A Vibrant Stay at a Hotel in the Heart of FrankfurtI.One of the standout features of this hotel was its unique and vibrant atmosphere. The interior design was modern and stylish, with bold colors and funky decor that added a touch of excitement to the overall ambiance. It was refreshing to stay in a hotel that embraced a more contemporary and unconventional aesthetic. The rooms were not only visually appealing but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident, and the comfortable furnishings provided a cozy and relaxing environment. I appreciated the thoughtfulness put into the room's design, which included amenities that catered to both leisure and business travelers. Another advantage of this hotel was its convenient location. Situated in the heart of Frankfurt, it was within walking distance of a mall and the train station. This made exploring the city incredibly easy and hassle-free. Overall, my stay at this funky hotel in Frankfurt was fantastic. The combination of friendly staff, clean and attractive rooms, and a prime location made it a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable experience.

It's the best hotel experience I had for that money. Rooms are not sky-high as may have expected, but you can observe the city skyline anyway, was very good option to see fireworks on New Year's Eve. Staff can speak good English, that wasn't a problem. They gave best service and help throughout my stay there. Hotel rooms are like a peace of art, so it wasn't ordinary hotel room, but each one is individually customized, cozy and of course very clean. 10/10, recommend it.

First I would thank you for the upgrade to the suite room with stylish decoration. But this morning I got the worse experience, the cleaning lady+ receptionist come to knock on the door every 30mins because they do promise the honeymoon couple needs to clean the room. I'm a Tatium member normally I can check out at 4 pm. But no one calls me by room phone ( we’re in the 21century), and the receptionist fully shows me rude mentality. PS: the previous time I stayed in the hotel, I asked 2 times to clean the rooms, but no one comes.

I really enjoyed my business stay for 3 nights. The room was well appointed, the walls had interesting motifs of currencies from across the world, the windows were huge, Wifi was superb, breakfast spread was quite good. Location is perfect, and the fact I also got a late checkout was a big bonus.

We booked the hotel in Frankfurt at short notice because we had an appointment on the outskirts of the center. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The breakfast and the facilities were top knotch and we had a rather enjoyable stay. Moreover, the staff was very quiet friendly, helpful and generous. Frank from reception explained to us how each room has a different art themed concept and Ineza thankfully introduced us to the area. An added bonus, was the large shopping center nearby with a food court. However, what we found less appealing was the area situated near the train station, as it does not appear to be safe or frequently controlled.

Incredibly expensive (we paid 500 euro per night for a twin room for two nights), horrible internet (free WiFi is under 1 Mbps, "enhanced" 10 euro/day internet is anywhere from 3 Mbps to, at best, 8 Mbps), slow service (the receptionist would not pick up for over 10 minutes as I was calling, they could not help with internet problems, I couldn't even pay for the internet when I wanted to and they ended up giving me free "premium" internet which was still incredibly slow). Breakfast cost 50 euro for two people and was completely unimpressive for the price, everything was okay but nothing was actually tasty. The room interiors are ugly and look like a talentless designer's attempt to appeal to online meme culture (including a 100 "Marx" bill with Karl Marx smoking a blunt, photo attached, and jokes that try to be cutesy but clash with the low quality service and high prices). The sink is outside of the bathroom, just in case you thought any part of this would be sensible. They've also sprinkled in some modern crypto scams (their skybar is called the NFT Skybar and is advertised as including a chance to get a free NFT, I am completely serious), just for fun. This is one of the worst experiences at a hotel that I've had at such a high price point. I would highly recommend anyone steer clear. The only good parts are the very good location, and the relatively good room cleanliness.

It is really convenient for me as a location, you can easily go everywhere by walking or by public transportation. Also, for the rooftop located on the 47th floor, the city's newest is called the best. If you are a hotel customer, you have priority in the long waiting queue, but we had to wait at least 8-9 minutes. In addition, the other interesting thing in the hotel is the towel service, without any human assistance, a 1m tall robot comes to your door by taking the elevator on its own, knocks on your door and gives you towel service. The only negative issue is the extra 5€ asked for room service, because everything is closed in the hotel on Sunday, there is only breakfast, but I could not understand why they ask for an extra transportation fee for the order that comes to your room. Let's be honest, the hamburger was one of the best I've had recently, the homemade meatballs were very good. I was surprised that they don't serve medium-cooked hamburgers in Germany as per the rules, but the meatballs with very fresh bread and side dish were very harmonious. The potato that came with it was just right, but the portion was a little small.

Great rooms, we booked a suite. Very nice, original, design and plenty of space. Everything very clean. Good breakfast. But the checkin experience was 't great and big differences between the hospitality/ friendliness of staff members. But no big deal.

The price was really good. The hotel provided all kinds of amenities including slippers/toothpaste. Vip lounge was well stocked all the time and the staff were really friendly

The hotel is good. It's only 1 year old. It was opened September last year. The staff is very friendly and assist where the could. You can ask them everything. They printed out the route to one of our destinations in Frankfurt. There is a gym and sauna free to use. Finally lockers that works and so easy to use. We ❤️ it. The room is very clean! Well done. When we go back next year we will definitely choose again for NHOW. As they know what they are doing. Keep up the good work! It's the money worth.

The hotel is clean and modern, but they try to be too modern which results in some terrible choices in the rooms. Our room's bathroom looked like it was missing a door. You couldn't close both the shower and the toilet at the same time. To make things even worse, there was a huge slit between the shower and the toilet which either results in a smelly room when someone is using the toilet, or a foggy moist room when someone is taking a shower. The sink is in no way separated from the rest of the room. Our goal was to visit the expo, so the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and the rooftop bar is awesome.

Easy check-in, pleasant room. Walk to the train station was fine for our early morning journey. Mall next door handy for quick food options. Easy walking distance to the old town area.

It's an ok place with a pretty good breakfast. For the price, you can do better. Kinda hipster cool theme, but at the cost of small rooms. My door would not latch easily and badly needed repairs. I would not stay here again. Better choices nearby. You can access the high level lounge as a guest, but it's over priced and seemed like 90 percent business men or more alone drinking.

Just an overall amazing hotel! I love love the unique, clean and big room, the powerful shower, the smart lift system that offers a lot of privacy, the friendly service and really great location. Also, the sauna rooms are godsend on the cold winter days.

Interesting that it isn't well run considering they exist in the Minor Hotel Chain. If you pay for a sweet, they try to force you into a standard room. We complained and they put us in a better room and we were lucky to have that. They were not concerned we overpaid for the room we received. They would have left us in the standard room, if we had not said a word. The manager was unavailable to us. We gave up on nHow.

Great location. You can walk to the central station. Shopping mall, there are many stores, Starbucks, etc. is right behind the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water, coffee, tea are se in the room. Welcome vegetable & fruit water, some candies are at the reception. The view from Sky Bar is amazing. If you are “green friendly” for room cleaning, you are offered a drink which is available at the bar on ground floor or Sky Bar. (limited to beer, wine and hot drinks) Only one point I felt troublesome was the card key needs to be ready for the elevator, but it’s for security :) I’d like to come back this hotel when I’m in Frankfurt again.

It was such a nice new hotel. The room was spacious and had a modern design. I had to remove one star because of the lack of cleanliness. We found tissue on the floor of our room when we entered and hair on the bed before we climbed in. The sauna was nice and they have a gym.

Bold and colourful wallpaper that includes currencies from around the world, golden tap and touches around the room. Nice view 👌 of Frankfurt. Modern rooms with everything you need. Excellent bed and pillow quality. Gret location nextto Frankfurt Messe and Skyline Plaza. They wanted a guarantee in the amount of the full booking value althought hotel specified 50€ per room and night. After paying the invoice at the end of the stay, they don't release the guarantee automatically. I had to argue with them for a week 🤨 to get my money back. Expensive breakfast for 22€. Since you are next to Skyline Plaza, you can get there anything you want for a lower amount. Maybe paying breakfast at the hotel is useful for business purposes but not for tourist visits. You tell them in advance that you will use the garage, but they don't send you the QR code. So when you arrive you have to wait for reception to open the garage door. Don't really understand VIP Lounge. Normally, you need a card to enter such extra service, but here anybody can enter. Don't think it's useful to pay extra if nobody is checking.

Terribly bad staff, never again for us! We booked this hotel because of the sky bar and to end our last night of holiday before we went back to the Netherlands. The check in went well and we spent a wonderful night in a beautiful but somewhat cold room. When we wanted to check out the next morning and walked to the garage, we couldn't leave. There was a marathon going on so the road was closed. The hotel did not indicate anything about this at all. not during booking nor during check-in or check-out. We went back to the hotel and were told that the garage would not open again until 7 o'clock in the evening. While I had a massage appointment that evening that could no longer be cancelled. €60 wasted. We were then also blamed for the fact that we should have read the signs in German that the garage would be closed on that day, we did not see these either since we drove up from the other side during rush hour and we also speak no german. The only thing they could do was reimburse our parking costs of €35, which according to them should be enough compensation. Absolutely ridiculous of course since we now had to have lunch there somewhere and couldn't eat dinner at home. Contacted customer service but they didn’t react. Absolutely too outrageous for words for an international company who pretend to have customer service in high regard...

Had one night in Frankfurt prior to some meetings and needed a hotel in a central location. Nhow is located close to the conference center with easy access from the airport. The prices are competitive and the rooms are nice and modern. Good breakfast with what you expect on the table. Will definitely use this hotel again.

This is WOW hotel! Arrived with my family at 1pm, we found an amazing hotel with impressive lobby and reception. Although we came before the check in time, we got the keys and a warm welcome. We went up to the rooms and we were surprised to see beautifully decorated and huge rooms. The facilities in the rooms are perfect, the bad comfortable and high quality, there are electric curtains in the windows and the bathroom is simply stunning. I will give this hotel 5 starts and we will return for sure!

We stayed in a suite and whole stay experience was great. Great location of the hotel, easy access from public transport, Skyline Shopping Plaza right next to the hotel. Hotel has all the amenities with delicious buffet breakfast.

It was a nice welcome by staff Frank! He was very polite and friendly. The rooms are large and unique designs. Comfy beds and quiet. Shower is awesome, high technology buttons to adjust the shower you want! Location is good, walkable to shopping areas and supermarket. Highly recommended!

Overall we had a great stay. There was a mix up with our room service at night, it never arrived, which was frustrating. Thankfully, Frank, at the front desk was helpful in rectifying the issue and making sure we left with a great experience.

Modern hotel near to central station. Spacious room and high ceiling with great variety of breakfast. In addition, roof top bar with nice view of Frankfurt. All in all, really enjoy the stay here.

I just returned from a stay at this property and cut my trip short because I disliked this hotel so much. Not in any particular order, here are the issues: 1. unprofessional staff who are ill-trained to manage everything from check-in process to guest requests 2. you must use a QR code to order things like towels and other room essentials. Then a robot brings them to the room. However, when the robot brings the wrong items you must go through the ordering process again. 3. After the second time of the robot coming to the room and not being able to access the ordered supplies I called the front desk again to ask for a human to deliver these items 4. There were several other rude staff interactions. It's apparent this entire staff had never been trained on customer service 5. breakfast - there were two adjoining rooms. One room was stocked with offerings and no seats. The second room had empty trays of breakfast items but plenty of seats. I had to walk back and forth between the rooms to find items to eat. 6. Horrible designed shower and not matter how tightly sliding door is closed, the water completely soaks the bath mat and floor 7. upon checkout in the final act of unprofessionalism, the person checking me out never said thank you for staying with us and may I help you with your luggage to the taxi outside. This was at 5:00AM with nobody beside me at the desk. I have no idea why this hotel is rated even 3 stars. It is horrible. My advice is to stay anyplace else but this hotel!
