Dishonest pricing. Was told it would cost 30 eur to mount my ski bindings, was actually charged 50 (even with a VAT form). When I complained I was told, "just come back and we'll give you a free wax." Don't recommend for Americans.

Quick service but they completely ruined my board. Sheered off some parts and the edges are ruined. Didn’t offer solution to fix. Also, as others mentioned, they were not honest or upfront about the cost. The amount I did pay did not align to any of the price points for service. Wanted a hand wax and it was clearly done by machine. Do not recommend at all.

After a small hiccup while installing some bindings on my new skis, Oliver went way above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and taken care of. I cannot thank him enough for his help and flexibility and have been recommending this shop to everyone in the Landstuhl and KTown area! Thanks again for everything and I hope to be back soon!
