DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The only reason I booked the hotel was for the pool. Management refused to open the pool and denied me a refund. She then called the police to have me removed from the property because I argued with her. The officer was extremely nice and understanding.The manager agreed to give me my refund at that time in front of the officer. She said it would take up to 3 business days. It's been 6 days and I still have not received my refund and she refuses to take my calls. On top of that the rooms are crawling with German roaches and the staff is rude. I'm pretty sure they are running drugs out of there as well. The cops said that place was always a problem and they have a hard time dealing with them.

I would recommend this motel to anyone who is a local or out of towner. Cleanroom, quiet, everything worked. Including the wifi. Beautiful pool and the Hispanic girl at the front desk was more than helpful. She was polite and courteous and even allowed us an extra hour to check out due to our late arrival. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice not expensive but the hair dryer didn’t work my girl couldn’t dry her hair. So I gave it a 3 star and the lady up front of the office was rude to me and my girl because we couldn’t provide a ID but online they don’t ask for one that doesn’t make sense so we gave them the next best thing I gave them my TDCJ ID and my Girl had the same. And the clerk was upset and told us we cannot continue to stay with out a valid ID. So she said when are times up we would have to go. Well I’m sorry if I’m an ex felon but that’s the past.I am a new creation in Christ.

The new manager Minerva seems to enjoy not letting locals stay in the room but will happily still run your credit card and proceed to tell you she can't let you stay if your id shows odessa.which I have the credit card statement to prove it.This new management seems like a fraudulent type that likes to steal people's money and refuse to let them rent

We stayed here for the weekend.. we had no tv the first day.. phone didn’t work.I felt the wires in the mattress.. bathroom looked really dirty.There was no breakfast like it says online.there was one lady (guessing mrg) she was straight up rude!! I will NEVER stay there again!

I booked online, when I got to the property was told about a cash deposit, the room total and deposit were charged to my card. 3-5 days wait for a refund. The girls in the office were out smoking in the parking lot. CHECK IN on Thursday- out on Saturday- no one came to service the room at all. THE ROOM- was small with 2 full size beds and one was pushed totally against the ac unit which caused it to barely blow air. There were no blankets on the beds, just sheets tucked under the mattress. Pillows were dirty and shabby, room was non smoking but smelled badly of cigarettes. CHECK OUT- is at 11am- was 1130 and no office attendant, only a Spanish lady who said she does the laundry and couldn't help. She had to call the office Mgr, who wasn't on the property, to check me out.

The staff are very helpful and nice once we told them about any problem it was taken care of promptly I made another review thinking it was to and about the booking company for issues with them and it was placed on motel one page. Motel one is a very good place to stay it was clean with great customer service. It's a must check out

Worst experience I've ever had at a motel. I reserved a king room and got put into a double standard that didn't have blankets or a phone or a working refrigerator. I was told the original room I was suppose to be in wasn't clean and they couldn't rent it out. Also they are suppose to have a pool but the pool is bright green and closed due to a broken pump supposedly. Won't be ever staying here again.

THE OWNER THREW MY PET RAT AT THE WALL AT 130 KM/H!!!!!!! THAT’S 1,284,585 CHEESEBURGERS AN HOUR!!! Never coming to this place AGAIN!!!!! There was a spillage of mercury AT room temperature (which is HIGHLY TOXIC) in our room and my son DIED. I would rather listen to 30 hours of NAV or 100 hours of G-EAZY than EVER stay here!!!! I would rather have ISIS torture me and use me as anti-American propaganda to the mass media than go anywhere NEAR this place. I never wanted to kms harder than after I stayed here. Pretty comfy beds tho so it was ok ig idk.

Didn’t have all amenities available. When spills are accidentally made by guests, the cleaning crew is not quick to clean it up nor do they provide the means for guests to do so themselves. When checking out, the same cleaning crew who was slow to clean up a mess in the lobby makes sure they find a way to try to take some of your deposit money by saying something won’t come out. That just shows they don’t know how to clclean in the first place. It’s called soak in cold water and use Bleach!!!!!!!! Worst customer service ever. After two stays, depending on who’s checking you in or out, is how you get treated. It seems the newer employees show grace and patience and the older ones need to be replaced.

This is one of those motels that feel like a hotel. It has great parking plus those morning biscuits are to die for. It's like Martha Stewart cooked them. Seriously was not expecting the biscuits to be that delicious. Them i find out that they are made from scratch!! The staff is very attentive and nice. Apart from the usual motel noises at night, it was an amazing stay. Going back without a doubt.

The room was so dirty! The towels where disgusting... the room smelled horrible! The room was uncomfortably small... I just left! I didn't even stay after I saw the Cockroach run down the sink! Worst room I've ever seen! I spent the extra money to rent a room else where tonight!

Ok I get the inflation on things right now. But this is to management , look I work in the oil field I chose this establishment because it's really the best out of everyone for the price. But what sets you apart is the breakfast and coffee in the morning. I'm willing to pay a higher price for all that and the professional way your staff treats us. But you took away the waffles in the morning and my wife is not happy so we're going to have to move and that is ....well I don't want to it's more work on me and stressful. Please fix this. I'm #141 in Odessa and I just have to say you've been great while I've been here.

I am, at the moment of writing this review, lying awake in this room at 11:35 pm because every time the person at the front desk gets people to turn their extremely loud music off someone else turns theirs on! The staff so far have been very kind to me... the rooms are OK I guess... but it seems impossible to get a decent sleep here due to the noise... we were going to stay here again on our return trip back through but I think we will cancel our future booking and make other plans... the price was very cheap but I think I have learned a valuable lesson... you get what you pay for.

No stars for this motel from us. My husband stayed here 5 days with NO service what so ever. When he finally asked for clean towels he was told they had none. Never changed his sheets or cleaned his room. Will never use this chain of motels again!!!! Well it's forcing me to give one star to post this review

Stay somewhere else if you can!! The A/C units barely work, the beds are uncomfortable and broken, small rooms, ice machine is broken, soda machine is broken, some of the staff is rude, the pool is nasty and green, no breakfast at all even though online they say they do, the lobby is not even open. They keep it locked all the time. It's in a rough/bad part of town. La Quinta by Wyndham is just down the street and WAY better with breakfast, better beds, nicer staff, and bigger nicer rooms

We had some issues with the room but doesn't matter because the outstanding front desk service solved that.good prices and the maintain gentlemen good. Thanks ladies we'll come back

I wanted to stay here but I seen a few people saying y'all took away the waffles in the morning. That's not cool at all ☹️🥺.

Nice motel the rooms are a bit small but not to bad. The clerks are very homey one woman screams Texas hospitality. The breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast waffles could have used a drink that wasn't coffee. The only real issue i had was this little lady whose english wasn't great shes kinda rude but not horribly so. All in All not a bad hotel room and its worth more than what we paid for it. Last note there is a $50 deposit noone tells you about to the hotel put up a sign or something.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE- I called the number on website to confirm if my guest checked in . The guy rudley said google yellow pages and hung up the phone. What a complete joke!!!!!!

They are dishonest! They indicate on their website there is -0- additional charge for a small pet. When you arrive to check into your prepaid room They demand $50. which they say is non-refundable for your small pet to stay. Simply immoral! They cannot be trusted to uphold what they themselves put on their website. Shameful!

I would definitely recommend this motel. My stay was excellent. I found great rates online for my stay, the office staff was helpful and friendly, especially Claudia. The room was a little smaller, but MUCH cleaner and more up to date than the more expensive hotel nextdoor, on the other side of the bridge **cough, cough RAMADA cough, cough** . I really liked how the fridge was "hidden" in the cabinet, gave it a very modern feel. The bed was super comfy. The room had a cozy atmosphere. Love the fact that they are pet friendly and that there's a game room right nextdoor that you can walk to. The other guests were very nice and friendly and gave it more of chill vibe. I'd totally stay there again.
