    This place is an absolute dump. What kind of human being’s take out your dog and belonging’s while at work. The manager and staff took out my dog from the room. Shame on them. You DO NOT TOUCH ANOTHER PERSONS SERVICE ANIMAL. Regardless of what issue they made up- you don’t touch people’s pets and belongings. Obviously I - the owner of my dog- was going to return and there is not a good enough reason to go in and grab my dog in the manner they did. I returned from a work lunch and my SERVICE DOG was in the office and my belongings in a trash bin. I feel VIOLATED AND DISRESPECTED. If you check the reviews they do this regularly - I am not first guest they have done this to. I’m taking this up the chain. My clothes is ruined cause shampoo leaked on my clothes and they had no right to touch my dog. Also- my prescription medications were open and spilt everywhere and are missing. What kind of human beings work here? Shame on them. I am DISGUSTED by their disgusting behavior.

    I am here now on a 3 day work trip. The wifi doesn’t work and apparently has not for the last week +. In no manner was I notified prior to arriving nor when checking in. It wasn’t until I went down stairs to ask if there is a wifi issue that I was informed. It may seem tedious but with this area lacking LTE service it makes it impossible to hotspot from my phone. I had to walk outside just to send this review.

    The room was nice the bed was great! It was super comfortable! Slept really well. The shower was nice and the shampoo was actually really nice too!I highly recommend this place for a great night sleep. 🌙 the breakfast was really good. Eggs,bacon,toast,fresh 🧇 waffles,biscuits and gravy and fruit loops! It was super clean in the dining 🍽 area. The lady cooking was also very nice.

    I was given the key to someone else’s room which in turn made me feel unsafe. The room I was given was filthy. Stains on the carpet, accent chair and bed skirts. Dirty headboards. The shower was dirty and had the previous guests hairs in it. I didn’t sleep properly knowing how disgusting the room was.

    Nice place, friendly staff, clean rooms. Buuuut make sure you get your shower in before the maids start cleaning the building, they leave the shower on in every room they’re cleaning and it drains all the hot water.. really weird. You cannot shower from around 9 to 5

    Run down. Beds were not made each day, trash not taken out, no fresh towels…. (had to ask them to clean) WiFi did not work and was not advised of such At check in. Someone tried to break into my pickup bed topper. Scratched my tailgate. Very disappointed.

    So I just drove in from Phoenix AZ and realized I forgot my power cord to my CPAP machine. So I looked for the remote to the tv, because I’m going to be up all night now. NO Remote! Called front desk, it’s 1am, NO answer. Had to go down to desk and get a remote. Nice size room, however very disturbing. Afraid to pull back the sheets to see what I might find. Blanket and bedding, looks old and very damaged. Gaps in carpet and baseboards as if the carpet is shrinking and pulling away from the walls. Paint on the wall looks either melting off the wall or just goop dripping. The gap under the door is so big that anything could be placed under the door. Be it a camera lenses or a hook to unlock the door from the outside. Truely disturbing. Only reason I’m not asking for another room is with out my power cord I can’t sleep and 2 this is where my company got me a room. Not Recommended at all until major repairs are made. Sad Excuse to be included in the Wyndham family. Better rethink your affiliation

    Our company has stayed here close to a dozen times just in the last year. When you check in their paperwork says no pets. When I saw this I told them that is not going to work and may have to stay elsewhere. The desk called manager and approved my 10lb dog to stay. They told ne to just say she us emotional support animal. And she actually is. After 6 stays with my dog they decoded to charge us $250 today for violating pet policy. Not because my dog caused any damage just because they wanted to. Will be sending our repeat business of 5 figures a year and referrals elsewhere

    Not really the sort of place for a family with small children. The beds were too high (we had to move a mattress to the floor for our four year old) and there is no pool or other family- oriented activities. Also, the room was obviously old and worn down.

    This is my goto place in Odessa. Love the rooms. They always have it nice and cool for me and clean. The staff is awesome. Especially Evelynn, she's a great manager

    This was the absolute worst stay at a Motel I have ever had!! Was there on a work trip and on the second day when I returned to my room all my stuff was gone. The room was completely cleared out! I went to front desk and they said sorry the girl at the desk accidentally cancelled your second night and rented the room to someone else. Then said they were completely booked and brought my stuff out in a trash bin. My suitcase had been dumped out and completely gone through. I had to go stay at the La Quinta while my coworker had to stay there. Then my coworker wakes up next morning and ceiling is leaking water all over the room. Complete disaster and not handled professionally in any way. I was sent out at 11 pm to find another place to stay while priceline stated they still had rooms to book.

    Clean room. I left my luggage in lobby that morning i checked out. I Called a week later and asked if they found my luggage was there. The young receptionist. Said yes. When I arrived she said I had left it in the lobby. And all my things were in my lugged. Very thoughtful of them to hold it for me.

    What a great hotel! I requested a quiet room---away from the elevator and ice machine. The staff was very accommodating and I had a corner room on the 3rd floor. It was perfect! Comfy bed and good breakfast---altho when I went at 8:45 the hot food was cold so they must have unplugged everything. (hours were 6-9)

    Toilet not working. Couldn't move us to another room. For 2 going downstairs to the restroom 🚻 😳 bummer. Customer service got to talk with my supervisor. Bummer second time. Noise level high! The sweetest young lady for the night shift helped out got a new room and the toilet works and the noise is gone.

    The worst experience I've ever had at a Wyndham Baymont hands down!! My family came to stay for a funeral and I recommended the Baymont on legados as it was close to the airport and as I took my family in to check into their rooms there was a profound smell of marijuana in the lobby and as we stood there a lady named Carol was on the phone cursing somebody out and my grandparents stood there appalled. Luckily I got them to there rooms with out much more incidents . My uncle told me the next day that the chatter of the maids sitting in the dining table was loud and he felt they were disrespectful and rude when they were asked for anything... Terrible! The hotel itself was very nice but the staff were very unprofessional...

    Check-in was no issue, room was clean and bed was comfortable. BUT, @ 0030hrs, I was awakened by the night clerk to confirm who I was in my room. Had a hard time going back to sleep, and discussing the incident with management the next morning, they said that there was some mistake made by the clerk who checked me in. They offered a 20% discount on my next stay for my loss of sleep/ security, and I explained that I wouldn't be using it because I won't be staying there in the future. I usually choose Wyndham branded motels because of their good service and clean, comfortable rooms. Won't be choosing the Baymont in Odessa, TX anytime soon

    Nice room and breakfast. Lots of side roads to get there (15 minutes!) in spite of the hotel being "close" to the interstate. Make sure to get the code for internet access when you check in. Pleasant staff.

    This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and usually I have a more positive review however this time not so good. The staffing here is top notch, helpful, pleasant and resourceful, parking is plenty and it’s located 10 minutes from Walmart, Home Depot with plenty of restaurants to choose from. I’m currently in a suite that has a hide-a-bed for my roomie and a separate bedroom for myself. Sounds great, however the mattress on the hide-a-bed is Shot, so old and warn out it is impossible to sleep on, springs jabbing you in the back and ribs. I’ve asked them to provide us with a better mattress but no luck as of yet and its been 3 days. Time to get something done.

    Everything about my stay was top notch until the city broke a water main leading me to check out to another location. My first room the AC unit went out after a few days and was moved to another room down the hall until my checking out a few days early. The staff was always courteous and welcoming when asking a questions durring my stay. I forgot to mention to staff that my tv remote in the first room was some kind of universal unit that stopped working. Otherwise my stay was a very positive experience.

    Great for a good price. I use a hotel app to get a better rate. The staff here are helpful and they always have a full breakfast and water with lemons. Location is great too. Rooms are clean and no bugs seen over the last 9 months. This is my go to place when out of town for work.
