Fantastic food and service - best bacalhau I've had since moving to Portugal 2 years ago. Modern food, highly recommend.

What a fantastic restaurant! I am in the area for a work meeting and was hoping to find a good local restaurant. I came with a group of 6 and we did the 7 course tasting menu. Everything was delicious! Service was great, too.

The food is very tasty and with quality ingredients. The service is outstanding and very friendly. A recommend place if you want a calm and relaxed environment. The price-quality ratio is acceptable. Be aware that it's a place that favors quality over quantity. Overall, it's a great restaurant 👌

O Pastus was an absolute delight! Without a doubt, one of the best tasting menus I've experienced in Lisbon. The culinary journey kicked off with a unique combination—an oyster served with grapefruit, pickled celery, and campari. It was a refreshing twist that awakened the taste buds and left me wanting more. The dry-aged tuna with hollandaise sauce was simply delicious, showcasing the skillful execution of flavors. The sirloin was a stunning, cooked to perfection and bursting with mouthwatering goodness. And let's not forget the guinea fowl, which was nothing short of amazing. Every bite was a testament to the chef's talent. The service at O Pastus matched the quality of the food. Attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I'm already eagerly anticipating my return to O Pastus for another culinary adventure. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this is the place to go to.

I live in Portugal since last year, and as a foodie - hospitality hard worker I have been impressed by the quality of this restaurant! Bright, small yet full-filling vibe. The food its traditional-revisited and every single bite its amazing. Fresh and so tasty!! Hugo and his wife Anna are just great! Super service! You can pick A la carte or full tasting menu, do your self a favour and get the tasting menu!!! The cod fish and the mackerel are just extraordinary 5 Stars are not enough! I will come back probably once a month or more! Obrigado!

We chose this place as we were passing by on the train on our way back from Estoril tennis. It was a wee hidden gem. We opted for the 7 course tasting menu as everything on the a la carte looked great. Every course was beautifully presented and our amazing waitress was so friendly. The codfish was my personal favourite but every course was delicious. We were recommended a gorgeous sparkling verdhe and some 10yo ports to finish. Fantastic value for the quality. Highly recommended.

Me and my girlfrien chose the 7 times menù and it was close to perfection. All the dishes were tuned well and the flavors very balanced. A bigger amouse Bouche, the petit four and the bread to eat through the meal (it is present only as amouse Bouche with some other stuff) is the gap to the Michelin Star.
