Amazing Experience, Superb view of Frankfurt Skyline and beautiful sunset.

Massive old concrete bridge offers one of the best views of the Frankfurt skyline! Too far for mobile cameras (visit bridges closer to the city center for better views) but a dream for SLR users. Apparently best during sunset, which I am yet to experience! Visited in June 2022.

This graffiti-covered bridge exudes a very special charm. As well as the surrounding area. There on the banks of the Main there are ideal conditions for sporting activities, cozy barbecue evenings, walks and not forgetting the unique view of the Frankfurt skyline. Of course, bathing enthusiasts and sun worshipers don't miss out either. Really a really great place.

What are these 5 star reviews about skyline views? This bridge is totally outdated, there is no proper way to get up and down with the bike, you have to push and it is definitely too narrow and there is a risk of falling! Because of the steel construction it is very loud when the trains run on it. The stairs are dangerous. All in all it needs renovation!

You have access to Frankfurt's one of the best view and sunset seeing place. At the end of the bridge you can sit on the fence, have a beer, put on some chill music and enjoy the beautiful skyscrapers.
