Complaint about your Customer Service at the Paderborn MediaMarkt. I approach your Customer Service desk today Wednesday 8 November 2023 at about 2 p.m. and asked your staff (a lady) if she had a certain CD in store that I could buy, she checked and said no, I then asked her if she could order it for me? she said go straight to the back of the store and ask someone there, well I did that and stood there for 10 minutes with no staff at all. I am totally disappointed with your customer services, not helpful at all.

Bought a TV and had questions with respect to the delivery. The call center picked up the phone and immediatelly put it down multiple times. Here, the customer truely can feel like a king.

Dissapointing! Employees behaviour also dissapointing. Today i was waiting more than 1 hour for an answer about my internet contract amd while waiting i went arround in the shop and there was a coffe maschine and near glasses and coffe for who wants to try it. While i was looking, came a blonde young lady,employed and she talked to me like i wanted to steal something. Very unpolite she told me " hier ist nicht selbst Bedienung" . I understand maybe at the time they don't make advertising but at least she could say it nice. Dissapointing!

Not what it use to be. Service was very slow and seemed only interested in selling me what was on the shelf, to much work for him to order anything. So i took my money somewhere else.

If You don,t speak german it mind you can,t buy enything, electronic or Something else

The staff are really polite and helpful, especially with non German speakers. I bought a Garmin watch, which was faulty. The staff sent it for repair and ensured it was returned within a week. As I was leaving Germany. I've always used Media Markt as my first choice for electric purchases.

I like the gadjet section very much Smartphone watches Tv Tablets Laptops all under Displays and always there is a Staff member to help us out .i bought many things in here. my Smartphone laptop ,Mäuse etc

I must admit. When I am after anything elektronische.. I do travel 35 KLM.. To and 35 KLM back. The staff are very busy but very efficient and helpful.. For me bonus points.. All round. 👍👍👍

A very poor service today as completely understaffed. Many customers waiting a long time. I have waited 1 hour 36 minutes before I was even seen. Total time in shop 2 hours 6 minutes. I won’t be returning and will be shipping a Saturn from now one.

Just went to the store to spend some time. But it's a nice place to shop for appliances. Almost all the appliances are available and have a better quality than the rest.

Can be very busy on a Saturday and not always knowledgeable staff available for long periods of time.

Always helpful staff, we always go here.

The staffs in apple and O2 prepaid section are efficient, kind and helpful. In particular, activation of O2 prepaid became easier and process was so smooth. Kudos to this two sections.
