There are two things to consider before going here: If the guy managing the shift is the german/blonde guy then avoid the place at all cost. If your order does not contain alcohol then they refuse it under the explanation that this is a cocktail bar. (Not inclusive at all) They will stress you to order drinks.

Kiwis emanated a welcoming atmosphere for indoor and outdoor dining. Outdoor dining supplied yellow blankets and torch lit heating system. Indoors - remarkable customer service which were engaged and warming as they served food. Partner and I were served two burgers (chicken and beef). Homemade burgers exhibited great care for combination of mouthful feel (juiciness of meat to the sweetness and tanginess of cheese) and, rustic crunch you want from the breaded chicken and onion rings. With the icing on top of nicely seasoned wedges served with golden utensils. -I would highly recommend Kiwis for a nice lunch and a bar hangout and I am certain I will be returning to here again.

The entire visit was marked by delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, and top-notch service. We had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Finger Tikka, the Crunchy Chicken Burger, and the Why Why Chicken. Each dish was an adventure in itself. The Chicken Finger Tikka, with its juicy chicken breast strips wrapped in a crispy Indian naan bread tikkapanade, paired beautifully with the refreshing yoghurt mint dip. It was a delightful fusion that danced on our tastebuds. The Crunchy Chicken Burger was an absolute hit. The chicken breast was breaded with crunchy cornflakes, which provided a unique, delightful texture. The accompaniment of fresh coleslaw, tomatoes, cucumber, and wedges perfectly balanced the dish. The Why Why Chicken, grilled chicken breast with sambal oelek, served with rice and a mixed salad, was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The heat of sambal oelek was a welcome contrast to the milder dishes, providing a comprehensive culinary experience. The warm and friendly ambiance at Kiwi's contributed greatly to our positive experience. The staff were attentive and cordial, making us feel like special guests in a home away from home. All in all, Kiwi's - Café, Bar & Restaurant Frankfurt is a remarkable dining destination. From the innovative menu and delicious food to the relaxing atmosphere and exceptional service, it exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Good service, great location. I ordered a cocktail and the cocktail was how it should be - nothing extraordinary just a decent place to have some drinks. The burgers looked good as well but I didn't order one.

My friends and I went to Kiwi’s for a few drinks and something to eat. We got cocktails first and were told we could order food after. Half hour later we’d to go up to the bar to ask could we order food. The member of staff did not even bother coming around to our table, instead he took our order trying to speak over the music from behind the bar which felt pretty lazy. We then received our food, which was the definition of disappointing. I ordered nachos, which in this day and age I expected to come with a little bit of dressing at least, especially for €5. Instead, i received a lacklustre plate of plain nachos, with literally nothing else in the bowl. I found it disgraceful that they charge an extra €1 for some salsa or cheese to go with the nachos. I essentially payed €5 for a packet of nachos that would cost less than €1 in your local shop. My friends were also disappointed after paying €10 for 2 chicken skewers, and also only received one portion of bread some while later after receiving the rest of their order, when they also should have gotten another portion. The portion sizes are ridiculous for the prices they charge. If you are just looking to have a few drinks then you will not have an issue, but I strongly recommend you stay away from the food service.

First time here celebrating my buddy’s birthday and I have to say it’s the best bar in town. Very good cocktails ( BRAVO to the bartender) and very delicious food ! You definitely have to come here! Couldn’t give more than 5 stars but I would give it a 10!!

It is one of Frankfurt best place to get a nice drink and party for free during the weekend! Waiters are great too, very welcoming and funny. I advise to come on a Friday or Saturday night.. DJs come and the party is awesome! It's also a great place to meet new people and just unwind from a stressful week

Located at a really prime spot downtown, this place offers both outdoor and indoor seating options. They have an exquisite and elaborate beverage menu and some of the cocktails are certainly a standout. I tried the Long Island ice tea and it was really good and it came under the HAPPY HOUR offer till 7PM . The quantity and quality of the food was really good. I tried the chicken curry and the portion size was really good and it tastes delicious. The staff are extremely polite and courteous and this place radiates a positive vibe . Definitely a must visit when in Frankfurt.

4 of my colleagues and I were stranded in Frankfurt during a union strike. This place brightened our moods with energy and great food! The burgers were magnificent. Drinks equally so.

The food was good, I got a bacon cheeseburger and wedges. The reason for the three stars is the bar menu: everything on the menu was juice, liquor, and added simple syrup sugar. Lots of options if you like sweet sweet cocktails. Also the coladas were over ice, that was a first.

Great mellow vibe and friendly staff. Only had cocktails but they were good. Happy hour was 4-7pm I think. Menu had lots of nice food including veggie options, but a bit pricey.

Really good food! The burgers are massive and very fairly priced. I think I came on a bit of a busy day because I had to wait longer than normal for food, but everything else was great. Very polite staff!

The cauliflower wings and falafel tasted very dry. Hummus was good. I hope they won’t play music that loud already at 8 pm because every time my throat and ears hurt afterwards…

Very cool place! We had the Kiwi Bowl and the Chicken Bowl and it was really good👌🏻 also a decent amount. Very friendly personel and nice atmosphere. The New Zealand themed interior has a very cute vibe and ambient lighting. Would definetely come again💯

Wonderful service and staff! The food is almost as good as the cocktails, and that is saying something. The house music is exceptional, but it only gets better when the DJ shows up. Whether you are inside or outside, the atmosphere is there. I would definitely recommend visiting whether you live in Frankfurt or you are just passing through. English and German welcome!

Absolutely amazing hamburgers! I liked also the place and the owner/waiter is very friendly and nice.

I went to meet my friends around 20.15. They got the small table for 2 in front of the entrance. After 15 min the security guy came in and said to his colleague he wanted to remove the table for the coming party time. It's too early for party and we haven't start the drinks yet. Then I asked the waitress if she could find us another table, she said no. All are prepared for party. Then came the people take the chairs and table away very rude. We didn't have place to put the glasses and where to sit. Is this how you welcome customers? You want our money and support and returned us ungrateful behaviour like this? Very unprofessional and no respect at all!. I will never go back there again!

I recently visited a restaurant and was really excited to try out their cocktail menu, but unfortunately, I didn't end up getting a cocktail since I was full. The restaurant itself was nice, but the staff did not seem to know much English, which made it a little difficult to communicate. The toilets were just okay - nothing particularly standout, but not dirty or unpleasant either. However, the biggest disappointment was the hamburger I ordered. The meat was dry and not very flavorful, which really detracted from the overall dining experience. While the restaurant had the potential to be great, with a nice atmosphere and potentially delicious cocktails, the dry hamburger and language barrier with the staff left something to be desired. Prices also high regarding the area.

A nice small bar & restaurant in the centre of Frankfurt. Easy to reach with walking distance from the underground Hauptwache. I ordered a nice Hamburger and was very tasty. Menu has a wide variety of coctail drinks. Service very friendly and profissional. All in all a nice place with vibe.

Hey I’m here to say that it’s disappointing treatment that customers are waiting for! I encountered a problem, my cocktail didn't taste good and I asked the waiter (who is recommended as a manager) if he can change my drink! A negative answer to my amazement, the reason being that this is what I ordered and that I should have known that the drink doesn't taste good! The drink being mineral water with lemon nothing else! Behavior with small cases! in the end he took my drink to change it but in the meantime he didn't want anything! When the ticket came, two drinks were charged and I asked him where the second drink was, and from here I started a big scandal, the waiter thinking I didn't want to pay and that I wanted to fool him! I do not recommend! I may not speak German so well, but no one can fool me with lemon mineral water as a cocktail! if he is the boss himself! I am very sorry to announce that he does not have the experience or the appropriate behavior! 👎👎 I'm curious if it's just in my case!

The food was delicious and the cocktails were worth the price more than other places. Our server Sunny provided us with excellent service! Would definitely visit again and perhaps become a regular!
