I think it's legitimate to demand (30 euros, see photo). As a customer, I expect performance in return. Six appointments, three of which were at least 30 minutes late. This is a poor performance. I think it is legitimate to offer services that are billed privately. In return, as a customer, I expect that the service provision is appropriate (practice organization, dealing with customers). The owner of the practice behaved towards me in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner in every respect. This performance is insufficient. The doctor employed did her job well and is not to blame. Two stars for that. Still: I won't go there again.

Almost 3 hours of waiting time for an allergy test. To find out in the end that hyposensitization is not offered :( super disappointed about so much wasted time (and costs for the health insurance company). I was not helped, despite the allergy :( As a private patient everything would have been different...

If I had an acute problem, I was able to easily get an appointment at short notice for an examination. The examination and treatment as well as the subsequent discussions to explain the examination results were very detailed and understandable. The whole team in the practice is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your commitment - Chapeau!

After forgetting my appointment from the day before, I called to schedule a new one. I was told on the phone that this would only be possible after I had paid the relevant fee.

Ms. Fischer is brutal, rude and unfriendly. She also demands money for certificates of incapacity for work even though this is clearly a health insurance benefit! Since she is always in a hurry, she also treats patients in pain roughly, causing more pain! Never never again!!!

I got an appointment at short notice and was helped with my pain before the weekend. Great team, nice practice, first point of contact from now on!
