😠 I've been here many times and usually the food and service is good. Today wasn't much different except for one small detail. We were sat outside and opposite me was the glass / inside of the Cafe. Sometime after eating, I saw a mouse scurry across the floor on the other side of the glass and a minu... People often mention service, great, drinks, nice, friendly, staff,

Nice place to have drinks with friends. Has a wide menu of drinks, cocktails and food! Happy Hour is great to enjoy the cocktails they offer. Service is friendly, you can sit in or outside. Price is ideal if you go in Happy Hour! I have enjoyed different dishes with cocktails and can only recommend it

I've been here many times and usually the food and service is good. Today wasn't much different except for one small detail. We were sat outside and opposite me was the glass / inside of the Cafe. Sometime after eating, I saw a mouse scurry across the floor on the other side of the glass and a minute later there were two of them running about indoors. I alerted the waiter, who said they're aware of the mice situation and "have informed someone to deal with it." I'd personally avoid going here as long as they have a mouse problem.

They have the rudest costumer service I have ever seen. I have been here several times and each time the waitresses been so rude and disrespectful and angry, it seems like they never learned how to behave well. It was the last time I go there. Note for the manager: if it is because of the pressure of their work, better to hire more people so that they don't behave like this with costumers! It is not acceptable in any case.

Perfectly fine to have drinks while on a budget. Usually the place has happy hour from 10pm until 2 am (thats when they close on the weekends) and the cocktails taste quite well. I don't think they have lota of alcohol to be honest, but its ideal while just talking to friends. The food tastes quite well. Not a culinary experience but it is well prepared and quite tasty. The service is fastand nice and payment via debit card is accepted.

I guess some restaurants and bars rely on frozen food but even an Aldi frozen pizza is a better tuna pizza than the one I got served here last Friday. It tasted of disappointment and despair, with you only a vague hint of the fish-like aroma that was probably based on the brown-grey substance that the waiter claimed to be tuna, despite all evidence to the contrary. Accompanying this exquisite dish we ordered a Cuba Libre, that would have come in handy to wash down this sad affair. Now a Cuba Libre is a simple longdrink that I though you could not mess up even without any bartending experience - it's coke, rum, and a few drops of lime juice. I soon -well, soonish because of the 20 min wait time- learned that this was wrong. The yellow concoction I received tasted intensively of some old and forgotten citrus, with only a vague hint of coke, and the barest suggestion of rum. It tasted like a whiskey sour, if you refrained from the whiskey and double down on the sour. It seems Cuba is not as Libre as I thought, at least in this Extrablatt. All The toilettes were broken and they had no alternative for their customers. The staff was quite unhelpful about it, too, even taunting a friend (part of our table) who inquired about the situation. The place is supposedly tourist friendly and claims to be able to accommodate lager groups. Can't say we were impressed with any of this, though!

The bar is fine. The service sucks. You’ll be completely and totally ignored and better be proactive in getting another round or paying the bill. Service with a smile and a better attitude would be nice.

I have never given a restaurant a one star review, but unfortunately the way my husband and I were treated was so unprofessional, I want to really warn people before hand. The waitress informed us in the middle of our visit that we had to purchase each 20 euros worth of food and drinks. We felt manipulated because this wasn’t communicated before hand. When my husband explained this, he was harassed by the staff. This is extremely rude and unprofessional of a business to force customers to pay what they didn’t agree to.

Just paid 5,45 € for a glass of flat cola. Had to cancel the pizza as it was practically inedible due to being over baked on one side and under on the other. My first choice, the Italian Wrap which was marked as being vegetarian, actually contains Parmesan cheese. How is that vegetarian? Drove here specifically because I thought I could rely on “Cafe Extrablatt”. Evidently not. Possibly my last visit ever if not for a very long time.

The breakfast for two was well worth the money. Service was friendly and quick. Recommended over pricey hotel breakfast.

The food was great and we didn't have to wait long for the food. The staff were super nice and really chill (made one feel really welcomed). I don't even need to talk about the atmosphere. Absolutely great! It gave a really welcoming and rather calming feeling. All in all, I really enjoyed eating there!

Holiday season so it was very busy but people deserve to know. Just came for ONLY drinks late afternoon today. Sat with three of my friends at the bar and NO one came to service us or even ask us. Later found out. Only one person is handling orders, and others help in making sure it gets there. 15min later.. . left without a sip. Management should consider paying their people more. Or I don't know. Get more people because it seems is popular place . Poor service. Great atmosphere

Always good value for the price. Fairly large portions that are well priced. Of course at that price you can't expect to eat the best quality meals, but still worth the visit. And we had really friendly nice service too (which is not always common in German restaurants)

The front staffs were not so polite. The time of closing being at 1 am in the morning, they were closing before 12.15am. When we arrived and tried to order a mango yuzu ice tea, they told us to order something simple. An icetea was already simple!!! Anyways, we couldn't order anything and so, we got out of the Cafe asap.

A nice little cafe with a great selection of food and outdoor seating. We ate here twice and each time the food was delicious, the service friendly and prompt. The breakfasts are awesome. The scrambled eggs have just a little bit of cheese added, which really adds to the flavour. The muesli and yogurt comes with fresh fruit and is served in a mason jar with a long spoon. A very nice touch.

Used to go there a lot last year, and sadly the quality has decreased. I ordered the American wrap and had a small amount of chicken compared with last year. The staff was super friendly.

Excellent Location, the staff were courteous and the breakfast was like what my German family makes. So I approve.

The prices are great for the food served. the service is a little slow, but it is worth the wait. They have a great variety of cocktails and drinks in general.

Usually I dont share any comments on places but this one is definitely not a good one. I sent them a message to reserve a table to watch the Euro final, they replied that they dont take any reservation and they recommended me to come before the game to find a table. I came an hour before, asked for a table, and to my great astonishment the bar waiter told me that the bar was fully reserved. This is not professional at all.

A great place to enjoy your coffe or a meal. Many choices for food and drink. The environment feels cozy, with a kind of classical style, the staff is ready to welcome you with a smile and help you. Service is fast. Recommended for an afternoon coffe but also for a nice dinner.

Very crowded but fabulous place to visit in summer. During winter, booking table inside would be a better choice for customers.🙂

As usual my beloved coffeehouse. Today in Frankfurt. And the same all over concerning service and quality. Be sure you are well served here.

We went here right after Christmas Day to have brunch but unfortunately we were late and they closed their brunch options. So we ended up having Schnitzel and Lasagna from their menu. I would say that schnitzel was very average because I think it was not the best I had. However lasagna was very good. They also had special Christmas drinks options and I think it was the best. Good service, decent place but I’d say it’s a little pricey place. I would still go back just to try their brunch.
