It was very difficult to communicate with the staff. Even the receptionist doesn't speak english as well as the hair dresser. However I will give them 5 stars because I am very happy with the service of the hairdresser and that's what matters for me despite of language barrier. I forgot his name but he is from Brazil and he has a lot of tattoos. I will definitely recommend him to other customers that needs male hair cut. Special thanks also to google translate it was the only way I could communicate with them.

The greeter wearing black at the front desk was very rude and unaccommodating. The lady in a white uniform was ready to help but the one in black refused in a racist and very discriminating way. Shame on you. Do better, and stop seeing the world with racist eyes. . Just to clarify who she is, she is the African employee. Shameful attitude. . I recommend placing someone who knows how to smile and talk respectfully to potential clients at the front desk (like the lovely lady in the white uniform).

Orivam was amazing. Great atention to detail, never rushed or hurried and pure dedication to the craft. Most enjoyable and cost effective (21 euro for fade, cut and beard trim) haircut I have had in years!! Highly recommend

I went there for a harcourt, Didn’t had to wait in line because they’re new. The price was too low, for the service that they provided it was really really good. But no shop can be perfect. The only downside is no one speaks English. But they use the translate app to understand. Something that no one bothers to do. At the end I’ll say they’re the best I’ve ever seen. they’re gonna see a lot of me. Thank you for having me. And other thing as far as I know that they only take walk in. They don’t have appointment system. First come first serve. (Edit: if you go there stay way from joao.)

Came here by chance on vacation, hair and nails are great and the staff are very helpful and friendly

i ask to cut a little bit and they took all my hair… if you are not Portuguese I recommend you to run away

I went there for a haircut which was 16 euro. I said repeatedly I want a haircut only, and all the staff agreed. By the end I was charged +7 euro because they washed my hair but in any moment anyone told me there would be an extra charge. I hate this kinda of business that try at all cost to take money from you in these sneaky ways. It’s just not necessary, I could have been informed about the extra cost and decide if I would like to continue or not. When I confront them they said this very fake “oh I’m sorry” which for me sounded more like “yeah yeah okay bye” Ridiculous business. The haircut was not even that great. You pay 16 euro and they barely do a thing to your hair. Once my hair dried out I could barely see any difference. Waste of money. Don’t go there, really. There is plenty of actually nice hair salons in Lisbon.
