    Great guys at work here! They took the time and pain to find for a me a guitar part which I couldn’t find anywhere (living in Dubai), helped find it and then shipped it over to me, without charging anything, as they are not retailers! Thanks specially to Thomas and the guys at Gewa for being so helpful.

    Without any existing business obligation (GEWA is a producer and wholesaler and I am only a private customer!) they took time for me on the phone and gave me an honest assessment of the matter. I was very pleasantly surprised! An email from me with photos of the process was answered unsolicited and very personally and in detail.

    Impeccable, fast customer service. Even older digital pianos are treated and repaired like new. If at some point it is decided that my piano can no longer be repaired, it will be one from GEWA again.
