The Instagram hype about this salon is not close to reality. I have to say Anabela is indeed really good — if you get an appointment with her. I initially had my hair cut by a woman who seemed very insecure with even simple actions like washing my hair and blow drying it. Water ran down the back of my neck while washing my hair and she burned my ears several times while blow drying it. I should have listened to my gut feeling because the haircut afterwards was an absolute disaster. She spoke no English and when I complained, instead of getting someone she said, well, you can go now. When I insisted on talking to the boss, Anabela came and corrected my cut which resulted in me going home with a bob instead of a trim. Nonetheless, she did the job well. I turned a blind eye to this unfortunate experience because the mistake was corrected and Anabela and her colleagues were really nice. However, the appointment process afterwards was really troubling. When I was promised a follow-up appointment with João on the same day (this one was supposed to be good), I was told afterwards via WhatsApp that I could no longer make an appointment with him. When I finally got an appointment with Anabela - after numerous messages - it was canceled at short notice. A few months later I tried again. But again the answer was: no, unfortunately no appointment with Anabela possible. I really wonder what the problem is, if you have to be an influencer to be treated respectfully here and get a decent haircut. For me the result is: never again.

Best coloring job of my life. Seriously. One day later and I can’t stop admiring how good this color looks. I asked them to do a blonde tone that fits my skin tone and for the first time ever I feel like somebody managed to get it exactly right. No reservations but we’ll worty the wait. This place is AMAZING. I have Nordic hair which some other salons I’ve been to in Portugal haven’t been very good at dealing with but the girls here know what they’re doing regardless of hair. This is where I’ll go to get my hair done from now on. Good value for the quality too!!

No dia de hoje fui ao salão manubela pela primeira vez, fui apenas fazer o diagnóstico capilar para saber qual a gama de produtos mais indicada para o meu cabelo, não tenho palavras para descrever como me senti acolhida a menina que estava na receção foi de uma educação de um cuidado comigo que é realmente de elogiar e depois a profissional que me ajudou e explicou TUDO desde os produtos aos procedimentos que eu queria saber. Vim dai com o coração cheio pelo cuidado e respeito com que fui tratada 🙏 Acho que se está num caminho muito especial quando se trata da mesma forma a cliente que gasta 10€ e a cliente que gasta 100€🙏✨ Muito sucesso e parabéns💌

Realizei lavagem e corte. Espaço bonito, a localização podia ser um pouco melhor mas acima de tudo o que não gostei foi do resultado final. Odiei o corte, insisti para que mudassem e escadeassem mais mas disseram sempre que ficaria mal por ter cabelo fino. O resultado final não só não cumpriu o que pedi (também pedi que desse para prender devido à minha profissão e ficou demasiado curto para tal), como o corte obrigada a um styling diário, não dando para usufruir da textura natura do meu cabelo que eu amo. Cheguei a casa e marquei noutro cabeleireiro para dois dias depois e aí sim acertaram tudo e ficou maravilhoso. Não voltaria aqui.

Já vou à Manubela à cerca de 5 anos e nunca desilude ! Só confio o meu cabelo neste salão. O pessoal é todo mt simpático e prestável, a própria Anabela também muito querida e atenciosa com as clientes. Prestam sem dúvida um serviço de alta qualidade. Recomendo 200% !
