In
"Endstation
Line
1"
you
are
part
of
the
story
from
the
first
minute
and,
in
addition
to
an
incredibly
authentic
setting,
this
is
also
due
to
Mr.
Piepenschroter,
an
old-school
instructor.
And
it
was
already
apparent
in
this
early
part
of
the
adventure
what
would
run
like
a
common
thread
through
the
game
over
the
entire
75
minutes.
Everything
about
"Endstation
Line
1"
makes
sense,
moving
around
in
this
setting
is
incredibly
fun
and
you're
almost
a
little
sad
when
you've
actually
completed
the
adventure.
But
one
after
anonther:
The
showpiece
of
this
immersive
adventure
is
of
course
the
S-Bahn,
which
was
built
into
this
location.
This
is
really
very
impressive
when
you
stand
in
front
of
it
from
the
outside.
But
looking
back,
how
the
Remscheid
Süd
station
was
built
around
this
S-Bahn
is
simply
fascinating.
Above
all,
because
you
move
through
this
adventure
as
if
you
were
actually
in
a
train
station.
And
there
could
be
a
better
compliment
For
an
escape
room
like
that,
you
actually
forget
the
world
around
you.
The
RScape
team
managed
to
create
a
technical
experience,
but
it
has
so
much
heart
and
soul
in
its
story
that
it
carries
you
through
this
adventure.
As
a
group,
we
were
able
to
move
across
the
entire
station
playing
area
plus
the
S-Bahn
interior
and
work
through
the
various
puzzles.
You
can
perhaps
guess
that
we
puzzled
our
way
through
this
experience
without
a
tip,
but
that
wasn't
because
the
puzzles
were
too
easy.
No,
the
puzzle
flow
is
so
coherent
that
you
can
quickly
find
the
solution
yourself.
Objects
and
places
that
you
can
find
in
a
train
station
or
on
an
S-Bahn
are
always
included
in
the
puzzles.
But
I
don't
want
to
go
into
too
much
detail
about
how
we
made
our
way
out
of
the
train
station.
But
the
interaction
with
the
S-Bahn
itself
is
a
great
experience.
The
elements
of
sound,
light
and
smells
fit
perfectly
into
the
overall
structure
of
the
“Remscheid-Süd”
train
station
and
the
S-Bahn.
And
so
perfect
that
it's
only
when
you
look
back
on
the
adventure
when
you're
talking
to
the
group
that
you
realize
how
sound,
smells
and
light
guided
you
through
the
puzzle
structure
and
the
story
of
"Endstation
Line
1".
This
isn't
meant
to
be
constant
praise,
but
in
the
almost
250
rooms
I've
played
I
haven't
had
an
experience
of
this
kind.
The
RScape
team
has
created
a
real
smash
here,
which
will
certainly
be
talked
about
a
lot
in
the
coming
weeks
and
months.
With
“Endstation
Line
1”
we
were
able
to
play
another
real
highlight
of
2023.
A
year
that
showed
what
the
German
escape
room
industry
can
do.
After
the
game
we
had
the
opportunity
to
talk
to
Jonas
Grimberg,
who
gave
us
some
insights
into
the
development
work
on
this
adventure.
Sometimes
you're
left
with
your
mouth
open
when
you
hear
what
effort
and
meticulous
work
goes
into
this
adventure.
Hats
off
to
you
and
thank
you
for
this
fantastic
experience.
