I've waited 1 hour and then just got back home because my dog couldnt wait more. It's not professional AT all to tell to someone an hour, and then let her wait OUTSIDE (because obviously there was no place inside) during more than an hour. Hopefully it was only for a vaccine (that could take 5mn to do......). If my dog was sick and i had to wait that much outside even if i've booked i will be mad. So, maybe they work well but the Time is a problem. Please dont tell someone that they have a appointment booked if they finally dont. It's a lack of professionalism.
