I had an appointment at 10 a.m. and was immediately greeted in a very unfriendly manner. You almost had the feeling that the employee didn't want to work at all. After I was asked what I wanted, I offered my gold chain 750 gold 35 grams. After checking, I was offered 1000 euros at today's gold prices. Absolute rip off and very unfriendly staff. Also 0 stars. During another gold purchase, I was asked for 1,600 euros, which I then accepted.
