the food was good for a grill/bar, and the service was good. After half of our group left, the owner grabbed the smallest girl (rather than to two men) and yelled at her, "YOUR GROUP TIPPED ZERO!". She informed him that there were gratuity charges on the checks. After he confirmed her claim, he gave her a thumbs up from 10 feet away. Only after I insisted that he apologize to her did he return to apologize formally. She was the one who suggested we go here. We likely won't return for their excellent customer service. I can appreciate trying to take care of your staff, but next time, pick on someone your size rather than trying to bully the smallest girl.

Lucy is a great waitress. Great people meet up here of lo kind!! Recommended.

This bar is a little nicer than other country bars in the area. When they get really busy, service starts to slack, but when you get food or drinks, they are good. There aren't any bathrooms and instead have 2 portable bathrooms outside next to the stage. The outdoor atmosphere is pretty neat when a band is there.

Everything was delicious and bartender was smoking hot! Enjoyed it.

The nastiest food. The hamburger was hard a rock. We couldn’t even eat it the meat was so hard. And there also prejudiced. They have a sign that says no colors no rags no shirt no service right when you go in the door.

Love this place. Took my 92yr old granny there for lunch and she just loved the food and adored Angie Westbrook.

Tuesday steak night is always good. If they ever need a Dj let me know.

Wait staff was kind enough, but the food would definitely not be a reason for my return visit. Not that it was bad, but it was certainly less than enjoyable.

It's been awhile since we've been here, so, we figured we'd drop in. The 3 stars are for the food, excellent as usual. Actually, I would probably go 4 on the food, but, the service was far from good. After asking for lemon 3 times, my wife had to go get them. Once, we received our food we were not checked on again. I was trying to get the waitresses attention for more tea, to no avail. Once, again,my wife went to get the refill. At checkout, the waitress told me $26.xx, then handed me a ticket to sign for $74.××. Another waitress had to fix things. I don't know, maybe the girl was new, but, if so, she should have been watched closer. We will go back, no doubt.

I would suggest them investing in a House PA/Sound System that will attract more bands and bring more people in..

I've had everything on the menu, and I would do it all over again. The service here is top notch, and its quick enough to grab on your lunch break. If I had to pick a favorite meal it would be the enchiladas, and I would start with the bacon wrapped jalapenos. Absolutely delicious! I'll definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

Great food, relaxed atmosphere and biker friendly! Wait staff is knowledgeable, great diverse menu. Awesome place to stop and relax after a day on the bikes or.... just grabbing a bite for lunch or dinner. The pick of Live Music artists they have some weekend's, has gotten better! Usually have a great experience it this bar in the post. I don't know if it was closing when I arrived at 9:45 pm. I wasn't given the chance to ask. About half a dozen workers behind the bar not one acknowledged me. Not even the one who walked by my table to check on other tables. After ten minutes I finally asked if anyone was working and still ignored I left.. Very rude not customer friendly tonight.
