This market is along the Rhine. We had an amazing time today walking through the cobblestone paths and checking out the various restaurants and stalls. It was -5Celsius and we simply loved it. The smoked salmon and gourmet nuts were a treat. Highly recommend it.

I’ve dreamed of seeing this market for years. So charming in the most romantic setting. It was raining miserably which kept the crowds away so we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very busy but lots of shopping and food options. Very friendly atmosphere.

Enjoyed the last day of Christmas market in Rudesheim. Even though the weather was windy and cloudy, still the coziness and cute features of the market was enjoyable. Merry Christmas🎄

Perfect place to visit for Christmas. Great atmosphere and plenty of bars and food places. We also went on the cable cars to walk by the vineyards and visited the wine tasting experience. The mechanics museum is also worth a visit.

First time I'm Germany and loved the people and the food in Rudesheimer and of course the beir!!! The history of the town was great and the statue Germina

I went during the day for less foot traffic and easier parking. It was nice. I did miss the night lights.

Easy train ride from Mainz to Rüdeshiem. Market is right in oldtown with lots of things to see! Found a wine cellar from 1600’s on Main Street by gondola ride. Don’t miss the nativity scene complete with a stream! Enjoyed our day trip there.

Beautifull Christmas Market With beautiful stall and also quality

The Christmas Market is fantastic; it is beautiful and full of holiday vibes! It has a nice variety of food and shops. Bathroom is clean and only charges €1.00. One thing we wish it could improve is the travel information on the website and on the site. If you are going on a Rhine river cruise then stop by the Market but you are planning on traveling back on ferry, then your cruise dock is not the same as ferry dock. Where is the ferry dock: Navigating with Google is easy. Search "Rüdesheim, Fähre terminal" will help you find where you will take the ferry, which is about 13 minutes walk to/from the Market. If you are taking the ferry from Bingen, "Bingen, Hafen" is the terminal, which is by the Papa Rhine Hotel. In terms of how much for the ferry? We don't know, they didn't check our tickets when we onboard.
