This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life during all my travels. This is most definitely NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. The manager is an expert at giving excuses for the careless service and dated installations. Front desk: they inexperienced high school kids that do not care for the guests issues. Room: dated, smelly, dirty, the our fridge was never fixed even though I asked the front desk to fix it more than 4 times over 3 days (See pictures) Gym: Extremely hot everyday and without air circulation as it is located in the basement. It very dated and the Pool and poorly equipped. The bathroom located inside the gym smells so bad it makes it hard to stay inside and workout at all. Breakfast: they cook the same exact breakfast every day. Time to mix it up a little. Pool: freezing cold and most of the time on the shade. They DO NOT provide pool towels and the bar outside is always closed. No ambiance whatsoever is created.

I had an amazing experience; the staff were ever so helpful and polite; the food prepared by the Hotel was delicious - both the breakfast buffet and dishes on the menu. I found the location ideal when commuting to and from the airport and the pool is beautifully designed. The only slight disappointment was that there was no iron in the rooms or at reception... Other than that, it was an amazing 5/5 rating from me. I 100% recommend Hotel Real Oeiras. Obrigado!!

Fantastic rooms, great breakfasts, and the pool looks good (it's winter, so didn't swim). The staff and room service staff are really amazing. There is a hairsaloon downstairs but we didn't go there. Parking at the hotel is very convenient and free!

For a 4 star hotel the rooms/amenities/service are quite bad. eg. Safe in room not working, towels smell bad.

Never staying there again I give it 2 stars instead of 0 because the facilities are actually modern and very good. But the staff is one of the worst I have seen anywhere in the world We walked in, a group of us, part of a larger 50 people group that was organizing and/or attending a conference there Everyone was in high spirits, meeting new people, saying hi to old friends The moment we faced the counter it was like hitting a wall of ice These 2 girls of at the counter... extremely unpleasant One of them had this tone of bored superiority, apparently upset that she even had to address us It is like they were doing us a favour for even talking to us It became clear very fast that this was company culture It was clear that this was the vibe amongst the staff at that hotel At some point I just stopped saying hi or any other interaction if I happened to walk passed one of the staff in the halls because it was clear from their mood and behaviour that we were clearly unwelcome Not even my perspective alone. It became one of the topics of coffee break conversations amongst people staying at the hotel Here's an example In the morning when I got to breakfast, there were several people around and I later realized that amongst them was this little guy that was one of the staff and he was asking for room numbers. One of the guests told me that someone was talking to me and when I looked, he addressed me in the most unpleasant tone in front of everybody asking me for my room number By then I have had enough of the attitude of these people at the hotel I told him the number, waited for people to go to their tables, walked up to him and another girl also from the staff and asked them "where do they pick you guys up? Is this the way to address customers? Or anyone else for that matter?" They both looked at me in the most superior and upset way with a "what?!", eye rolling and the likes When I went to get my food, the little guy, as he walked behind me with some cleaning stuff or whatever, decides to provoke me and murmured "sighhh... got have patience" Again, in front of everybody Well, he picked the wrong guy I faced him and asked "oh... you're losing patience... so sad... so sad for you.. wanna talk about it?" Being the little man that he is, of course he wasn't man enough to face me and just continued cleaning and facing the other way There you go That is what to expect at breakfast The others got treated the same way... just that whenever they got treated like this they put their heads down... and then when they left, everyone continued commenting how unprofessional this staff is. This was Saturday October 14th end of day and Sunday morning In the afternoon some additional staff came in, and people in the group were commenting with surprise "you know what happened? some guy from the staff actually said hi to me in the hall" The other person would say... "yes. I actually asked something to one of the staff and he replied without rolling his eyes" People on the group were actually surprised when some of the staff that came in on Sunday during the day behaved like civilized people So there you go And if you are someone from this hotel group reading this, well, you know exactly what I am talking about because this is clearly company culture. It was not "one person" It was the majority of the staff I apologize having disturbed you and your staff by staying there Won't happen again Considering people's comments during the weekend, pretty sure I speak for the rest of the group as well

The room cleaning personnel is fast and efficient, the rooms are decently sized, the bathroom is ample and the price is fair. We came for a wedding. On the down side the hotel equipment looks a bit old nowadays. The walls are too thin. There's queue on breakfast because the bar is small. The swimming pool is small as well, but no many people use it because is completely in the shadow most of the day.

We stayed here only because of the wedding venue next door...which really isn't that close because it's not walkable and no direct driving access due to roads and location. The lobby, small restaurant and pool area are fine. The rooms are very old, out of date and air conditioning almost non-existent. There are much better hotel and accomodation options in the area.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding. The hotel is a bit out of the way as others have said but I thought that was a good thing, it's quieter and everywhere is easily reachable with an uber, which I thought was a convenient and cheap way to get around. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and I was checked in quickly to my room. The reception was staffed at all times from what I could tell so coming back late was no issue. My room key stopped working a few times during my stay but there was always somebody available in reception to fix it. It was easy to tell that the key wasnt working as you can't use a lift without your room key, so whenever I noticed it not working I was right next to reception anyway so it was easily fixed. When I ordered room service for water it was quick and easy and again just really friendly bar staff :) The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and it had a large bathroom too. I had a corner room so had 2 large windows and balconies, offering lovely views and making the room really bright through the day. There are blackout blinds if needed to prevent the morning sun from waking you too early, which worked really well. The bed was large and comfortable and I had surprisingly good sleeps here :) The only thing I didn't like was that there is no water provided to you in the room so you have to buy some from the bar or vending machine unless you go out to a shop to buy some. It wasn't a big issue, but it was unexpected that a bottle or two wouldn't have been provided alongside the teas and coffees in room. The cleaning staff were excellent and cleaned the room when requested, and were friendly whenever I saw them in the corridors. Overall I had a really nice stay here and would recommend it. It's definitely on the quieter side so if that's what you're after then this hotel is perfect.

Nice new hotel, friendly staff, ample street parking, great breakfast. Location on the outskirts of oeiras, need car to access town centre.

Clean, silent rooms , small pool exposed to wind but sunny only afternoon. Young nice staff, great breakfast buffet but not special cuisine, only hamburger etc, rather expensive for Portugal. Mid way Cascais lisbon but out of hand, need a car and not regular public transport. Watch for room rate once they give one but can charge up to 50 euro more..spacious, lots of excursion group tourists, business meeting,.Not specific for children.

Stayed here for 5 nights as part of a wedding party and WOULD NOT recommend, other than for the proximity to the wedding venue. The restaurant staff and house keeping were lovely and very obliging, but unfortunately reservations and some of the front desk staff are abysmal. Firstly, when trying to amend my booking, the hotel reservation team moved my booking forward by a month and tried to charge me as a 'no show' for a mistake on their end. Secondly, when checking-out, the front desk team insisted we had broken an item in our room on one of our first mornings. But redacted their claims once we inquired evidence of how and when, as we were very considerate guests and would have happily covered the expense of any misdeeds.

Do not stay here. We stay there for 4 days with like 10 people family and friends, we have breakfast together and one of my friends from Spain put his backpack on the chair and we came back to get it was gone . We ask for cameras they say only police can see cameras. They got nervous because we did a report to check the cameras . After few hours front desk call the room saying the someone find the backpack 10mintes awy (how they know we stay there..?). After that we came dow to front desk ask questions about the call they get very very nervous and from nothing we never heard a phone ring or see them pick up the telephone. One of the front desk say" the guy call . He is not coming because he doesn't have a babysitter 😒). We ask for caller id they say they dont have tha system. Weird For us this is a inside job they try to cover their back as a hotel. Be aware do not stay here. Be aware DO NOT STAY HERE.

I received terrible service from this hotel. I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation at this hotel. I contacted the hotel multiple times to request a cancellation and refund, but was denied a refund. The reservation was more than 50 days away and the cancellation was due to an emergency, but they didn't care.

Good place for the people that stay there because work or they want to stay during the weekend. The big Flex is so good with a different type of food

We had come to the hotel for a wedding. When we arrived at the hotel we were told getting our rooms ready ontime was not a priority for them as they had "several bus's of tourists coming". The priorities should not be discussed with the guests if there are any, which there shouldn't be - and if there are youd think a wedding party would be considered urgent. They only budged on this for one of our party who had a newborn, and even then it took a considerable amount of complaining to get her her room 15 minutes late so she could change her infant before we departed. - we ended up being late to the wedding. Amenities are good, my guess is this place is severely understaffed so if you prioritize punctuality in your hotels find another place.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. But… The staff wasn’t professional except for the reception. The cleaning staff goes into your room at 8.30am without knocking first. Probably the worst part of this hotel is the breakfast though - I’ve never been to such a noisy, loud buffet. Feels like the staff tries to make as much noise as possible when cleaning the tables. All that’s needed for the buffet to be much quieter is to put some mufflers on the bottom of the chairs so I don’t hear a constant screeching against the floor surface…

Be sure to NOT stay here. Location is terrible. No public transit. Train is a 25 minute walk away. Staff is less than accommodating. Listing said laundry facilities. Not true. You have to walk to a laundromat. At the time i am traveling, the 20 other places I stayed the staff wore masks. Here, front desk nor food workers wore masks. I told desk that safe didn't work, TV remote didn't work, even the lid from the waste basket didn't work. No amenities. No box of tissues, bottle of water (all other places provided), nothing. Room curtain was some old, oversized thing that was either closed or open with the building across seeing right in. No sheer curtain. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. I'm sure the excuses will be posted here, but nothing was done when i was there and spoke to a staff member.

It is four stars but for me it was 5. Great staff and service, installations are great, pool is nice ( I Didn't go to the gym), and breakfast is awesome. Price is around 65€ per night

Great hotel. We loved our stay, food was good and the staff went out of their way to help us. Room was perfect and it had a balcony. Only bad thing I can think of is the pool was freezing unbearably cold. Definitely worth the price and would recommend it.

I stayed for 2 nights. There was a conference and apparently for this reason the room was very expensive but I did get a big room. Breakfast was good but dinner buffet is so so. Not really dinner options around the hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. Shower is in the bath tub. Overall a good hotel.

Spent the morning in this hotel for a meeting. Very nice, very modern, clean and good service at the breakfast with decent food. Staff were quite friendly. I have never spent a night here or seen a room but from what I could see in the lounges, restaurant and conference rooms, it was very top shelf. I would recommend this hotel.

stayed at the Real Oeiras Hotel 18 July for one week with my partner and grandson. Room was large with 2 beds and a put-u-up bed. Clean and tidy - towels changed each day. Our room was with a pool view, but only if you stretched out to look to the right! Meals were good and varied. Waiting on staff were very attentive, helpful and cheefull - especially Sonia who went out of her way to advise the bus and train routes and any other questions we put to her. Along with Valdamir they both paid particular attention to my 9 year old grandson. So a big thank you to you both. We took to walking around the district finding the train station, beach and the shopping centre - all within walking distance. Gym was small but adequate, pool area kept clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next May with a view to hiring a car and exploring further. Would definitely recommend the hotel. It is quiet and maybe too quiet for families with children. But we thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Thank you to all the staff.

This is a hotel aimed at business travelers, other travelers may want to look for a better location as the hotel's location is far from ideal for tourism. If this isn't an issue then the hotel is an excellent option. The rooms are spotless, cleaned daily and there is a nice selection of TV channels but, the rooms could use some renovations. The breakfast is good but there could be more variety. The restaurant has some fine options at affordable prices, the drinks menu has a lot of variety but the staff needs to learn how to serve a gin and tonic.
