So the food was made quick as well as you'd expect. About 30m after the driver was replaced the food arrived. With all that the food got stonecold and soggy of course. A good burger doesnt stand the test of time very well, neither do fries. I called Ribs and Company and after explaining the whole situation, they replaced the order. Now Im not implying that they can be or should be held responsible for UE related issues of course. But this is where they proved themselves to stand out as a restaurant. Despite having no obligation to do so, they gave me the great experience I was hoping for when I placed an with them. Now thats quality service and that deserves praise.
