FACILITY:
Anyone
who
enters
this
box
for
the
first
time
will
quickly
notice
that
it
is
not
a
normal
box.
What
distinguishes
069
from
0815
is,
first
of
all,
the
enormously
large
area.
The
facility
offers
an
enormous
amount
of
space.
Four
classes
could
take
place
here
side
by
side
without
any
disruption.
Anyone
who
trains
in
the
open
gym
will
always
find
enough
space
to
throw
around
weights,
even
at
the
top
of
the
hour.
At
the
same
time
everything
is
very
organized.
The
equipment
is
top
notch
in
every
respect.
No
corners
were
spared
here.
The
sound
quality
of
the
music
boxes
is
first
class
and
fills
the
entire
room
with
the
finest
beats.
What
I
think
is
particularly
special
is
that
they
managed
to
fill
this
huge
space
with
soul.
I
mean,
what
box
has
a
basketball
hoop
on
which
you
can
relax
and
warm
up
before
training?
Which
box
has
not
one
but
two
lounges
where
you
can
either
chill
out
or
play
air
hockey
or
table
football?
Come
on
now...
ATMOSPHERE:
Of
course,
all
of
this
contributes
to
the
fact
that
there
is
a
really
sociable
atmosphere
in
the
box.
The
sense
of
community
is
not
just
a
random
side
effect,
but
an
essential
part
of
the
069
philosophy.
Every
workout
begins
with
a
little
name
game,
a
short
ice-breaker
in
which
you
introduce
yourself
by
name
and
answer
a
(usually
funny,
but
sometimes
highly
philosophical)
question
of
the
day.
This
paves
communication
channels
and
eliminates
anonymity
between
members.
Especially
as
a
new
member,
this
was
an
excellent
opportunity
for
me
to
quickly
get
in
touch
with
others.
And
it's
really
nice
when
people
call
you
by
your
name
and
cheer
you
on.
Speaking
of
cheering:
although
this
is
also
and
above
all
about
improving
your
own
performance,
what
is
particularly
positive
is
that
there
is
no
competitive
atmosphere
in
the
box
at
all.
We
support
each
other
and
celebrate
individual
successes
as
a
collective.
For
new
personal
bests,
there
is
even
a
special
bell
that
you
can
ring
and
then
receive
a
congratulatory
burpee
from
everyone
present.
COACHING:
Of
course,
the
coaches
also
motivate
you
during
training.
Above
all,
they
take
a
very
close
look
at
your
technique
and
ensure
that
you
are
performing
the
exercises
correctly.
Personally,
I
am
always
amazed
at
the
level
of
detail
with
which
Anka
examines
my
movements
and
how
even
small
suggestions
for
improvement
have
a
big
impact.
I
also
notice
that
the
coaches
really
care
about
my
success
and
that
they
are
happy
about
my
progress.
COURSE
OFFER:
One
reason
why
069
is
much
more
than
a
normal
box.
The
range
of
courses
on
offer
is
really
incredibly
broad
and
varied.
Of
course
there
is
a
WOD
every
day.
The
programming
here
is
very
well
thought
out
and
usually
consists
of
a
strength
or
skill
part,
for
which
20-25
minutes
are
allocated,
and
a
subsequent
workout.
Other
common
specialty
courses
such
as
gymnastics,
endurance
and
Olympic
weightlifting
are
also
part
of
the
program,
although
the
latter
takes
up
not
just
60
but
90
minutes
in
order
to
have
a
little
more
time
for
technical
work.
In
addition,
there
are
also
specialized
high
intensity
and
mobility
classes,
yoga,
boxing,
functional
bodybuilding
and
even
neuro
WODs
in
which
the
coordination
of
brain
and
muscles
is
the
focus.
I
mean,
damn!
There
are
also
various
workshops
in
which
certain
movements
are
specialized.
The
classes
are
spread
out
over
the
entire
day.
Early
risers
can
sweat
from
5:30
a.m.
(!),
connoisseurs
like
me
can
wait
until
9:30
p.m.
Anyone
who
knows
scheduling
from
other
boxes
will
appreciate
this
extremely
broad
time
span.
You
register
for
the
courses
using
box's
own
and
very
user-friendly
app,
which
greets
you
with
the
warm
laughter
of
the
owners.
