I wanted to pick up my order today and it was already "closed" for the third time. It's super annoying when you have to drive to Würzburg from far away and stuff like that. 3 times.

As we know, Douglas is the Obi for women and in this Douglas I have a lot of fun shopping for my renovation work. Great selection, the store is nice and big, the ladies in sales are very friendly and I feel very comfortable there, much to my husband's chagrin. 😂

Somehow completely without words. THAT is supposed to be a Douglas?!! Some employees probably haven't heard of keeping sales displays clean instead of taking photos of each other.

Sry Douglas but I drove almost an hour to pick up my stuff and you guys are closed. I previously received an email that my goods were ready for pickup. This is really weak.

Very impolite. That's why I always buy online. I wanted to pick something up, no one has time and I'm treated like I'm unwelcome. The woman came from a back room, if she is the manager then... I am very disappointed with Douglas in Würzburg.

Super ok

The goods arrived relatively quickly - but the returns service is a disaster, to say the least. Package was delivered by 2 partners. one was missing the return label. I waited a good 2 weeks for this. Several emails to Douglas have so far remained unanswered. There was an unfriendly employee on the telephone hotline who just told me that I had to wait - as long as the goods are here, I won't get my money. Now I'm going on vacation and the goods are still here. What incredibly bad customer service, if you can even call it that!
