Als ich dennoch wichtige Fragen klären wollte, wurde ich abgewiesen mit der Aussage: „Es wären meine Hausaufgaben, mich nun selbst darum zu kümmern.“ Es war zwar kurz vor Feierabend, aber trotzdem kein Grund so behandelt zu werden... Der Höhepunkt ist, dass telefonisch wichtige Dokumente zur Abholung angefordert wurden. Trotz mehrfachen Erinnerungen per Telefon und Mail waren die Unterlagen nicht fertig. Da dadurch die Dokumente nicht rechtzeitig bei der Krankenkasse eingereicht werden konnten, wurden mir nun Leistungen gekürzt... The time invested therefore feels a bit like a waste of time, although in the 2 years before each appointment I had new hope that something would change. As I said, basically a nice practice with friendly staff, but a very frustrating experience for me and therefore unfortunately not professionally recommended in my case.

Full marks to Dr. Lauterbach and his team. Had a 5x tooth extraction and felt like I was being treated by a good friend. He gives detailed advice and is very relaxed and at eye level. A week later I was a normal person again, not even in any real pain. I would do it again and again!

Durch die OP hat er mich von meiner chronischen Migräne erlöst. Ich weiß das sehr zu schätzen! Leider konnte ich aus absolutem Zeitmangel infolge neuer Karriereschritte nicht mehr in die Praxis fahren. Jetzt, wo ich meine zweite Schiene kaputtgeknirscht habe und Münster ja noch immer zu weit weg von mir ist, um nach der Arbeit noch schnell mal – und v.a. rechtzeitig – hinzufahren, verlasse ich die Praxis (wirklich ungern) und gehe zu einem Arzt in meiner Nähe.
