Pleased with the friendless of the staff. However, severely overcharged. Kept being told to make appointments to come back in 2 days only to have a bandage changed and an antibiotic given, and charged over €50 each time. I can change a bandage and give antibiotics to my own dog for much cheaper. I understand the cost for an initial visit but thereafter it just felt like I was being taken advantage of and they just wanted the money. They also shaved off a lot of fur when I feel they could have communicated their plan to do so and given an alternative like wearing a cone.

Excellent practice, I have been treating my 2 dogs and 2 cats there for 12 years. Dr. Schubert is very sensitive and, above all, expert. Now Ms. Dr. Geissler the owner. She brings innovative, modern healing methods. She has a huge heart for animals and was at Dr. Dr.'s side for years. Schubert worked there until the veterinary practice was handed over. I have absolute trust in the vets. I can clearly recommend the vet and the friendly staff.

My Eddy had to have three teeth pulled and pus removed from the gums, the wound was stitched. Eddy did a great job. I received thorough advice beforehand and after the operation I was thoroughly informed about all the measures. I think Eddy was also very happy with his behavior It's as if nothing had happened again, only the neck brace is bothering me, but it comes away soon after the stitches are removed. Very friendly staff is my regular veterinarian. And I have been there for years and can recommend it without reservation.

I found a budgie on the street, managed to catch it and wanted to have it examined (and pay for it). The receptionist refused to carry out the examination, saying they were not responsible for found animals. As a customer for years, I was stunned and changed practices.

Miss Dr. Geißler and Dr. We are eternally grateful to Schubert because their courageous actions saved our dog's life. Our dog had eaten poison in Rothschild Park and collapsed within a few minutes. We were in the practice within 30 minutes and were treated immediately as an emergency, even though this meant other patients had to wait. Thanks to their quick action, the vets were able to save our little one's life at literally the last minute and they also carried out the subsequent care very competently, carefully and lovingly. They were available to answer questions by phone even late in the evening. We can also only praise the other members of the practice team - everyone was very friendly, committed and loving! Hier geht es nur um das schnelle Geld. Kosten werden frei erfunden und sind überhaupt nicht ersichtlich oder logisch. Sowohl beiden Ärzten als auch allen Mitarbeitern fehlt es auffällig stark an Fachwissen und Kompetenz. Die Helfer können überhaupt nicht mit den Tieren umgehen und sind sehr ungeschickt und grob beim Festhalten. Diagnosen werden aus der Ferne oder beim 2 Sekunden Anschauen gestellt und dann wahllos irgendwelche Medizin verabreicht. Außerdem liegt hier ein absolutes Hygieneproblem vor. Das ganze Team scheint überfordert, das Wartezimmer ist vollgestopft, Termine werden im Minutentakt vergeben und richtig sauber wird nach jeder Behandlung offensichtlich nicht gemacht. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!!!

ACHTUNG!!! Dieser Tierarzt ist gefährlich. Mein Kater wurde fehldiagnostiziert und entsprechend auch fehl-behandelt. Es wurden irgendwelche Medikamente gespritzt ohne ein Aufklärungsgespräch. Der bereits in Rente stehende Arzt hört und sieht kaum noch was und kann auch schon gar nicht mehr aufstehen um das Tier richtig zu untersuchen. Die Ärztin kennt scheinbar genau eine Krankheit und die soll es dann (egal welches Symptom vorliegt) immer sein. Nach etlichen Medikamenten und hohen Kosten habe ich schließlich einen anderen Arzt konsultiert, und man konnte dort die "einfache" Krankheit" schnell feststellen und behandeln. PS. die Hygiene lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es stinkt und ist sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig. Ein Brandherd voller Bakterien, Viren und Keime.

No matter the size of the pet, each of them is treated gently with patience and kindness. I love the way that both vets give reassuring kind words to the animals to help them feel at ease. Highly recommended.

Dr. Schubert is great! We were previously seeing a different veternarian but are much happier now with Dr. Schubert. The location is easy to get to via the U-Bahn and he and the rest of his staff are very good with the animals. My dog usually tries to hide at the vet, but with Dr. Schubert he hops right up on the table with no trouble. Excellent care and very happy with the service. Appointments are reasonable to get and the walk in hours on Saturday help a lot too.

Dort kann man unbesorgt mit seinem Tier hingehen. Die Frau Doktor und das gesamte Team duch die Bank weg sehr kompetent und freundlich. Wir waren mit unserem Hund schon einige mal dort. Man ist dort in guten Händen.

We have been going to Dr. with our 3 cats and now puppies for 15 years. Schubert and now Dr. Geissler. I see in the reviews how opinions sometimes divide, so every experience report is of course individual. Here is ours: we unfortunately lost our first cat to cancer, when our second cat developed the same cancer, plus reacted badly to the chemo, both Schubert and Geißler were always there with calm, courage and confidence. We have done everything possible to stay healthy, and my love is now a 15-year-old, cheerful kitten who has been cancer-free for 4 years :) All of our pets are always spoken to in calm, kind words and treated with love. Even with our first, wilder cat, they were always calming and patient. While I was at school, I did a two-week internship with Dr. Done Schubert and only had good experiences. Seeing how sensitive and loving they both are with our cats always warmed my heart and was always very important to me. Even in emergencies, Dr. Geißler was always available and drove to the clinic at night to help us. If you have any questions about costs and treatment, they have always been transparent, they take the time to answer questions and you feel heard. I care deeply about both doctors and their amazing team and am grateful to have them for our pets. Many thanks from us and our furry friends.

Never go to this vet again! I had to go to this practice because my previous vet had closed his practice and I had to take my 8 week old puppy, who wasn't feeling well, to the vet. Hence my impression of two visits to the doctor in quick succession. The doctor was nice and treated my puppy in a friendly manner. Took time for my questions. The throat was carefully looked at, the temperature was measured and an injection for the immune system was given. However, what I experienced with the doctor was more than unpleasant. She has absolutely no sensitive, loving or benevolent feeling for animals!!! Yes, THAT is also what makes a good vet! Anyone who sees their animal as a family member and protects and loves it should not go to this doctor! It may be that not everyone deals with these topics emotionally; these people do not need my explanations. If it can be like repairing a household appliance, the way this doctor does it doesn't matter. What I experienced: Temperature was taken and when my puppy squeaked because it was uncomfortable, the doctor said: “You have to go through that now.” This doctor's tone and demeanor contributed to a more than unpleasant feeling. Creepy. The syringe was also not injected particularly carefully. No comforting, kind words to the puppy. No petting. That's not the way I've experienced it in other practices. I can't judge technical knowledge because there were only two appointments. No time is taken to explain everything clearly. Therefore you are forced to ask. After I discovered discrepancies in the receipt (it was already mentioned in reviews here, "it's the system") they called me back and I said that I wouldn't be coming anymore and gave the reasons. Unfortunately, one of the ladies who is part of the specialist staff is not particularly sensitive and was of the opinion that it wasn't that bad after all. If I had mentioned right away how impossible I found their agreement, my focus was on my puppy and its well-being.
