Tldr go to the duty free shops and buy water for 1.50 as per the EU recommended price. This place is aptly called a name so close to the word scam because frankly that is what it is. The prices here are so outrageous but water bottles absolutely take the cake. Over 5 euros for a half liter, it should be a crime against humanity to try to extort people for a simple commodity such as water. Shame on you.

Food and coffee just ok. The staff have been friendly. There is only option at that zone, and you have no other choice.

****SCAM ALERT **** The place should be named Scam, not Scoom. Insist on getting your pfand back. Every glass is charged a security on 2€. Many people don't realize they have paid this returnable deposit. Have patience. They will ignore you thinking you will end up leaving the glass and your money. They are collecting a lot of €€. It's quite a scam, an they are profiting. You will need your receipt. Another tactic by staff is for them to be distracted and take their time giving you the receipt hoping you will just say, "Don't worry about it."

They told us that the seating area, except for two tables is closed, because they don’t have enough staff. They actually put the chairs up and a handwritten sign to make the point. Really weird they would have one person to service the entire venue

Good sandwiches but priced the same as in Norway. They do NOT take cash wich is a shame as airports are a good place to get rid of currency you don't need - in this case Euros as we don't use Euros in Norway.

I couldn’t pay by cash. Indian guy said card only and they gave my coffe to a some japan couple. Second coffe, supposed to be large but they gave me medium. Not good place at all. Food is ok, but people taken from some market in hurghada or smtn.

Unhappy worker clearly showing you that you are bothering him, i asked why my beer whas 2 euro more he said that the price up is without taxes and he wasn’t gonna pay for mine… Then he kept on mumbling stuff that i couldn’t hear… Hope he keeps that jobs that makes him unhappy for a long time.

Having a delayed flight this was one of our few options to get some food in the area. The long queue should have been a warning, not only was it long, it also moved with a glacial pace as the one person handling the cashier took *SEVERAL MINUTES PER CUSTOMER* just for the payment, partially due to the need to scan boarding passes for a rebate, which 99% of the people in the queue needed. A second guy, who seemed more able did help out on 2 or 3 occasions but did not seem to get the idea to try and work in parallel or just take over. We were one position away from the cashier when the LAST CALL for our gate (right besides) came and he still seemed unable to speed up. Since we had bottles with beverages already in our hands, we persisted and got something before running to the gate, but neither had he deducted the 10 Euro voucher per person, nor exactly served what we asked. But it was too late to protest. I do understand that it is hard to find qualified personnel these days, but I cannot remember so little competence in a well-visited spot ever. In any similar occasion I will give this place a wide berth. The owners evidently don't care for reviews, but it helped to get this out of my system.

Gave up ordering. Very rude. Couldn't take voucher from aircraft carrier though per website should have (voucher still worked elsewhere in the airport).

The rat who served me was very nice. He made sure I had enough napkins and then skittered away before taking a bite off the cheese from my sandwich. They only take payment in cheese.
