Thanks for the slapped together cold pizza we got an hour and a half AFTER guaranteed delivery time. Next time, have the courtesy to call in advance if you foresee an issue with delivering someone’s pizza on time, yes?!! I guess we should’ve learned the last two times the order wasn’t right. But this time definitely takes the cake.

This "hut" rocks! Super friendly people AND IMO humble opinion, very skilled pizza architects. My pizza was perfect, loaded perfectly and fast. Highly recommend these guys and gals! Good training obviously!

This is the ONLY location I ordered pizza hut from. My pizza always comes out good the delivery takes a little bit due to an overflow of orders which is understandable because they are the best location so I am always willing to pick up my order 🙂

Our order was correct and was delivered quickly, fresh and hot. The delivery driver was extremely friendly.

Waited over an hour. The pizza was cold. When I called to complain, they said they could give store credit or remake the order. I asked for the order to be remade. After another 45 minutes, they called to tell me they couldn’t make my order because I was out of their delivery area and to try another store closer to me . They said they would refund my order (which they said earlier they could not do). Very disappointing.

Horrible staff and customer service wouldn’t recommend going to this one , was the only person in the store for 15 minutes none helped me the lady said she would be right with me and walked off .

Dealt with a very disrespectful manager named Jesica who did no assist me wit a rude delivery driver I have never had this issue and wish to never again

Love the Pizza Hut on Linda Ave, they are always quick with orders. Never got my order wrong and very nice.

Personal Pan Pepperoni pizza is my standard for all pizzas. None are better! The customer service at the Linda Avenue store in Odessa, Texas are the best!

Burnt cheese pizza X2 and had the nerve to say that’s how it’s suppose to be… never have I everrre had cheese pizza look like this !!! I’ve been a faithful customer for years but this was nasty nasty !!!! Can’t tell it’s cheese pizza!!!!

I ordered delivery and never received my order. I called and they said it was for carryout when I had proof I payed for delivery. They didn't even try to fix the situation so I demanded a refund and said I'll go somewhere else..

I thought I already reviewed this one. But here goes anyway. I placed my order and indicated that I was waiting outside. Shift changed and my foid sat in the warmer till the box was almost too "HOT" to handle. But it was also Delcious🤔🤔🤔

carryout is way fast just fyi I have nothing bad to say about this store it's hands down best pizza hut in Odessa it's always fresh and the dough is always perfectly cooked, we've had plenty of bad experiences all over town but once we started ordering from this store I have never ordered from anywhere else. They are very hard working people I appreciate them caring about everything piece of food that comes from their store. 👏🏽👏🏽🍕
