don’t recommend, they asked me to keep my back straight when I smoke shisha and do not lay on my back, otherwise they throw me out. bad attitude to customers. It happened 3 years ago, but I just remembered about it and I am still mad

Very beautiful Shisha Bar in center of Frankfurt … staff are very friendly… on weekends might be hard to find a place… the prices for Shisha are good compared to other places in Frankfurt… nice atmosphere and music..

Ich bin eine sehr zufrieden Stammkundin hier! Der Service ist hier Top! Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Regelmäßig wird nach dem Wohlergehen der Gäste gefragt. Die Pfeifen schmecken hervorragend. Auf Wunsch kann man sich Tabaksorten mischen lassen oder von guten Empfehlungen aus profitieren. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm sowie die Musikauswahl. Jeder Besuch ist ein Erlebnis! 👌🏽

It's a nice place to go to for a relaxed evening. Shisha varieties are good, menu had some interesting drinks and everything was available. Comfortable, good ambience, great staff and service.

Nice shisha but bad service we asked to change our table and they denied in a bad way. Not feeling comfortable with their way of service!

My experience at the Hookah Cafe was so bad that it was my first and last visit there. The staff were rude, unhelpful and had poor manners. It only took ten minutes for me to realise that this place is not a place I want to spend my time in. It was as if they were living in the nineties or earlier, as more than one person in the team I noticed a definite lack of respect for different customers and could sense that there was a lot of old-time racism in their attitude towards us. lacked even the basics of polite speech. The complexities and illogical laws they employ are a huge barrier for anyone trying to access the services. When asked to see the documents which explain these laws, they refused to provide any documentation. This is unacceptable and a complete breach of trust. , uncomfortable and hostile. The staff refused to take orders from the table, were rude and provided substandard service overall. I do not recommend this place at all.

Shisha was horrible. No taste. Just smoke and tasteless. Lemonade was good. Too expensive.

Pros: It’s lovely here and this place has aesthetics Cons: -Bad hookah (too soft for my taste) -cocktails are awful, especially for a price of 11!!! Euro (I took basil smash and it was like gin with water, if I wanted to drink something with this taste I would do it myself for free) -the fact that you can’t only smoke hookah you have to buy a drink. The drinks are really overpriced here, by the way -once again bartender doesn’t know anything about making good cocktails (they make cocktails better in Dubai and alcohol is restricted there how’s that possible?!?)

The drinks and the shisha were good, the staff were very positive and friendly. The only negative is that the place was full and they had people sit very close to each other.

Great service and well furnished place. The shisha is good. They try to keep the coal low and change it often, so there is a lesser chance your shisha burns. Kudos to that. A bit pricier than some other places in the city (€13 at time of writing).

Amazing place for Shisha lovers in heart of Frankfurt. Lovely music and lovely ambience. Worth every penny for the fabulous hooka.

Sehr elegantes Design was sich von anderen Bars deutlich abhebt. Super freundliches Personal und man wird von Anfang an wie ein Familienmitglied aufgenommen und behandelt. Leckere Shishas, sehr gelungene Cocktails und der Laden ist sehr sauber. Positiv noch das man mit Karte zahlen kann. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Danke für den lustigen Abend.

Super Shishabar mit mega Service. Jede halbe Stunde Kohlewechsel nach Wunsch ist vollkommen normal und Cocktails schmecken einfach nur mega gut. Immer wieder ein Traum. Beste Bar seit Ewigkeiten. Weiter so!
